Yokohama, a sightseeing destination that definitely needs to be considered for tourists traveling to Japan. Those of you who are wondering what all is there in Yokohama, iconic skyline, picturesque harbor, lush gardens, vibrant nighttime lights, diverse shopping malls, museums, hotels, and a giant ferris wheel. So, let’s step into the magic of this place with a lot of insiders tips. While most people spend a day here, this place is worth spending 2 days. There’s so much to do. There are many stations in this area as marked on the map. In this video, let’s start from the Minato Mai station because it’s conveniently connected to Landmark Tower. I recommend soaring up the landmark Tar for views across the bay and all the way to Mount Fuji. Right across the landmark tower, you’ll see the Queen Scare. Queen scare a key commercial hub of Minato Midai is an architectural icon offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Just a 2-minut walk from here and you will see Cosmo World. Cosmo World is a waterfront amusement park with a range of rides and a huge ferris wheel. [Music] The admission to Cosmo World is free. You just have to pay for the rides you go on. There are value tickets available that includes the ferris wheel. The views from above in the evening are really, really amazing. [Music] If you want a unique sightseeing experience, you can book a tour with Sky Duck. It’s a blend of land and water sightseeing. It’s interesting to see how a boat changes into a bus within minutes. [Music] You just have to cross a signal from Cosmo World and you will reach Yokohama World Porters. Yokohama World Porters is a multi-purpose shopping and entertainment mall. As you enter Burl Porters, you’ll see a KitKat store, which is a unique one. It specializes in limited edition KitKats, often with regional and seasonal flavors. Some of them are only found here. [Music] From Yokohama World Porters, you just have to cross the signal and you will reach Cup Noodles Museum. Cup Noodles Museum is a must- vvisit place. Don’t confuse it with a ramen museum. It’s an interactive museum that is loved by people of all ages. Customize your own noodle cup at My Cup Noodles Factory. Yokohama red brick warehouse is within walking distance from the cup no museum. It’s popular for holding seasonal events like October Fest, Christmas market and opens a huge ice skating rink in winters. The complex includes trendy artisan shops, cafes, souvenir boutiques and eeries with sweeping port views. [Music] When you are done with these places, other attractions that could be explored are Nissan Global Headquarters for all the car buffs, Bake Water for shopping and dining experience. Explore the vibes of Chinatown which is the largest in Asia. Kishamichi, a walkway over the water. Osan Pashi Pier outdoor area with city views. Yamashta Park a picturesque waterfront park.
