[Music] The trip was amazing. Everything went well and punctual. The guide named Yasu was also every helpful and polite on all moments. Also, he gave great informations about Japan and tourism and had a great experience as a guide. Unfortunately, there was heavy snow during our tour, but that didn’t deter the tour guide and bus driver from letting us have an enjoyable experience. Due to bad weather, we didn’t get to see Mount Fuji. Safety for the passengers was the importance of the day. Was amazing to see so much thick snow. The tour was run smoothly, albeit the weather and Yui and bus driver were amazing. Enjoyed every moment, even though we were unlucky with mother nature. Highly recommend. The tour group reported on Cluke is a good website. Friends who want to have fun can make use of it. The tour bus departed on time at 7:30 in the morning. The weather was very good. The tour guide was dedicated and professional. We saw Mount Fuji on the way. You can use USB to charge your mobile phone next to the car seat. If you don’t join the group, it’s difficult to go to so many outlets in one day. The Hakone outlets are very large. Many people took the cable car in the pirate sightseeing boat. Everything went in an orderly manner. We returned to the starting point around 7:00. Our tour guide was Yui and our driver was Tammy, and they were both absolutely fabulous. So helpful, friendly, and really personable. The itinerary covered a range of experiences such as tobaging, shopping, and riding the ropeway. We also enjoyed the first class experience on the Hakon pirate ship. It was great value for money, and I would highly recommend if you really want a great experience of Mount Fuji and its surrounds. It’s more than just a beautiful mountain. There really is something for everyone. My only recommendation for everyone is to please stick to the schedule. We had so many issues with people running late and it almost made us miss experiences. Please also follow the rules because they really are there for a good reason. UI did a great job that day taking care of the whole group. So it really made a big difference. Easy to book. Highly recommend. Our tourist guy Kenji San is super nice and very accommodating. Same as our driver to my thanks for allowing me to charge my phone. The itinerary is super nice and enjoyable.

To cap off this adventure, you’ll hop on a pirate ship and cruise along the Ashinoko Lake near Hakone where you can take in the serenity of the nature surrounding you.
