奥之院は、弘法大師さまが御入定されている高野山の随一の聖地です。
一の橋から戦国大名の供養塔がならぶ奥之院参道をすすみ、御廟橋前までの約２キロメートルを歩きます。
動画の始めには、生身供(しょうじんぐ)の映像を収録。生身供は、毎朝6時と10時30分に弘法大師さまにお食事を届ける儀式であり、行法師によって1200年の間、欠かすことなく続けられています。

Okunoin is the most holy place on Mt. Koya, where Kobo Daishi was enshrined.
From Ichinohashi Bridge, proceed along the approach to Okunoin Temple, where memorial towers for Sengoku feudal lords line up, and walk approximately 2 kilometers to the front of Gobyobashi Bridge.
At the beginning of the video, image of a live offering is recorded. The living offering is a ritual in which food is delivered to Kobo Daishi at 6:00 and 10:30 every morning, and it has been continued by the priest without fail for 1,200 years.
