Easy Salmon Bowl Healthy Dinner In 15 Minutes

Hello you guys. Hi. This is WELTHA. Hi 
you guys. Hi. Okay, so today you guys, I’m gonna make a really quick um meal and 
it’s going to be the the salmon bowl. Okay, it is one of the u one of my favorite meals 
that my daughter made me in Dallas. So today I’m going to make it here at home. So let’s 
make a salmon bowl. And this video is going to be really quick. It’s not fast. I mean, it’s 
not long. It’s not going to be a long video. So, come on. Come cook with me. 
Let’s make a salmon bowl. Alright, you guys. Let’s go. Okay, first off, I want to say hello to all my new

of Cooking. All right. So, let’s get started. I forgot something. Okay. So, for this year, you 
know, Halloween is coming up. So, what should I do for this Halloween? I think Last year, my little 
recipe was a bit scary, okay? But this year, I want to do something that’s not scary. 
So, what recipe do you think I should do for um for this year Halloween special? So, let me 
know you guys in the comment. I’m just playing with some ideas in my head and trying to figure 
out how I’m going to do my Halloween um special this year. So, if you have some ideas and you want

to do this year for my Halloween costume. And what costume do you think I should wear? Huh? I’m

going to use today is we’re going to use the salmon fish. Okay, you’re going to need that. 
And then you’re going to need a avocado. Okay, and we need some bell peppers, some cucumbers, 
a lemon, and some seaweed, and some spicy mayo. Okay, and I think that’s it. Okay, you guys. So, 
I will show you a closer look right now. Okay? So, come on. Come cook with me. Let’s make a 
salmon bowl. A very healthy dish. Alright, you guys. So, come on. It’s going to be 
so tasty. Alright, so come on. Let’s cook. Okay, guys. So, all the ingredients you’re 
going to need are right here, you guys. Okay, hold on. Okay, guys. So, here are all the 
ingredients. Let me pull my sleeves up. Okay, here are all the ingredients that we’re going 
to use for this recipe. Okay, up close. Alright, so you’re going to need your seaweed. And I 
have this some roasted seaweed just with some sea salt. Last time I had spicy, but this time 
it’s just sea salt. Okay. Then you’re gonna need your spicy mayo and then some spicy chili crisp. 
Okay. And whatever spices you’re going to use, but I’m going to use um some lemon 
pepper, some uh everything bagel um seasoning. And I don’t think I’m going to 
use this one. And some onion powder. Okay. Then I have a avocado. And I have my peppers 
that I’m using. my bell peppers. Okay. So, I’m using all three of these. Okay. And then 
I’m gonna use a lemon for the end. And you’re going to need some cucumber and a avocado. Okay. 
And then, of course, you’re going to need your fish. Okay. I have a nice piece of salmon 
fish. Okay. And that’s all we’re going to need for this salmon bowl that we’re about 
to make. Okay, do my little spinner one time. If I can put everything on here, you guys. 
Alright. This is what you need. Okay. All the ingredients we’re going to need and some cooking 
oil for the skillet. Okay. Alright. Okay. So, let’s season up the salmon. Well, no. We’re going 
to um let’s chop up the vegetables. Okay. So, I’m going to push everything to the side and then 
we’re going to chop up all the vegetables. Okay. Okay. Hold on. Let me wash the 
vegetables again. Okay. Just one minute. Okay. So, vegetables are washed again. Okay. Now, 
I’m going to chop chop up the vegetables. Okay. All right, you guys. Okay, I’m coming. Alright. So, put everything to 
the side. Alright. Don’t eat that right now. Okay. Alright. So, first I’m going 
to chop up the cucumber. Okay. I’m going get my stool. 
Hold on. Sure. You can see. Okay. Alright. So, I’m going to chop up the cucumber. I love cucumbers. They’re so good. I want a cucumber garden. cucumbers and bell pepper garden. That would make me happy. And the um the 
colorful little tiny tomatoes. I forgot what they call those, but I love those, too. If 
I had a garden with just those, I’d be so happy. Okay, so cucumbers are done. Now time 
for the bell peppers. Okay. Okay, I’m going to speed this video 
up so that I can take the seeds out, you guys, and you guys don’t 
have to watch all of this. Okay, so I’m going speed the video up while I cut 
the the um bell peppers. Okay, so hold on. Okay, so the bell peppers are ready. Okay, let’s put those to the side. And 
now let’s do the avocado. Okay. Take the seed out. Oops. Okay. You know what? I need a spoon. Spoon it out. That quick meal, you guys. Quick lunch or dinner. Okay. Alright. So, now I want to 
make my slices look appetizing. Not too bad, huh? Okay. So, that’s 
the avocado. And now we’re going to do we’re going to cook up the um 
fish, the salmon fish. Okay, let me that. And then my fish. Okay, you guys. 
Alright, time for the fish now. Okay. Okay. So, the spices that I want to use 
for my Simon bowl is I’m going to use some lemon pepper. I love lemon pepper 
with my whenever I make um this fish. Pretty much don’t need anything else, 
but I will put some onion powder also. Okay. And this is powder. It’s not salty. 
So that’s why I’m putting a generous amount on it. And just a little 
bit more of the lemon pepper. Okay, you guys. Alright, now it’s time to 
go cook this. All right, so let’s go. Okay, guys. So, here’s the skillet with 
the oil. Okay, and it’s hot now. So, we’re going to add the fish, the 
salmon fish. Okay. Alright, you guys. So, we’re going to let this cook all the way. Get cooked on one side and then 
we’ll flip it over. Okay. All right. Okay. Okay. So, I’m just going to let 
this cook, you guys. Alright. and I’ll be back in a few minutes. Okay. Okay, you guys. So, I like to do this. Hold on. 
Okay. Let so it can cook faster and the inside can get done really faster. Okay. Cause I’m so 
hungry, you guys. Okay, I’ll see you in a few. Okay, you guys. So, I flipped the 
side over already and I just did this. Okay. Alright. Now, I’m going to 
put the top back over it for a couple of minutes and then it 
should be done in a few minutes. Okay. Okay, you guys, it is ready. So, let 
me turn the stove off. Okay, voila, it’s ready. So, I’m going to pick it up and put it in my dish like that. 
Look at that. Doesn’t that look good? M. Okay. All right. So, let’s go make a bowl. Okay, you guys. All right. Alright. So, now 
let’s go and make the bowl. Okay. So, we have all the ingredients that we already chopped 
up, remember? And let me open up my seaweed. Okay. Alright. So, I’m going to put my 
seaweed right over there. I see the oil. Okay. Okay. That’s the seaweed, you guys. Then I’m going 
to get my spicy mayo. Shake it up a little bit. Then I’m going to add some of that. 
Oops. Hold on. Knocked over my seaweed. Okay. Alright. So, now what we’re 
going to do is going to add some mayo. Okay. Next, you guys, I’m going to add some everything bagel. Now I need a spoon and I’m going to add some 
of my chili crisp. Okay, this is so good. Okay. Drizzle a bit of that all chili crisp. Okay, then I’m going to get my cucumbers, you guys. 
Time for the cucumbers. Let’s line them up. I think my daughters looked it better. Okay. Oops. I’m going to use all of this cucumber 
because I need to eat it all up. I kind of like it when it’s stacked up 
like that. Okay. Alight. Bell peppers. And we have the yellow bell peppers also. So I have three different colors 
of the bell peppers. Okay. I love seeing the colors. Don’t those colors 
look good, you guys? I’m going to pile up my bell peppers also cause I like to see when my 
vegetables are stacked like that. That’s cute. Okay. Almost done. And then 
we’re going to get the avocados. Okay. Alright. Now, avocado time. Let’s 
put the avocados. Let me get a spoon. avocados slices. I need to try 
to make them look nice. Also, my daughter did a better job. That’s 
okay though. I did okay, huh? Okay, there we go. One more slice of avocado. There we go. Okay, then what’s missing? 
I want a slice of lemon. Fresh lemon. Okay, I want to slice. Squeeze some fresh lemon 
on there, too. Oo, that’s going to be so good. Okay. Alright. And there you have it. Just one minute. Okay. Alright. Look at that. Don’t that look Oops. 
Let me fix it. Okay. Is that in the camera? Don’t that look delicious, you guys? Look at it. Oo, 
looks so delicious. I can’t wait to eat it. Look at that. Okay, you guys, look at that. Oo, a 
salmon bowl. Look at all this delicious, delicious vegetables and the delicious salmon, 
you guys. And then I put the chili crunch on top. It’s going to be so good. And that’s my 
meal for tonight. For tonight’s dinner. Okay. And there you have it. You have 
a delicious salmon bowl. So delicious, you guys. Very healthy. So try this dish out,

bowl. Don’t that look delicious, you guys? Oh, I can’t wait to dig in. And um you can have this 
with some rice. I made some rice on the side over there somewhere. I’m going to have rice with it 
also because I’m kind of hungry tonight. So yeah, you can do rice with it if you want. I just 
didn’t put the rice on the plate though. Okay. I wanted all vegetables and and it looks so so
