Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Walking Tour – Part 1: Wakoshi to Chikatetsu-akatsuka [4K/HDR/Binaural]

Hello YouTube. It finally feels like autumn, so let’s head out on a new adventure! Today we are walking the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line! But here’s the surprising part. The very first station isn’t in Tokyo at all. It’s actually in Saitama Prefecture. That’s right, the Tokyo Metro extends beyond Tokyo. So today we’re starting at Wakoshi Station in Saitama, passing through Chikatetsu-narimasu, and finishing at Chikatetsu-akatsuka. This video is Part 1, and in Parts 2 and 3 we’ll continue on toward Ikebukuro. Between here and Ikebukuro, the Yurakucho Line shares the exact same route with the Fukutoshin Line, so this tour will cover both. After Ikebukuro, we’ll keep following the Yurakucho Line, and I’ll walk the Fukutoshin Line separately another time. Alright, are you ready for a new adventure? Let’s go!

This walking tour covers both the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and the Fukutoshin Line, starting not in Tokyo, but from Wakoshi Station in Saitama. From there, we pass through Chikatetsu-Narimasu and continue on to our destination at Chikatetsu-Akatsuka. This is Part 1 of the series. Parts 2 and 3 will continue to cover both the Yurakucho and Fukutoshin Lines together as we make our way toward Ikebukuro. Starting from Part 4, the two lines will split, and we’ll follow the Yurakucho Line separately while returning to the Fukutoshin Line in another walk.
