area is the nose in the Osaka. So, so close to the Hanka station. It’s still Osaka, but it’s a different name in the Hank line and lines. Uh even though it’s the JL, it’s called Osaka station. So, it’s a it’s a central area. I mean it’s the central busy area in Osaka. So a viewer view you can see area this area called Chayamachi. It’s very modern and nice area. It’s a very busy entertainment place and the shopping and the food and theaters and I can show you around. Let’s walk and I’m heading to today I’m going to heading to the Nakazaki Cho. It’s also very interesting place. It’s more like a retro and old and nice Osaka. You see, it’s a little theme, but it’s kind of uh recently arranged and a lot of cafes and uh some general shops and some artworks etc. So it’s very popular amongst young people recently and because they use the kind of old le houses renovated or just use as is uh very nicely. So if you like the hopping the cafes and uh just relax the afternoon. So that is a very very nice place. Okay. If you’re watching, please give me your comments. This is in the called Sambangai and the Osaka. Um it’s a chayachi area. So there a nice little shops, many shops as well. British cafe. No, British. It’s a lot in the cities. So, it’s nice. It’s a bookstore. It’s a major bookstore. And the Kitty Land and the Frank Frank. It’s a kind of none at all. It’s nice fashion and the general shops, but it’s it’s very high-end. Not high-end, it’s just nice. Hi. Samaru Cafe is also the cafe, but it’s a more um franchiseed chain store. So, here is a new Chayamachi. It’s a department stores and uh you see the onizuka tigers inside as well. Hi. Thank you for tuning in. Um I’m just guiding in Osaka right now. Here is Yanu Chay Machi. This department store it’s it’s nice boutiques and shop small shops. Even the hund shop 100 shop here and the tower code uh animate and some exercise um gyms inside as well. We can walk through and it’s very close to the station. So thank you so much. Hi are you in? I’m in Osaka today. It’s a Osaka Kita area so called. It’s close to the Osaka station and also it’s close to the Hank Uda station. It’s a different name but it’s the same. It’s Osaka. It’s north area. It’s more like a business area. Also the shopping and restaurants. So Usually Japanese foreign tourists tend to go to the Namba. It’s a south part of the Osaka city. But here is the north soal kita. Kita means nose and it’s also the big city area. And it’s fun to explore. And I going to guide you through from here to the Nakazaki shop which is quite different from here. Here is more like a modern and nice shopping area. You see? And you see it’s very nice modern area. Uh but I’m walking towards the Nakasaki show from now on. Uh it’s only 10 minutes away from here and you see totally different because it’s kind of very retro area but it’s nice a lot of cafes. So that area is um old old houses and old old house renovated as their cafes. They still keep the old houses because you know uh in the world war time a lot of lads right it’s bombs uh but the that area is is um luckily not affected by the lanes so they remain they still keep your same um old houses so it’s very nice it’s quite different from here is a modern area so let’s [Music] Mario, we call it Makudo in Osaka dialect McDonald’s. So we don’t say McDonald’s, we say uh but in Osaka people say Tokyo people say it’s funny things. So yeah. Okay, let’s walk. If you have any question, just let me know. And it’s nice walking in Osaka. So, I’m just a walk from the Hankua and Chayamachi area and the walking towers nakazaki. Hi. Second story used secondhand shop. Hi. [Laughter] It was a loft here. Loft were very very interesting shops. all the like all sort of ideal items like a a gift card also uh their kitchen wares and uh it’s a clothes as well cosmetics lots of nice uh shops here was here but it looks like a closed down but this area is is so many so many things it’s a gacha gacha gacha pon uh shops you know put the coin and then you turn the knobs and then get the capsule is in it. And here is the umemed is the um is area here is same as Osaka. I mean it’s the same area I mean as Osaka but it’s just a different name and is art the performance art it’s a station [Music] TV station TV station building only 10 minutes then you’ll see totally different uh street so you’ll be amazed so please stay tuned just make it funny way [Music] I’m wondering [Music] [Laughter] Hi. Hi. So, TV TV station. Hi. That is a part of all the media. Yeah, it’s strong wind. I hope you are not affected by the kind of noise of the wind. Highway Technology University. It’s great to see everybody walking around in this. Is this a carless district? I just walked close to gas station. So that’s why no car but here you see it’s there car here and the highway up there and the tower mansion up there and the walking towers over there. So to the Nakatako which is quite retro themed area. So, hi Konicha. So, how are you everyone? Where are you watching from? And what are you doing right now? It’s 12:50 right now here in Japan. So many people out for lunch. So that’s why people are walking. It’s the lunch time. So there’s kind of business area as well. So people working in the office, they come out for lunch. So that’s why you see many people actually this area is quite popular and close to the close to the station. So you’ll see many people walking here. Hi. Hello. Hi. Hi. Thank you for tuning in. Yeah, this is getting a personal tour from the US. Thank you for watching. Hi. I know during the co time I used to do the used to the um online tours a lot actually even now I do the live once a week at least. So I just enjoy doing walking. I’ve been doing like this for many years. So, and uh you can check the japanonlineour.com and you see many past tours for free. So, hi. So, if you have any question just let me know. I can answer you. Maybe from the colle atmosphere here still uh the mansion I mean apartment you know funny things is there’s some uh English word in Japan uh it’s written in katakana but it’s totally different I just say mansion. Mansion is quite huge uh gorgeous house right in the English but in Japan we say mansion for the apartment so probably you surprise it’s written in katak usually katak is used for the foreign words but the consent is it’s kind of um out plugg plugg outright so for Take the electronics electricity pizza wine beef train up here is a jail trains lands and uh underneath we walk through cash under the train. So then suddenly you see totally different atmosphere. It’s utilized quite nicely. Um the parking for the bicycle. It’s free for 60 minutes or 90 minutes usually for free. But uh after 1 hour then they charge you but it’s quite nice. I mean it’s cheap like 100 yen for next 24 hours for bicycle car parking parking lot. There man apartment suddenly becomes kind of residential area. You can you can park here the car uh for one night 400 yen. That is quite cheap. In Japan we everyone talking about the politics and because especially the in five days no it’s today is the 17th so it’s in uh 4 days in 4 days 4 days uh our prime minister will be decided most likely the takisan uh the lady the who is uh became the uh president of the uh liberal democratic party LD DP. Hi. So, we don’t have the president of the states, I mean from of the country. We only have the prime minister at the top of the country. So, usually the leading party uh which is LDP’s uh the head I mean president who become the prime minister in Japan. But uh now it’s the it’s kind of difficult time that even though it’s a leading party it’s not reached to the uh more than half. So have to make a alliance with other opposition party. So now is a you know who gonna cross to which one and stuff. So hi hi I’m in Osakio. Now here is so you see quite different right? It’s old houses. So nice suddenly become retro themed street recently is so popular come so popular for the young among pe among young people and the foreign tourist. So actually it’s surprising only recently the foreign tourist came here. So um actually the reason why I decided to come here I mean um I actually I came like last last week as well to pay a visit to to just to see you know I never came here before and but uh my agency for the uh guiding asked me to to guide here so I came here just to peek to see how it looks like. Hi is a politician’s office. Why they so big? Today is so sunny and nice. Hi It’s hot actually. I see many people wearing their hate 27°. So, let’s check. They say tacos. Hi. Pig tea store. as a general stores and art um art shops. Japanese. Wow. Japanese oil. They have they have a body oils from India. Indian massage. Nice cafe hair salon. [Laughter] This is kind of wooden door and very traditional Japanese door will be open at why it’s written in English that means there are many many foreign tourist I wonder why in this place I also didn’t know it’s very popular like kind of actually this is kind of masu we call it masu is the it’s a cup for sake but they put the sweets like a [Laughter] very popular I know but um now recently it’s Omelette and rice. That games is quite natural. I used to play a lot with that. [Music] It’s fun to walk. It’s very fun to walk. Thank you for tuning in. I’m just um walking in the Osaka. It’s a Nakazaki area. It’s recently very popular place amongst young people and the foreign tourist because it’s very lean and a lots of cafes and still uh keep the old houses like you see. So it’s old houses they still here like 100 years old because this area you know during the world war time uh a lots of laid uh bombs but here is the um uh luckily they survived with the old you know houses like here. So they keep it and as a residence of course and at the same time they renovate it, convert it to the shops like here art store for the young artist work space also sale. cream soda stimas cream soda. It’s a soda uh with the uh we call it the melon soda. It’s like a a color of the melon the soda then cream on top. Cream means it’s a ice cream on top with the cherry. So um it’s a pizza shop. [Laughter] Okay, it’s Japanese. Maybe the owner is American or the foreign foreign as well. Essentially there are many shops like pizza shop or the food restaurant lands by the holiness and is the um sign board also written in English. Actually I surprised like a year ago I was walking in Kyoto and then the foreigner gave me the frayer and it’s introducing about that um the the shop uh the food shop and all written in English and then only some Japanese. So they the for media that Freya all written in English to Japanese. So funny. Hi Oi. I mean, is it is it already I mean it’s very hot now and now it’s the mid of October like this you know but in the morning and evening it’s getting cooler. Yesterday was a bit hot though. It’s not It’s just nice. It’s not too hot and not too cold. It’s the best season to walk out walking outside and the best time to come to Japan as well. One month and a half, then you’ll see the beautiful um autumn leaves. So, so you better come to Japan now. now or a month later and two months. So used vintage shop vintage used clothing. It’s a like American village in the um this is a kita area. So it’s not south. This is north not south. So It’s kind of mixed with kind of modern mansion. hair salon. It’s fun to walk. I just walked I was walking walked from the Osaka uh the Umeda station which is Osaka actually. It’s a cross by the JL Osaka station and Hanku umemeda and Hansinga and the many um subways in Osaka. Osaka is a big city. So and I walk from the Osaka um only 10 minutes but there’s the closest station is Nakazaki station in Hank. So it’s very convenient. So, hi. Hi. And uh thank you for your comments as well. And you can ask me questions and and just walk around here. It’s very fun. Is old time we had kind of the milk, you know, buy the milk as a subscription in old time. Now they don’t have much but you know the yak is kind of and healthy yogurt like drink and they still do the subscription. The lady comes to your house and and uh sell to you but uh here is the kind of gu the milk box that the subscribers I mean subscription and uh the staff come here and put the bottle of the milk here. So it looks like a late theme. So they just keep as a artwork. It’s very nice. Young people just hanging along. Oh, I can hear the hungle. So it must be the Colleen. Hi the coffee shop. Hi. Coffee coffee and coffee. Coffee. So many coffee shop. So and the pasta pancake and the cakes and the coffee ice coffee. Ah. So nice. This is the name. Sounds so cute. Sounds so cute. Either way, it’s it’s wherever you walk, it’s really fun. It’s a Japanese jacket with the fan inside. So in the hot summer, it’s very very useful. A fun in the jacket. So Akihoy collection. Yeah, it’s very beautiful crazy channel for this uh wonderful tour. I can experience Japan through my phone. I used to do a lot uh during the co time I did the online tours. So you can check the japanonline tour.com and you see in my past online tour hair salon. [Music] It’s so nice. Vintage. Yeah. many vintage clothes shop and cafe restaurants. It’s like a residential area like houses here. It’s a little bit maybe old house the street. I I like the name of the uh this shop called the Coheno. The coffee and cat. Coffee and cat. And say push. photo. Okay. Sorry, it’s a it’s a park in the middle of the residential area. So is it’s a neighborhood park for talking here in air. is cat. Maybe the trashing is this place is for the trash. In Japan is a trash is taking out um the um the trash is kind of very strict. you have to trash uh on the fixed date of the week and the time. So in the Monday there’s no trash collection and Tuesday in the uh the daytime 12 mand in the daytime is for the plastic um trash and the Wednesday uh it’s a normal banable trash and no Thursday and the Friday uh also the steel and the bean and the clothes and the Saturday the normal c normal trash the trashing uh is very very strict. You have to uh separate their type of the uh trash. So general uh shops they sell candle. It’s a candle and a flower. [Music] Let’s walk. So cookie and cakes cake for the lice powder made of the lice um cake. It’s for the gluten-free cake shop. So cute. It’s so nice. [Music] What a nice height. Now we know why it’s so popular house for the infant. They take care. It’s a show. You know what is showa means? Um now is a labor. You know it’s the Japanese um age. was a Japanese year. So now it’s a 2025 is a western you know year, right? But now it’s a they were seventh. So it’s a now emperor they were emperor before was h the before was the uh sha and then the before was taou the before was the maji and the before was ado probably you know ado period right. Sona is the labor before he before sha. So we say sha by the way I was born in the era. So it’s a very wow little bit close. Many shops sell the bowl. Asai bowl. You know that pretzel pretzel shop. It’s just a normal house. Maybe walk through here. Then we finish. So this you know the cancer dialect, right? It’s a scone American original drink. So you know the cafe americano uh means kind of very tin coffee rather than thick. It’s a tin coffee. We say americano. Do you say that Korea pudding is a pudding shop? You know the pudding pudding pudding. [Laughter] It’s what I’m talking about. Momo, it’s a peach, but the sumo is a small size, a little bit sour peach.
