Inokuma TOURIST ]

Hello everyone! And good evening! This is Inokuma from Inokuma TOURIST! This channel introduces travel information such as sightseeing spots, historic sites, transportation, accommodation facilities, and restaurants in Okinawa and Taiwan. If you watch this video and find it interesting or useful, please do a good button or subscribe to our channel. Have you heard of the anime “The Girl I Fell in Love with in Okinawa Speaks So Hardly It’s Hard to Understand”? This anime is based on a manga by Sora Egumi, who is originally from Osaka and currently lives in Uruma City. It is a romantic comedy set in Uruma City and is filled with Okinawan cliches. The anime was broadcast on TOKYO MX and other stations from January to March 2025, but in Okinawa it was broadcast on all commercial stations in the prefecture. To help people experience the world of the anime, Uruma City created a filming location map and tourist posters, which are being distributed at the locations shown here. So I followed the filming location map and actually visited the locations featured in the anime “The Girl I Fell in Love with in Okinawa Speaks So Hardly It’s Hard to Understand” (abbreviated as “Okitsura”). In this 1st part, I’ll introduce places you can walk to from Gushikawa Community Center, the starting point. In the 2nd part, I will drive around and introduce the remaining locations that are difficult to walk to from Gushikawa Community Center, as well as sacred sites that are not written on the filming location map. So, 1st let’s set off towards Gushikawa Community Center. Gushikawa Community Center: Appears at the beginning of Episode 1 and Episode 5 The Gushikawa Community Center appeared in episode 5 during the radio exercises and at the beginning of episode 1. Perhaps because of this, the manhole cover in front of the community center is decorated in “Oki Tsura” style, and posters and pop-ups are displayed on the doors and inside the entrance. I asked the community center staff if I could park my car there. To reach the next filming location, you will walk through a residential area. Please be considerate to the residents. Chinen Shoten, on the right, also appears at the beginning of Episode 1. I was somehow delighted to see the scenery, with old Okinawan houses still standing. Ocean View Alley: Appears in Episodes 3 and 9 The ocean-view alley appeared in Episode 3, where Teruaki, also known as Teru, takes a photo of a stone lion, and in Episode 9, where he wanders the deserted town due to the Koshien High School Baseball Tournament. In fact, the view of the blue ocean across the road is beautiful, even outside of anime! t looks like it continues all the way to the sea, but unfortunately, you can’t go all the way there. I head back to Gushikawa Community Center and head for Banshoato Park from there. Banshoato Park is closer to the community center than it appears on the map. I also plan to introduce Banshoato Park in the video released on September 26th. Banshoato Park: Appears in episodes 4 and 9. This is the place where young Hina and Kana practiced whistling in episode 4. Thank you for watching until the end. 🙇The 2nd part is scheduled to be released on October 10th. Stay tuned!
