【2025最新】リピーターが厳選した12選!ソウル女ひとり旅|カフェ・雑貨・コスパホテル全部当たりだった🛍️|明洞・安国・江南|韓国vlog

Hi everyone, it’s Ai here. This video is about my 4-day solo trip to Seoul, Korea! Exploring local food and stylish cafés in Myeongdong, Anguk, and Seongsu. From dinner in Gangnam after a beauty treatment
to wandering through local markets. I enjoyed both the trending spots and the classic ones,
taking it slow and easy. I visited Korea while on a trip back home. I’m flying out from Oita Airport with Jeju Air! Alright then, off I go! Round-trip flight: about $180 per person. You might already know,
but here’s a quick look at Seoul’s main sightseeing areas. I’ve roughly mapped out the main popular areas in green! In this video, I’ll be showing the areas highlighted in purple —
places I actually visited during my trip. Since it was a solo trip, I also included cozy spots
that are easy to visit alone — hope this helps with your next Korea trip! All the places featured in this video
are linked in the description — check them out! Just arrived at Incheon Airport! Immigration was surprisingly empty —
I got through in under 15 minutes!
Maybe that’s one perk of flying from a local airport, haha. Since I’ve got plenty of time,
I’m taking the train to Myeongdong this time. Got my one-way ticket to Myeongdong!
Incheon Airport → Myeongdong Station
5,350 KRW (about $3.50) I couldn’t decide where to stay at first,
but ended up choosing Myeongdong — it’s just so convenient for getting anywhere. This hotel is about a 5-minute walk
from Exit 3 of Myeongdong Station. It’s a small, cozy hostel
with three private rooms and two dorms for women only. It was self check-in,
so I could get in right away — super convenient! This time, I stayed in a four-bed dorm room. The security felt solid,
and above all, the place was so clean and well-maintained — it felt brand new! This is the shower and sink area —
isn’t it super clean? 🥺 *Private rooms come with their own shower and toilet. In dorms, I personally prefer the lower bunk,
so I was lucky to get one this time! ✌️ Lights out after 9 p.m.,
so I’m getting ready for a shower before heading out! The common area had laundry, free breakfast, snacks,
and even water — way more comfortable than a typical dorm! It was only about $90 for three nights — such a great deal!
Highly recommend it if you’re traveling on a budget. I’ve finished looking around the hotel,
so it’s time to head out. Today… well, Right now…It’s 7 p.m. now, I’m heading to Myeongdong to explore tonight! Myeongdong is full of street food and tourists,
and it really makes me feel like I’m in Korea — I love that vibe. Shops change every time I visit,
so it’s actually fun to notice what’s new each time. For dinner, I went to the food court
on the B1 floor of Lotte Department Store — perfect for solo meals. I came to try kalguksu (knife-cut noodles)
from a famous restaurant that first opened in Jeonju back in 1977! If you just want a quick meal,
this food court is perfect — so many options to choose from! I ordered kalguksu topped with perilla seed powder,
seaweed, chili flakes, and an egg-drop style broth. The noodles were so chewy and filling —
it felt like the bowl would never end! It tasted best when I mixed everything little by little as I ate. Kalguksu — 10,000 KRW (about $7.30) I stopped by a New Balance store —
this Seoul-exclusive cap was just too cute! I don’t usually see New Balance apparel like this in Japan —
this character is so cute! Nike is famous for custom items,
but I didn’t know New Balance had them too! They have so many Korea-inspired designs —
it’s hard to pick just one style! 🤔 A hoodie with the little bunny would be adorable,
but even just the logo looks so cute… ahhh! 😂 If you come here with someone,
getting matching items would make such a cute travel memory! I stopped by because I still regretted
not getting that Kodak T-shirt I saw in Korea last year. I thought they didn’t have one in Japan,
but it looks like they finally opened in Harajuku, Tokyo in August 2025! I was drawn to this sweatshirt
with a photo printed on the back♡ I love the relaxed silhouette,
and the way it gives vintage vibes a modern twist — so stylish! This size looks perfect even for someone petite —
easy to wear for everyday outfits too! I stopped by hetras,
a fragrance brand known for its hand creams. I’m such a sucker for good scents —
I just couldn’t skip this place! All their products have a simple, stylish design —
they’d blend in perfectly with any interior. They use plant-based ingredients,
and their concept is to bring both relaxation and a touch of luxury through scent. They’re best known for their hand creams and diffusers,
but there are so many options — it’s hard to choose! 😅 Be sure to find a scent that feels just right for you! Right next to Hetras is a cute pajama brand called “Juuneedu.” I heard they opened their third store in Myeongdong,
following Yeonnam-dong and Seoul Forest — so I had to check it out! They have so many cute pajamas for around $20–$25 —
you’ll definitely want to grab some as souvenirs! Personally, I loved this gauze pajama set —
the fabric feels so soft and comfortable. They only come in two sizes — one for women and one for men.
Might be a little big on me though… 😂 Since I’m in Korea, I couldn’t skip enjoying the night —
so I stopped by a nearby supermarket! Juice & yogurt — 3,200 KRW (about $2.30) That “pshh” sound when you open a can —
it’s probably the best sound to end the day with. You know what I mean? (lol) No matter how many times I have it,
I always crave this yogurt… Why don’t they sell it in Japan? haha I’m going to bed early tonight
so I can recharge for a full day tomorrow! Good night 🌙 Anguk, Jungbu Market, Seoul Forest, and Gangnam Good morning!
It’s around 20°C today with a chance of rain,
so here’s my outfit for the day☔️ I wanted to try a popular spot for breakfast,
so I left the hotel a little after 8 — pretty early for me! A super popular bakery known for its salt bread —
there’s a line here every morning! It was already pretty crowded before 9 a.m… ^^;
Feels even busier than when I came during Golden Week last year! You have to scan the QR code in front of the store to wait in line,
so first, I queued for about 10 minutes just to scan it. When you scan the QR code, you can choose indoor, terrace, or takeout seating.
I picked the terrace since it was less crowded than inside. They said it’d be about a 2-hour wait with 20 groups ahead,
so I decided to wander around the area for a bit. What should I do for the next two hours… 🤪 I couldn’t resist my hunger,
so I ended up stopping by Onion nearby since it wasn’t crowded. 😂 I’ve never been able to get in before since it’s always so busy,
so I’ll take this as a lucky moment! lol I don’t remember seeing covers on the pastries before,
but this way feels much more hygienic — I like it! I was just supposed to warm up before the salt bread,
but I couldn’t resist this croissant topped with a big fig🥐 It’s filled with plenty of cream cheese inside — so rich and delicious! It’s light and tasty,
but eating just this might get a little heavy after a while😅 Wish I could share this…! (lol) When I left the café, the line had gotten even longer —
looks like it gets busier after 10 a.m. Croissant & coffee — 16,500 KRW (about $12) I stopped by Chwi,
a fragrance brand from Seoul that I happened to pass near Onion. At their Bukchon store,
you can experience scents inspired by the warmth and atmosphere of traditional hanok houses. This sheer fabric gift wrapping is just so beautiful… 😮‍💨♡ Personally, the perfume called “Sachal,”
which has an incense-like scent, was the most soothing to me. A café by RYO,
the creator behind London Bagel Museum and ARTIST BAKERY. ARTIST BAKERY is always super crowded,
but this place was much quieter — maybe a hidden gem! Next to the café,
there’s a shop with unique clothing and fashion accessories. Since it’s that season,
I keep finding myself drawn to sweatshirts and hoodies… RYO’s unique illustrations have this charm —
the more you look at them, the more you get hooked. Found a T-shirt with RYO’s illustration printed on it! Oversized tees look so cute on tall girls,
but for someone short like me, they can be tricky to pull off🤔 About an hour and a half after scanning the QR code,
my turn finally came around at around 10:30! Be prepared to wait over an hour —
I’d recommend planning how to kill time around the area. Look at all these choices…!
There are so many that I can’t decide! They all look way too good…! They don’t just have sweet ones —
the savory options probably make them even more popular. Ordering a simple salt bread or baguette
and pairing it with these jams or creams would be amazing! Every detail — from the carefully designed interior
to RYO’s distinctive illustrations — makes this space truly beautiful. They said drinks would take about 30 minutes,
so I skipped that and ordered soup instead. They had mushroom truffle soup and tomato soup,
but I went with this one — it was the staff’s recommendation. This soup is insanely good…! Both were amazing —
the light cream-filled salt bread and the one with garlic butter! But since I went a little too heavy on the creamy ones,
I couldn’t finish them — so I had the rest wrapped to go🙏 2 breads & 1 soup — 21,500 KRW (about $15.50) After visiting two cafés, I was way too full,
so I decided to walk to Jungbu Market near Dongdaemun. This is Seosunra-gil (West Patrol Road),
a street on the west side of Jongmyo Shrine in Jongno 3-ga. It’s a stylish area lined with traditional hanok houses,
offering a calm, unique atmosphere different from other parts of Seoul. There are so many cafés and restaurants I want to try —
I definitely want to come back here again. After about a 30-minute walk from Anguk,
I’ve arrived at Jungbu Market. Unlike Gwangjang Market,
this one’s mostly visited by locals — hardly any tourists here. I’ve been in touristy areas until now,
so it feels nice to see a glimpse of local everyday life. This place is famous for its freshly pressed sesame oil,
and I’ve been wanting to see how different it tastes from the ones in Japan. The sesame oil costs ₩9,000 for a small bottle
and ₩18,000 for a large one. Medium bottle of sesame oil — 18,000 KRW (about $13) This is probably the one that’s popular on social media.
I wanted to compare the flavors, so I went to two different shops. This shop only had one size —
350ml for 28,000 KRW!(about $19). That’s some fancy sesame oil…! Large bottle of sesame oil — 28,000 KRW (about $19.50) The prices are pretty similar at most shops,
and they all wrap things nicely — so I’d say just go with the vibe you like. Since it was pouring outside,
I decided to take shelter at an immersive Pixar exhibition☔️ I knew it had been held in Spain and Germany,
so getting to visit while it’s in Seoul is so exciting! 🔥 Unfortunately, it ended on September 28,
but I’m sharing a bit of the atmosphere — hoping they’ll hold it in Japan someday! As a huge Pixar fan, I was over the moon in the gift shop 👏
Everything was just too cute for words…! It doesn’t really match my room’s vibe,
but now I regret not getting the Sadness lamp instead😂 Ticket + locker fee — 34,500 KRW (about $24) After visiting a beauty clinic near Gangnam Station in the evening,
I went for some hot horumon gukbap (beef tripe soup) for dinner! There’s chili powder settled at the bottom,
so you can mix it in for a flavor change — hearty and so good! Horumon gukbap (beef tripe soup) — 11,500 KRW (about $7.80) After getting back to Myeongdong, I did some shopping at Daiso and Olive Young,
then went to bed early to get ready for the next day. 💤 I’ll share the total cost of this Korea trip
and my list of personal recommendations in the next video! 👉🏻 I’d be so happy if you check out the next one too! ☺️
