Dawn Walk on Waterways of Gujo Hachiman | Gifu, Japan 4K Early Morning Ambience
A quiet early morning walk from dawn through sunrise along the flowing canals and rivers of Gujo Hachiman, a traditional castle town in Gifu, Japan. Gujo is a beautiful town located where the Nagara and Yoshida rivers meet. It also has many springs, canals, and water lanes amid its historic streets. This morning we walk a loop from the hill overlooking the town, down through the neighborhoods and along the rivers, then back up to the hilltop castle.
The town is well known for its Gujo Odori (郡上踊り祭), a summer dance festival that in 2022 was added to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list. I had a chance to walk through the night before, so I added a few minutes of dance and music for a taste of the event. I hope you enjoy this morning walk through a beautiful small town.

i enjoy these walks more than movies or tv shows. great sound edit with the Gujō Odori music fading over the empty morning street. very surreal.
Yet another fascinating and peaceful walk through one of many of japans pristine towns .. where even the cicada chirps with gleeful appreciation.. thank you for showing the fascinating dance festival ..it was a pleasure to watch the townsfolk gathered together in dance ..in my travels I’ve always enjoyed seeing the dancing Aunts enjoying their evening street dancing when I’ve travelled in the far east ..

I dont like using Stable Volume just to be able to hear something … your video is way too silent without a feature youtube could just as easily remove again.
Lights should be turned off at night. The night was meant to be dark and if you are not using them you are just wasting energy and creating light pollution.
