Anti-Chinese sentiment in Indonesia is particularly strong. We also had it here before, whether it was robbery, killing of Chinese, or killing of Chinese. Every year on May 13th, it is an anti -Chinese day. The wind and clouds of our hometown. In Malacca, Malaysia, we met many Chinese people. Every Chinese person knew that we were from China and was very friendly and enthusiastic. This feeling was not like the concern for foreign tourists. From the bottom of our hearts, we could feel that it was a blood connection. In Malacca Jonker Street, we met an uncle singing Chinese songs in the association hall with deep emotion. His heartfelt homesickness moved us. Chatting with the Chinese uncle in the taxi, we learned about Malaysia’s past history of anti-Chinese sentiment. On May 13, 1969, the Malaysian opposition led by the Chinese defeated the Malays in the election. The Malay forces were dissatisfied with the result and provoked confrontation between the Chinese and Malays. Many Chinese were bloodily killed in Kuala Lumpur. Afterwards, the Malaysian official reported 196 deaths, including 143 Chinese. However, many Chinese recalled the actual number of deaths. The number is far more than that. Despite facing many difficulties in Malaysia, Malaysian Chinese still stick to Chinese culture. Traditional culture, which is rare in China, is still well preserved here. And a large number of Chinese have also controlled the economic lifeline of Malaysia after hard work . Now, 9 out of the top 10 richest people in Malaysia are Chinese. Local wealthy Chinese will donate money and materials to help the poor Chinese community. They will also donate money to sponsor Chinese schools so that the Chinese culture in Malaysia can be passed on. Many friends may not know that the Chinese schools in Malaysia are almost all established spontaneously by the Chinese community without any help from the government. This shows how difficult it is . In Malaysia, we met a group of lovely Chinese people. They are in a difficult situation but they are indomitable. Let’s start today’s Malaysia trip with Baboon Wentao. We are now at the Jonker Street Night Market in Malacca. This night market is the hottest in Malacca at night. It’s a busy place , but this night market is not open every day, only three days a week, namely Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We were lucky today, as it was the weekend, so we went in to look for something delicious and have dinner here. In fact, as soon as we arrived at the entrance, we smelled a strong smell of durian. Yes, it seems that they are selling freshly cut durian. This Musang King is sold by the piece, no need to weigh it. It costs 80 Malaysian ringgit per piece, which is about 130 or nearly 140 RMB. It is not cheap because it is relatively small. You can see that it is only about 1.5 kg to 2 kg. It is 3/4 jin . It is so expensive. How much does it cost in China? I think it is because the Musang King variety is better. It doesn’t matter if it is expensive. We will eat it in Penang. They also sell candied haws here, but according to our experience traveling in Northeast China, it is not suitable to sell candied haws in hot places like this. It’s solidified. I was just wondering, won’t the sugar on the outside melt? Yes, edible glue is used to solidify it. It’s not certain. I see that the cabinet seems to be air-conditioned, so it’s hard to say. Anyway, it will definitely melt if left outdoors at room temperature. We can go shopping in this night market to see if there are any souvenirs, such as refrigerator magnets or something. We can buy some to bring back for ourselves. A hand to accompany ourselves, right? What is this for? It’s for scratching the back. This is for scratching the back . You see, it can be stretched. I just thought this was a miniature version of Zhu Bajie’s weapon, the Nine-toothed Rake. This one is for home use. We have this at home. I’ve never seen this before. There are a lot of them in China, 6 Malaysian ringgit each. We also call them “Buqiuren”. They are the ones with long bamboo. Where are you from China? We came from China to Xi’an and Shaanxi. I used to be in Shanghai. You were in Shanghai for 10 years. Is Shanghai fun? Kunshan for 4 years. Shanghai and Singapore. Which one do you think is better, Singapore or Singapore? There’s no way to compare the culture. The food is different. It’s busy everywhere. Yes, Singapore is busy. I’ve been to the Terracotta Warriors many years ago, seven or eight years ago. The food there is also Pao Mo. The mutton Pao Mo is delicious. You’re amazing, really amazing. I’ve really been there. Let’s go and have a look. Thank you, big brother. This big brother is very nice. The people here are really nice. Whether you buy or not, the Chinese are very welcoming. I think the Chinese in Malaysia , before we came here, saw on the Internet that they are very welcoming to their compatriots. I only felt it after we got here. They are very proactive and will help you or ask if you need anything. Then, when we meet, they will chat with you about things in Malaysia or China. It feels like family, a natural sense of closeness. In fact, after taking a quick look at the food, it seems to be no different from what we eat there. They look quite similar. I missed you so much in Jonker Street. I missed you so much, except for one thing: Bobo Chicken. Sichuan Bobo Chicken is one yuan a skewer. Bobo Chicken is two yuan a skewer, and the whole stall is two yuan. Come on, beautiful girl, where are you from? I’m from the Northeast. I ‘ve traveled far enough. Guess what I found at this stall. It’s written behind you: Sugarcane juice. This is the first time I’ve encountered sugarcane juice since I came to Southeast Asia. We’ve had it many times in Indochina before. Hello, boss. How much is a cup? A small one is 6 yuan. A small one is 6 yuan. A large one is 8 yuan. We want a large one. We want a small one. We want a large one. 8 yuan, right? We want a large one. Okay, can we pay with Alipay? Okay, Alipay is so choking. Boss, where are you from ? I ‘m local. I’d like to ask where your hometown is. Your ancestral home is Chaozhou. Chaozhou water grass is this straw. You call a straw water grass. Yes, thank you. It tastes so familiar, so pure, like sugarcane. In front is the Qiongzhou Guild Hall. It turns out the Qiongzhou Guild Hall is here. We searched all afternoon but couldn’t find it. Finally, we found it at the night market. The Nan Guild Hall is quite tall, and it seems there are quite a lot of Hainanese people. This Qiongzhou Guild Hall is bigger than the Fujian Guild Hall we visited before. What drinks do you want? Eight Treasure Herbal Tea, Orange, Sour Plum, and Sea Coconut. This is very cheap, a small portion is only 3 yuan. I feel that what we see now is mainly drinks , and there is not much food. The food is just like our night markets in China. There are snacks such as shrimp dumplings and Cantonese dim sum, and I think there are also siu mai . Choose 4 for 5 yuan, which is quite cheap. Okay, do you want some? Hello, this is fish balls, and this is sweet and sour pork. These three are all pork. Let’s have some chicken. This is fish balls, right? Super big fish balls, so fragrant. Choose one chicken and two pigs. Okay , this one looks better. It seems to have a little caviar on it. What is this? This is sweet and sour pork . I’ve never tried it before. Try one. It’s like Chinese sweet and sour pork. Sweet and sour pork sounds delicious. Can I use Alipay or WeChat? Okay, I really want to try the sweet and sour pork ribs and sweet and sour pork tenderloin from Malaysia. Here’s what you asked for. Hey everyone, take a first bite of the Malaysian sweet and sour pork tenderloin. Have you ever had it? It’s got a unique flavor and spicy spices. I tried my fish ball and it was delicious. The fish balls here are all very chewy. They ‘re probably made with pure fish meat, just fish, no technology. There are so many people in this night market. We can’t even move our shoulders. Have you noticed that most of the owners of this night market are Chinese? I think more than 80% are Chinese. Chinese cooking is delicious. Hey everyone, look what we saw! Dragon Beard Candy is made the same way we do back home . Let’s go. If you don’t like it, let’s go. I love sweet food the most. Actually, besides sweet food, I also like sweet and savory food. So I think Malaysian food is especially suitable for you. I don’t have any of your favorite foods, and you don’t like them. Malacca has a specialty called coconut sugar. It is made from the water of coconut blossoms from the neck of the coconut tree. The coconut sugar in the pointed core we eat is this color. That is coconut sugar. I thought it was brown sugar, but it is not. After it is dissolved in water, it is also brown, a bit like the color of brown sugar, but it is not the same thing. It is 18 Malaysian ringgits per kilogram. It is not expensive. The main thing is that we can’t bring it with us. If we can bring it, we can buy some. If you don’t like sugar, I don’t like sugar. Look, there are Nyonya dumplings here , yes, there are all kinds of meat dumplings. They also have vegetarian Nyonya dumplings . Okay, what’s inside this traditional Nyonya rice dumpling? It’s made with minced pork, winter melon, sugar, and spices, stir-fried together , and then coated in a blue and white orchid -like texture. It’s salty and sweet, just like what I love. Let’s go. No, you don’t like it, but I saw something delicious. Hey, kids, this coconut ice cream. We last had it in Thailand. Let’s go. You don’t like it, but I do. You must buy it for me. If you don’t, life will be unbearable. Look, one coconut ice cream costs 16 Malaysian ringgits , almost 30 yuan. How can I get 30 yuan? What’s your exchange rate? You don’t like it, let’s go. Which one do I like? Is that the specialty coconut ice cream? Okay, is there any seating here? No, we want a really big one . You said it’s expensive, but it’s actually not. The boss gave us a generous amount of toppings. It ‘s a really big one. I don’t know where to start, there must be seven or eight of these balls. Great! Returning it to its owner, you can enjoy it. It’s really delicious. Watch the plate! Baboon and I devoured it, fighting over it. It was mainly you. Did you feel like there was no language barrier at all when we were at the night market in Malacca? Most of the owners here are Chinese , and every shop has a Chinese section. Like custom-made capipara, coconut cake, chicken street long fries. This one is amazing! It looks like bread , but there’s an animal inside. Do you know what it is? Baby, I’m not going to write it down yet. Curry bread chicken. Do you think I’m stupid ? Or would you think there’s a dog inside? Okay, it really is. It looks like bread, but there’s half a chicken or even a whole chicken hidden inside. This is a very unique snack in Malacca. This should be around RM30 or RM50. What a delicious curry puff! Oh my god, baboon, give me a curry puff. Is that a policeman? It looks like he’s from the army. We’ve been in Malacca for so many days, and it seems like this is the first time I’ve seen a policeman because there are so many tourists today. The cheongsam shop is amazing. Malacca people also wear cheongsams. I’m exhausted, and my eyes are filled with sad tears. The wind of my hometown, the clouds of my hometown, have erased my scars. This song fits the situation so well. We’re now in the Leizhou Guild Hall, which is now Zhanjiang, Guangdong. I once returned with great ambitions, but with an empty bag. Listening to this old Chinese man singing this song, I still feel sad. The wind of my hometown, the clouds of my hometown, are walking with heavy steps. The road home is so long. I was quite moved to see some uncles singing some songs about missing their motherland in Malacca’s Chinatown, especially in this kind of scene. And there are so many Chinese people in this place. Yes, I was quite moved. Then we were just in the Leizhou Guild Hall, and there was a uncle who was cleaning the place, who was also Chinese. He asked me because I had been listening to the song for a long time . The uncle asked me if I was from Leizhou. I said no, I was from the north. He asked where in the north I said Xi’an. The uncle said, “I know you have a lot of antiques there.” How funny. I think this The Chinese people here are really interesting. Whether they’re doing business or in the guild halls, they’re all filled with various gods of wealth. They tell people that Chinese people love money the most in the world and that they say “Gong Xi Fa Cai” (Congratulations and Good Fortune) during Chinese New Year . There’s a map on the wall of the Leizhou Guild Hall with a line of words on it that I found quite touching. First, he drew an arrow on the Leizhou Peninsula and wrote “Our Roots.” At the bottom, it says ” Don’t forget your original aspiration. Only by retaining your roots can you move forward with confidence.” They do n’t seek glory in life, but only the greatness of their motherland. It seems that even though they’re far away from home, they still care about their motherland, which is quite touching. I don’t know if you’ve noticed . There are a lot of slippers on Jonker Street. There are several at the beginning of this street , and now there are several more in the middle. Because in Malaysia, rubber is abundant , and the rubber industry is relatively developed, many of the slippers here are made of natural rubber and are of very good quality. I see a lot of Chinese people bringing back souvenirs from traveling here. They bring back several pairs of slippers each. The brand seems to be called Fipper. There’s a grilled fish place here. We’ve never seen this before. The fish is minced with chili peppers, a little turmeric, and other spices, and it has a Nyonya flavor. Hello , we want two. This is very similar to a zongzi. The fish inside looks very good. Which sea coconut is more distinctive? They are all distinctive. This one is a bit like Wanglaoji or Jiaduobao, which is good for reducing internal heat. This grilled fish is finally not hot. We ate it for three yuan. Two are so fragrant. The leaves are delicious. They smell very fragrant . The leaves are roasted a little bit, and there is a bit of burnt aroma on them. Fans, take a look first . I will eat it after that. You are such a good person. You are such a good treasure. It is delicious. There is very little material in it. There is only a little bit of ginger. It is mainly the spicy taste. How much does a Jianbing Guozi here cost? The cheapest is NT$9. Add pork floss, ham, and other things for NT$1 to NT$5 each, and it’s over ten. It feels like Jianbing Guozi is an imported food here. After eating and drinking, we took a walk along the Malacca River . There’s a whole wall of graffiti with some very philosophical poems written on it. For example, what does the two lines “Richness in the world, dew between flowers, fame on paper, fermenting on water” mean? They mean that people living in the world should not attach too much importance to these things such as wealth, fame, and fortune. Dew between flowers refers to the dew between flowers, which quickly disappears . The same meaning is that the bubbles in the water will disappear quickly. So everyone should just keep a normal mind and not attach too much importance to these superficial things that will make them unhappy or cause internal friction. I think it’s quite philosophical. Writing it here makes you feel even more philosophical when you say it. The Malacca River is two different worlds during the day and at night. During the day, it’s mainly tourists checking in and there are people taking boat trips on the river. At night, it’s almost all folk music restaurants or bars. Walking along the Malacca River at night reminds me of a city we visited last year. It feels very similar to this place. It’s the ancient town of Hoi An in Vietnam. Everyone thinks they are quite similar. There is a river running through the middle, with ancient towns and ancient streets on both sides. Both cities are famous historical and cultural cities in their respective countries. They were both important commercial centers in the past, and there are many Chinese people . The traffic police in Malaysia are very interesting. He uses a flashlight to direct traffic and tell everyone where they can go and where they can’t go. Are they going to set off firecrackers? It feels like Chinese New Year. Yes, it seems like some local Chinese festival with dragon and lion dances, gongs and drums, and fireworks. It’s very lively . I asked a handsome Chinese guy This is the temple’s event. Tonight is the grandest , and the event will last for a total of 5 days. Tomorrow’s event will be the finale at the temple. Today is the most grand day. They walk through the streets, which means they spread blessings to the people along the street. Everyone who sees it gets a share. We both got a share . We are very lucky and beautiful. It really feels like Chinese New Year. There are firecrackers and fireworks , dragon and lion dances, and gongs and drums. In Malaysia, a Chinese uncle told us about Malaysia’s history of anti-Chinese sentiment. Locals not only robbed Chinese people of their property , but also killed many Chinese people. Some Chinese people fled in Malaysia, while others fled overseas. We chatted with another Malaysian brother last time, and he said that China is getting better and better now, and Chinese people overseas are less bullied than before. Yes, many Chinese people in foreign countries have been suppressed. You see, anti-Chinese sentiment was very strong in Indonesia in the past. Anti-Chinese sentiment was particularly strong in Indonesia. We also had anti-Chinese sentiment here before. At that time, it was a voting issue. The Chinese voted more than the Malays, so they were unhappy. They started to act against Chinese people in the middle of the night. Is anti-Chinese sentiment just robbery? Killing Chinese people and killing Chinese people every year on May 13th. May 13th was the day for anti -Chinese protests. Older people here used to say, “Don’t say anything about 513. The police will catch you if they hear it . I remember it was May 13th, 1969, in Kuala Lumpur. The younger generation of Malays today are more opinionated. If they’re too extreme, there’s nothing we can do. Back when anti-Chinese protests were taking place, if the Malays didn’t have military power, they wouldn’t have been able to defeat us Chinese. It was because they had military power, so we had to hide. My father was still young at the time, hiding here and there. It was around the 1960s, right? Yes, and even longer. My mother-in-law’s younger brother now lives in Hong Kong and has children and grandchildren. Did your eldest brother go to a Chinese school like you? Yes, there are Chinese primary schools for both Chinese and Malays. People go to different schools from a young age, right? Some go to Malay schools but have Chinese teachers. Where did you learn Malay as a child? It’s taught in Chinese primary schools as well, so Malay is the national language. Are Baba Nyonya also considered part of the Chinese population? Their names are Chinese, but many of them don’t speak Chinese; they speak English and Malay. Do Chinese and Malays here intermarry? Is there a high rate of marriage? But if we Chinese marry Malays , we have to convert to Islam, so we have to put a Malay name before our name. But when someone passes away, they can’t bury a Chinese person in their grave. But according to our Malay customs, they can marry four wives (slip of the tongue). Can the local Malays marry 4 wives ? Can the local Malays marry 4 Chinese wives? I have never heard of that. They marry several wives and live in different houses. Yes, you have to be very rich to marry one. You have to be very rich. There are more and more Malays in Malaysia now . The number is increasing. It is very high. Because Chinese people don’t have children, it is a headache for Chinese people to have one child in this era. The government may give more rewards to Malays for having children, but they don’t care about the Chinese. The earliest Chinese in Malaysia were from Guangdong and Fujian. How did you speak the unified language of Mandarin? Because we speak Chinese in Malaysia. Chinese education is like this. We understand that Mandarin is taught in school. Brother, do you know about China? What’s your impression of China? It’s very advanced and developed very quickly. There are more and more talented people now because there are so many people and so many people are educated. In Malaysia, it’s actually quite interesting. The locals are quite relaxed about doing business . Many restaurants here have different time periods. For example, if they sell breakfast, they usually open from 7 or 8 o’clock and close at 2 o’clock. They won’t be open in the afternoon. If they sell lunch, they may open from 11 o’clock to 2 or 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Dinner usually starts at 4:30 or 5 o’clock and goes until 10 o’clock in the evening. It seems that people still pay attention to the balance between life and work , and make sure they have a good rest or do other things after work. Especially small vendors like the one we’re going to eat at now, which is a restaurant. Such restaurants have longer business hours. The catering industry here is not as competitive as in our country. Even a small noodle shop or cold skin shop here is open from morning to night. There is a Chinese temple called Baoan Temple. It seems to be celebrating some religion recently . It’s very lively here every day. Let’s go inside and take a look. I heard that there will be some kind of ritual here in the evening , and everyone is preparing for activities during the day. Hi, come in and take a look. We have an event tonight. It’s called the Red Turtle Event. They donate all the rice to the poor here, and then there will be a line. All the poor people will line up. I think Is this rice purchased by the temple or donated by locals? We have a fundraising ceremony for the locals before the event. We hold this event every year , and many people online donate rice . We collect RM25 for each bag of rice and donate it to our temple. The temple then prepares this rice for the festival and helps all Chinese schools. There are many Chinese schools in Malaysia , and many Chinese children are poor. We prepare necessities like cooking oil, rice, firewood, cooking oil, salt, and stationery. We then give this rice to these elementary school students. Local wealthy people donate money , and you purchase rice and stationery for these children. Is your charity only for Chinese people? It doesn’t matter what group they belong to , Indians, maybe Malaysian Malays, anyone is fine, as long as you’re poor. Our culture has instilled in us the need to help the poor, which is to save all sentient beings. We’re at the restaurant and we’re so hungry. This is our meal today: General Chicken with Chicken Rice. Let’s see if there’s anything delicious. It seems like there are many handsome guys who eat chicken . Your signature dish here is Chicken Rice, right? It’s our specialty. What is this? It ‘s chicken rice wrapped into small pieces? It’s made by kneading rice into small grains. They put some chicken fat in the rice, right? They cook it with chicken fat and salt, and then knead it into small round rice balls. Yes, it’s sold by the grain. You see, one grain is this big, another is this big , just like a meatball. Usually, we give each person about 5 or 6 grains, so five or six grains are enough for one person. I have to tell you that I have really learned a lot. You see, in this restaurant, the white chicken has upper and lower parts. I thought it might be the upper half and the lower half. The handsome guy just explained to us that the upper part of the chicken refers to the chicken breast and chicken wings , and the lower part of the chicken refers to the chicken tail and chicken legs. This is the first time I heard of it this way, and it’s quite interesting. Then we want Yuanyang , which is half roasted and half white. We want two servings of roasted and white. Okay, our meal has been served. The boss serves the food very quickly. Let’s take a look at what we have for today. This is the white and roasted double combo we just ordered. This is the white chicken, this is the roasted chicken , and there will be some cucumber on the side for vegetables. This sauce is for dipping the meat and vegetables, and this dish is ginger sauce. The first time we saw this, it had a very strong ginger flavor. It felt like they used a special tool to rub the ginger into ginger paste , and then added some salt and other things to give it a bit of flavor . This is the local chili sauce, which is also delicious and a bit spicy. I just tried it. This plate is green vegetables. These two are our main dishes today. Wentao’s is chicken rice. I almost said it was chicken rice. Mine is loose rice. But I just smelled my loose rice and it has a stronger ginger flavor because they use ginger and broth to make this soup base. This is the fish ball soup I am most looking forward to. I really love it here. I used to drink fish ball soup every day when I went to Fujian. I think the fish ball soup at the seaside is really delicious and fresh. We usually can’t get this kind of thing in the middle of the mainland. How much did our meal cost in total? You can guess the price first. I will reveal the answer after we finish eating. I will start eating now. I will try the roast chicken first. Actually, I prefer roast chicken to white chicken. I have a strong taste. The meat is very chewy. I like fresh live chicken. I will also have a small piece of white chicken. I don’t like white chicken very much. I like roast chicken with soy sauce. I like white chicken. I think The white chicken is particularly light and delicious, so the two of us are quite a good match . You eat half and I’ll eat the other half. The white chicken is indeed quite light in taste. I dipped it in their sauce to try it. Actually, I don’t like ginger , but the boss said this is a specialty , so I tried it to see what the difference is . How about this ginger sauce? It melts in your mouth and makes your mouth greasy. The ginger is still a taste I hate, but the white chicken is still very fragrant, just like roast chicken. The meat is very delicious . Let me try your share. How about one for me? Okay, no problem, you can have five. Although one of them is only 60 cents , it’s so firm. I feel full after eating three or four, just like rice balls . Wen Tao We’re serious cilantro haters. We just picked out all the cilantro on our little plates! Hey guys, we’ve finished our plate-cleaning! I even drank up all the soup, not a single bite left. It was truly delicious. Now it’s time to reveal the answer. How much did our meal cost? The answer is 50 Malaysian ringgit, which is about 85 yuan. What do you think of this price? Before leaving Malacca, we decided to eat at the Dutch Stadthuys, right here on Airport Street. Jianrui was recommended by a local man and is said to be very good. Here’s their menu : durian, ice cream, and red bean and mung bean. Hello, if you want this, you should go to Eat here or take away? Which one is it , the ninth or the fourth? 5 dollars for each? Please give me change for 5 dollars. Thank you, Chinese is great! We speak Chinese every day. Today is our last day and last night in Malacca. It’s almost 7 o’clock in the evening, and the sun is about to set. We’re now at the banks of the Malacca River, having another bowl of Chendol. We ordered the red bean one. This place was recommended by a local and should be good, but it seems their refrigerator isn’t very good. The sorbet has melted and turned into juice. I think the taste of the previous ones is similar , but the difference is that their coconut sugar is lighter, while this one is less sweet , but with a stronger coconut milk flavor. It’s almost 8 o’clock in the evening. We’ve arrived at the entrance of Baoan Temple again. At 8 o’clock sharp, they distribute rice, flour, oil, and other things to the poorer people in the surrounding area. I see a line has already formed in front of us . There are a lot of police on duty here today, maintaining order, including directing traffic at the intersection. There are a lot of people gathered here. I think there are more Chinese people , and almost all of them are elderly people living nearby. The line is really long. We walked from the beginning to the end of the alley, but it’s not over yet. Uncles and aunts, what time will you line up? We arrived very early at 6 o’clock . There’s a long line behind us. Is this where you can get rice? We walked from the back of the line to the front. Today, we met a Chinese guy who let us in. We were able to watch the distribution process from the front . I just heard the guy on site say that there are over 4,000 bags of rice, which is more than enough. There aren’t that many people outside, probably no more than 1,000 people . Each bag of rice is 5 kilograms, donated by people around here, mostly elderly people , with a slightly higher number of elderly Chinese . There are also some funders and donors on site who will participate in the rice distribution. It’s a bit like the thousand-person monk meal we saw in Mandalay, Myanmar, which was also distributed in this way. It’s a similar process. It’s also a bit like the morning alms we saw in Luang Prabang, but this one is completely non-commercial and there are no tourists. It seems that we were two tourists there. If we hadn’t happened to meet the Chinese guy, Owen, we wouldn’t have been able to get in and had no idea there were so many things going on . Hello, Auntie, are you local Chinese? Do you give out things here often? Once a year ? It’s because we celebrate this festival, right? Where are your ancestors from? Haifeng seems to be in Guangdong. Thank you.

Alot of mainland Chinese women have intermarried with Malaysian Tamil Indian men and settled down in the country.
The Teochews are adept in making delicious porridge. Not only that, they are mostly sundry shop owners.

Please correct the information here. Malaysian government support Chinese and tamil school. There is a lot of private Chinese school because it is better quality and support by the Chinese community. Show me another country that enables different schools to cater to different communities. There is none only in Malaysia. It is unacceptable to grouped the independent generation with modern Malaysia generation.. We have evolved, we. learnt from mistake. In China everyone can speaks mandarin. Ask yourself why some Chinese can't speak Malay in Malaysia. So dont sabotage our harmony, its not perfect but its workable. We the Malay are not cruel, we are reasonable; stop telling the word wrong information.
Ya betul kaorang buat tolong orang yg miskin kaum cine, melayu ,india orang dayak ,orang asli dll👍🙏
👍👍👍👍👍👍
you should come to Medan, Indonesia , there is a large Chinese community here.
You guys need to try the Hainanese Chicken Rice in Malaysia and they are delicious
