【切って漬けるだけレシピ】すぐできる!塩分ひかえめ長芋と大根の漬物2選!常備菜に最適!
Beautiful with Montfreur Vegetables! Easy Cooking! Hello, this is Yukari from Montfreur. For today’s menu, I’d like to introduce two easy pickles that can be made quickly . The ingredients are easy to make. You will need 300g of Nagaimo. Peel the skin with a peeler. First, cut the peeled Nagaimo in half, then in half again, and then cut into quarters to make them bite-sized pieces. Now let’s make the sauce. First, place a plastic bag in a measuring cup. Mix together 1 tablespoon of black vinegar, 2 teaspoons of red shiso furikake, 1 teaspoon of yukari, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt . Add the Nagaimo. Mix together. Knead well . It should look something like this. Remove as much air as possible and tie it up. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This is a great side dish for rice. Your Nagaimo and Yukari pickles are complete. Store in a storage container and consume within 3-4 days . Cut in half and peel. Cut into roughly 1cm cubes. Sprinkle salt on the sliced daikon radish and leave for 30 minutes. Here’s the lemon slices. Cut these into quarters. Now, let’s make the sauce. First, place a plastic bag in a measuring cup. Add 1 tablespoon of black vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of kombucha tea and mix. Place the squeezed daikon radish into the bag. Rub well. Add the lemon. Okay. Remove as much air as possible, tie, and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Your honey and lemon pickled daikon radish is complete. Store in a storage container and consume within 3-4 days . Cheers to tonight! Did you enjoy this? Thank you for watching. If you enjoyed the video, please like and subscribe to our channel.
