マカオ初めての方ならみんな行く観光エリアに視聴者様をご案内

Hello, this is Songcun. Today, I’m going to give a quick tour of the World Heritage Site for our viewers, or rather, their family , and then take them to a place called Yamcha for lunch. The son of one of our viewers, or rather, their family, wanted to appear in the video, so he’s here. Okay. So, what’s your name? My name is Yu. I’m from Tokyo. Okay. Okay, so, well, the weather isn’t very nice today, but… He’s staying at the Sofitel Ponte 16 Hotel, so from here , we’ll walk around the World Heritage Site and then go to Ec Tart, which is a famous food in Macau. Do you know it? Ec Tart is a famous food in Macau . Maybe we could have a bite somewhere near the World Heritage Site ? Then, after we’re done sightseeing, we’ll have Yamcha for lunch . Let’s start with some sightseeing. Yes . From the Sotel Ponte 16 Hotel, we’re heading toward the famous World Heritage Sites, including Seto Plaza. The weather’s a bit iffy, so let’s just hope it doesn’t rain. First, we’re at Seto Plaza, a familiar tourist spot in Macau . It’s a World Heritage Site, and it ‘s been featured many times on my channel. We’ll be touring various World Heritage sites . Macau has 22 buildings and 8 plazas , for a total of 30 sites designated as World Heritage Sites. They’re all registered as one area, and the 22 buildings and 8 plazas are the ones that will be preserved. Today, due to time constraints, I ‘ll be visiting some of the most famous spots. If you look at the ground of this place I’m standing on, Senado Square, you’ll see that it’s paved with cobblestones. It ‘s designed with a wave pattern, which is a symbol of the Portuguese era. During the Great Expo, Portuguese people traveled by boat to Africa and the Indies, and eventually made their way to Asia . This design is a symbol of that era . Senado Square even appears on the cover of guidebooks, so it’s one of the most famous World Heritage sites and tourist destinations . There are some hibiscus flowers around the fountain in Senado Square. Normally, there aren’t any hibiscus flowers there, but they ‘re there just for this month. The Ha flower blooms in this area, and the Macau flower is the Ha flower, so the green mark is the mark of the Special District of Macau, and that design is a first. Yes . Um, so this is, so, it’s the first time it’s the representative flower of the Macau King. Yes. Now, let’s go from Seto Square to other worlds. Well , I’ve introduced this area in a previous video, but if you go straight, you’ll reach the market, and there’s a food court above the market , but I’ll go into the description of the previous video, so recently , Maca, Chi, Chi, have been quite popular. Even McDonald’s has had a limited edition Chi River burger recently, and Chi River is really popular. Summer vacation. Um, summer vacation isn’t here yet. Early summer vacation. Early summer vacation. Souvenirs? It’s called the Dominican Church, and while it looks like it’s made of stone now, it used to be a wooden building. However , it’s been demolished several times, and because it was made of wood, some white spots and other things appeared. Some of the wooden parts still remain , but most of the church is now made of stone like this . Also, when taking photos of the church, there’s a palm tree growing there . If you include this palm tree and the church, it gives the church a tropical feel. On a sunny day, it would be the best, and it would even look even more tropical. So, when you take photos, try to include the palm tree in the photo. We’ll be having a live performance at the church, but there are a few things to see. Okay. Now, we’re heading towards St. Paul’s Angel Way. Yeah. It started raining a little while ago, so more and more people are carrying umbrellas. Well, we’re showing you around in early July, but China has already started its summer vacation in July, so there have been a lot of Chinese families, young and old, lately. So, there will be a lot more people than usual at this ceremony, so please be careful not to run into any scammers. I guess they’re pretty common in Japan now, selling Turkish ice cream. Yes. So, that’s the most famous place. Ah, we’ve come all the way to St. Paul’s Angel Toshima. Yeah. The umbrella’s getting in the way. All that remains now is, um, the part of the wall in front. It’s called the Fard, and the area between the Fard and the stone steps on the wall, where a lot of people are standing and taking commemorative photos, but that part will be the only part that will remain. The church was built in 1583, but was destroyed in 1595 and 1601. The current Fado is the remains of a reconstruction in 1602, around the beginning of the Edo period in Japan . The interior of the church was built after the Fado , but in 1835, a third fire occurred. There are various theories about the cause , but only the stonework remained, and the wooden interior at the back was completely destroyed. It burned down during a house fire, and there were plans to demolish it. However, it could no longer function as a church. It would have been too expensive , so it was left as is . Gradually, its historical value emerged. It was decided that this should be preserved as a World Heritage Site, and until July 15, 2005, it was designated a World Heritage Site, a historical area. The front of the Fado, as you can see now, is where a famous person who appears in Japanese history textbooks lives . There are four statues of these people, and the second one from the right is the one I think Yu hasn’t studied yet. Francis Xavier is the second one from the right. Yes. He’s a teacher who has been to Japan. Well, yes. If you look over there, it’s not the World Heritage Site, but the casino. Yes. You can see the Grand Lisbar, and all sorts of other scenery. A long time ago, there weren’t any buildings or anything, so the area where the Grand Lisbar is is reclaimed land. You could see the ocean from here. You could just look out over it. Yes. It was a long, long time ago, though. It rained yesterday, so the temperature is a little lower today, so I think it’s still comfortable. It’s hot. Are you okay? I think it’s hot in Japan too, but make sure you hydrate frequently. Yes. Well, whether you’re an adult or a child. Do you have water with you? You do, right? Yes. Drink it every now and then. Yes. Come over here for a moment. Next, just next to St. Paul’s Church there are two buildings designated as World Heritage Sites, and after seeing them, we will walk along the Love Street called Lien Issin, and then return to the lower part of the church. The back of the church looks like this, but the back part used to be the interior, and that part was made of wood. Right next to the church is a Chinese-style temple, called Nachi Ka Ming, of the Tongjing religion. Built in 1888, it is the guardian deity of the Nachi family, the children. To put it simply, this family name has also been designated as a World Heritage Site. It is a registered historical area, and now only the Nachi remains , but there is a church and buildings of other religions, and it is an area like this. However, the theme here is the coexistence and fusion of Eastern and Western cultures, which is quite rare even globally. There’s another one right next to the temple . This old wall remains, but only a small part of it remains, known as the Upper Wall. This Upper Wall once covered a large area behind Maca, and the area where the Portuguese lived was primarily surrounded by such walls, serving as a protective measure. This is Lienasia, or Koigai Street, right next to St. Paul’s Church. It’s become a very popular tourist spot, and has recently become a popular spot. If you take a photo from around here with flowers in the background, you can see St. Paul’s Church and the striking pink building on the left, so please try taking a photo from this angle. Yes . So, this shop is right next to St. Paul’s Church, and I’ve introduced it in a video before. It’s called Bam, and it sells Ektart, too. Well, they sell more than just Ektart, they also sell souvenirs . I introduced it in a video, and I heard that quite a few viewers went to the shop and tried it, so I thought I’d have Yudo try it with Ektart . Let’s go inside. Yes. So, Ektart. Yes. Let ‘s eat Ektart with St. Paul’s Church in our bag. Let’s eat. Let’s eat. Let’s eat . What do you think ? How does it taste? It’s delicious. It’s delicious. Yeah. Well, this Ektart isn’t too sweet, so it might be more for adults. But they sell Ektart in a lot of places, so I recommend you try it and compare it while you’re here. Yes. Yes. For lunch, I’ll have Yamu-chan here. I previously made a video about this in an episode with a viewer, and it was the Yamuchi restaurant at Yuchia. When you sit down at the table, they ask you what kind of tea you’d like, and if there ‘s no tea, they always serve this Pourcha. In the video, you can see the tableware they often use. They wanted to give the viewers a chance to try it , so they made it into a Yamuchi lunchtime experience. First, I’ll show you how to wash the dishes, so I hope you’ll try it too. Nowadays, high-end restaurants don’t do that anymore, but at local Yamuchi restaurants, you wash your own dishes . There are two chopsticks, and you can use one as your eating chopsticks and the other as your chicken chopsticks. There’s some pu-au-chi in the bowl , so please wash it as is, well, just the tip is fine. Just the part that touches your mouth when you eat it is fine, and next we’ll wash the spoon, so it’s a little hot, so please be careful. Put this pu-au-chi in this bowl as well and wash that. Yes . Yes. Then we’ll wash the spoon as well. We’re not going to drink any more of this Pu-au-chi, so please throw this away. Everyone else please throw this away too. Then, once you’ve finished washing it, pour some more pu-au-chi in, and then yes. You can drink this now. Yes. Okay, Yuto, you should wash the dishes too. First, you only need to wash the tips of your chopsticks. Well, you can wash it lightly, just a little bit. It’s hot, but please pour all of this pu-au-chi into the bowl. How about it? It ‘s okay if it spills. Why don’t you try swirling this pu-au-chi yourself like this? Yes. Oh, that’s good. That’s it. It’s a little hot, but please take it away and put it there , and also gently spoon it over there. Yes. That’s fine. Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. So, I’ve finished washing all the dishes. There’s the soup, and this axe and snacks over here, and this flat plate, but bowls and plates have a different use. You put food in the end over here. And this other plate is for putting inedible items, for garbage. For example, you see the paper on the bottom for buns and stuff like that? You put meat bones, fish bones, and things like that on this flat side. Please put everything you eat into this bowl. Most of the dishes on the menu have pictures, so even if you’re new to Yamuchi, I think it’s pretty easy to understand . Take your time. Eat this. Yes. How’s it? I think the shrimp are plump. Ah, yes. It’s kind of crispy. I think the texture is pretty good. If the juices spill out too much, it’ll be ok . It’s good, it’s good. Yeah. Eat as much as you like. Is it still hot? Everything’s strange. The color is strange. Is it okay? Yeah. It’s delicious. Delicious. Yes. There’s something a little strange inside the sesame dumpling. It must be some kind of custard. Yeah. So, you’ve tried a variety of them, but which one was the best out of these? I guess it’s the red one after all? Ah, that red one. The lychee crepe one. Yeah. It seems like a lot of Japanese people like it, and I introduced it in a video before, and it seems like Tenshin has quite a good reputation, even among Japanese people. Yes. So, that’s how it went, um, this time, I took a viewer’s family on a tour of the World Heritage Site and a Yamchi lunch, um, but , um, this kind of tour, um, I’m always available to give results, so if you’d like to follow up on a guide, um, please contact me anytime. And, um, if you’d like to appear in a video , um, um, I’ve had requests from a few people in the past, um, and, um, those do cost a little, um, but, um, I do accept those kinds of requests, um, so please send me a DM on Instagram or X, or um, um, Gmail, um, um. So, um, how was your trip today? I had fun. Did you have fun? Yes. It was good. Yeah. I’ve got Etal and that. I’ve got other things to do this afternoon and tomorrow, so go around and eat lots of different things before you go back to Japan. Okay. Well, thank you for appearing today. Yeah. Okay. Well, that’s all for today, thank you for watching. Subscribe to my channel and let’s go for a walk with Macao together. Well, bye-bye. Cheers. Bye-bye. Let ‘s go out for the first time in a while. Let’s eat something delicious today. I’m doing Lisa .
