This time, I’m traveling solo to Kokusai Street in Okinawa. I’m planning to go on a food tour and check out the souvenir shops. First, I’ll go for lunch . I’ve come to a popular steak restaurant in Okinawa. I’ve always wanted to try this restaurant, so I’m looking forward to it . I ordered the restaurant’s signature special tenderloin steak. It comes with soup and salad. I ordered a small portion of rice, but it seems a little too much! I always have oolong tea when I’m taking in calories . There are many types of steak sauces. First, I’ll try the restaurant’s original S1 sauce. It’s chewy, yet tender, with a strong meaty flavor and is delicious! The S1 sauce is a BBQ sauce with a slightly sour taste that goes well with rice. I cooked it medium. The mashed potatoes are also delicious. The soup is creamy and contains mushrooms. Next time, I’ll try the “pink salt” for a different flavor. Pink salt! Delicious! The flavor of the meat really stands out, and I like this one better . It was really delicious♪ I would recommend it to anyone who likes meat. I was looking for the Okinawa-exclusive Purple Sweet Poteriko, which I bought in the store . I love Jagariko so much that I eat it at least once a week, but this is my first time trying Poteriko!! I thought it would be the same crunchy snack as Jagariko, but it was completely different and I was surprised. It’s moist and fluffy…!! The slightly sweet purple sweet potato flavor is so delicious, I really love it♡ The store’s original texture and the freshly made, piping hot taste were the best! This is a store where you can buy cosmetics made with Okinawan botanical ingredients. I’m also really interested in the sea grape face pack !! This pack seems to be the most popular, so I’ll buy it. The clerk gave me a cleansing pack. It’s made with “Kucha,” a precious mud that can only be found in certain areas of Okinawa. It made my skin look translucent, which was great! I’m also curious about Shikwasa, so I’ll try that. I also bought the milk type of sea grapes. Shopping was fun. When I actually tried it, the “sea grapes” mask left my skin feeling moist and supple, which was great! I recommend it as a souvenir! While walking, I spotted two smiling shisa lions! Speaking of Okinawan ice cream, this is the place to go! Blue Seal! They have so many flavors that it’s hard to decide which one to get, so I went with Blue Wave and Island Pine Coconut. They’re such a beautiful blue, I wonder what they’ll taste like? Oh! It’s Ramune flavor. It’s refreshingly sweet and delicious. The white part is pineapple ice cream. It’s the perfect combination. I finally found the ice cream below, and the Island Pine Coconut is also delicious! Apparently it uses pineapple juice from Okinawa. It has a tropical taste that makes you feel like you’re in the tropics. I didn’t realize you could buy it on Kokusai Street, so as a Chiikawa fan, it’s a great souvenir. I bought a Chiikawa Shisa and it looks super cute when I put it on my bag. This is a fruit specialty store where you can eat seasonal fruits from Okinawa as they are. I wonder if sugarcane is delicious? I’ll try the most popular pineapple sticks! They ‘re fresh, juicy, and the best! It’s great that you can casually eat them while walking around. It was a short time, but I was very satisfied with being able to walk around and buy souvenirs. Thank you for watching until the end.
