アンコールワットは私たちを言葉に詰まらせた | カンボジア旅行Vlog 4K
A temple the size of a city guarded by a moat
as wide as two football fields built by 300,000 workers 900 years ago. This is Angkor Wat and
today we’re taking you inside. It’s beautiful. The detail is incredible. Good morning, guys. It’s day
full day uh number two in CM Reef, Cambodia. For our first day at Angkor Wat, we hired a tuk tuk.
It cost us about $17 for the day. And honestly, it was comfortable and easy. The driver dropped
us at the entrance, waited while we explored, and picked us up when we were done. If you want
a stress-free way to get around, especially in the heat, tuk tuk is a great option. First stop is
to buy the tickets. Uh they have one day, 3 days, and six day uh packs that you can choose. And
we will take the 3 days once so we can explore all the temples. Here they show some of the rules
like the dress codes. Don’t touch the monuments. Don’t talk too loud. You take a photo of you
and you’ll have it like a souvenir as a ticket. The good thing here is that you can pay with
card everywhere. Even if you don’t have cash, uh you can just use the card and you are okay.
The journey itself is part of the experience. bouncing along in a tuk tuk through the Cambodia
countryside on our way to anchor what at the entrance we were offered a guide for $15 for
both of us and honestly it was worth it. Not only did he explain the history in details, he
also knew the best spots for photos. Where you from? Albania. Albania. Nice to meet you. Nice to
meet you. And that’s my wife Emma. Nice to meet you. Welcome to the It was the seventh wonder of
the world. now belong to the eighth wonder of the world again with Pompeii in Italian. This temple
anchor what angkor is mean city wat mean temple 912 years old until today took 37 year took to
build dunen whole compact. Wow. With around a million leaves everything here was man-made is
not a natural. Wow. Wow. So they they made this. Oh my god. Wow. Take a time. Wow. This is
beautiful. Can’t believe these stones are 900 years old. 912. 912. But who’s
counting? All these stones. All this building. That’s what it was like.
Sometimes I just sandstone. I like to just touch it and just imagine that time
of frame. It almost like it takes you back. Angkor Watt isn’t just big, it’s enormous.
Covering over 400 acres. It’s nearly three times the size of the Vatican City and four
times bigger than Disneyland. The moat alone is almost 200 m wide, about as wide as two
football fields side by side. At the center, the main tower rises to 65 m high. That’s
the same as a 20 story building. Its boss relief stretch nearly half a mile,
making it the longest stone carving in the world. And remember, this was
built almost 900 years ago by hand. Angkorwat was built by King Suryavan
II. At first it was dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu and later it become a
Buddhist temple which is still today. Our guide explained that the
five towers represent Mount Meru, the mythical home of the gods. They say it
took over 300,000 workers and thousands of elephants to complete Angkorwat. Standing
here you realise yeah it makes sense this place is on another scale. So this is the
hole for transportation. How they put the stick inside moving by rope and then they pull
it by elephant. They bring it to river put on bamboo raft down by river and then they took
by elephant again south right now 100 inside the library. Oh, we have six library. Two outside,
two in front here and two on the top. You see the black condition nearby the window. You see we call
lady dancer we call absara. Female celesti dancer, female goddess or female divinity.
Look at the chisel and hammer. Yeah, the detail is incredible. Look at
this. This is a chisel and hammer. Incredible. Yeah. This is the plan
for whole complex. Incredible. Yes. Angkor wat that is the largest religious
monument in the world is one of the most breathtaking places we have ever been till now. Okay. There’s no shortage of
tourists. Look at that. Wow. He’s a Rick clining builder. between 17 to 18. Walking through these corridors, you
feel the silence. It’s not just history, it’s energy. Every stone seems
alive, telling you a story if you listen closely. Being here is the
only way to truly feel it. It’s a must. No matter how many times you see it, Angkor wat
leaves you speechless. It’s one of those rare places that makes the world feel both bigger and
small at the same time. Most people come for a sunrise. And yes, it’s magical, but the real
wonder is inside. The details, the carvings, the scale. Photos don’t capture it. Being here
is the only way to truly feel it. My impressions of a place where this place is definitely
magical. It has a majesticness about it. Um, you can really feel the the history, the 912
years you touch the stones and it almost kind of like your childhood imagination takes you back
to that era picturing these men putting these limestones and rocks together and all the work and
architecture that is involved the manual labor the deaths that probably incurred during the process
of building a place like this. salts a long time ago. I can’t imagine. I mean, these people were
probably malnourished, not eating, not hydrating as they should. The heat’s unreal here. So, I can
only imagine um a lot of the things that happened that were negative during the building of
the process. But, it just shows that the commitment that people had to building something
so fantastic, so historical, and 912 years later, here we are visiting it. And it was a blessing and
it’s an absolute must see if you come to Siam Reap the introduction one more time about
yourself. My name is Tha Angkor work history tour guy here Cambodian. I
born here during the you know super time actually. Pleasure. Thank you
so much. Yes. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you. Bye. Have
a good day. Good luck. Thank you. We just finished the anchor watt with our tour guy
and we are going at the tuk tuk. This place is surreal. Is so well preserved. They are doing
all the time renovation to preserve it. It’s a must-see place. Taking the tour guide was a very
good idea. Yeah, we got a lot of informations. Uh for sure before coming here, we read some
informations, but it’s not the same like having him and explaining you everything. You have the
details of the contact. If you come here, use it. Before we wrap up, here are a few quick tips. If
you are planning your own visit to Angkor wat, bring plenty of water. It gets hot and
while our to driver had bottles for us, it’s always good to have extra. Wear comfortable,
breathable clothes. You’ll be walking a lot and the humidity can be in intense. Don’t forget a
hat or even an umbrella for a shade. Trust us, the sun here is strong. Good walking shoes are
a must. The temple grounds are huge and full of uneven stone steps. And finally, pace yourself.
The complex is massive, so it’s better to spread your visit across a couple of days instead of
trying to see everything at once. No matter how much you read or watch about Angkor Watt,
nothing compares to standing here yourself. It’s a place that makes you feel small but
inspired. And this is just the beginning. Next, we’ll explore Bayon and Ta Prohm, where faces
and jungle roots tell a whole new story.
