Một tuần du lịch ở Albania có gì vui.. #Durres #Tirana #albania #drone #travel
Hello everyone, I’m Duc. Welcome back to my YouTube channel. Today I will take you on a new trip to a country that many people have probably never been to: Albania. My journey this time will start from Frankfurt airport, then I will transit in Vienna, Austria. And like every flight, Frankfurt airport is always crowded. In my memory, there has never been a time when I saw this airport empty. Before flying, as usual, I asked for permission to take some virtual photos. And after waiting, I also walked around to see around. Finally, it was time to board the plane. And today’s flight was at around 18:00, which was quite late. And because it is now the peak of summer, the airfare is quite expensive. This time I bought the flight for about 300 euros round trip for one person. When I was getting ready to fly, I saw the plane rolling outside the window and it was so funny. After an hour of sitting, I had already landed at the airport in Vienna, the capital of Austria. And I had three hours before flying to the capital of Albania, Tinara. And during that waiting time, I didn’t know what to do except take the opportunity to walk around the duty-free shopping areas in the airport. In general, I saw beautiful things everywhere, but I just looked because I didn’t buy checked baggage this time, only carry-on luggage, so even if I wanted to buy something, I wouldn’t be able to buy much. Of course, walking and smelling the food while walking made me hungry again. So I decided to order a pizza right in the airport to recharge my energy. In general, eating in the airport is nothing special, but if you’re hungry, you have to eat. After a few hours of waiting, it was finally time to board the plane. In general, I was quite excited. I thought this flight would not be crowded but it turned out to be incredibly crowded, everyone. To say that flying at night like this is cheaper than flying during the day. But the downside is that sometimes there will be delays and cancellations. Like two years ago, I flew to Santorini in Greece and that time I also chose a night flight with a stopover in the capital of Greece, Athens. Surprisingly, the night flight was canceled in Athens. So I was stuck at the airport. But in general, the airport staff also supported me to find a hotel to stay overnight and a place to have breakfast so that I could fly to Santorini the next day. Finally, I landed at Tirana airport in Albania at midnight. After searching for quite a bit of information online about how to get from the airport to the hotel, I took a taxi outside the airport for 30 euros. And the time it takes to get from the airport to Durres, the city where I will stay, is about 30 to 45 minutes. In general, 30 euros is not too expensive. And the hotel where I will stay for a week is called Imperial. Its location is quite nice, just a few dozen meters from the beach. The price during this peak season is 80 euros a night including breakfast. Cheap, nothing to complain about. The view from this hotel is also very nice. The hotel is right in the city center. It is very late now. Okay, everyone, I will go to bed. I will review it tomorrow morning. Good morning everyone. This is the area for guests to have breakfast at the hotel, located on the top floor. In general, the food here is quite good. Of course, there are not too many types of food and drinks , but in general, compared to a breakfast in a country that is not extremely developed, I think this is very good. There is nothing to complain about. And breakfast time is from 8 to 10 am. The hotel staff will prepare the dishes right in the kitchen there. The food is quite fresh. The tables and chairs and seats are clean. Drone time.. After finishing breakfast, I started walking around to see what life was like around. I found one thing similar to Vietnam, which is that there are quite a lot of people selling things on the street. Besides, there are old men who often have games to relax on the street. Like in the video you see, it is a domino game. It looks quite interesting. Everyone plays together and talks happily. Right now, I am going to consult a few places to exchange money. Because in Albania, cash is generally still king, and you still need cash wherever you go. And withdrawing money from the ATM will cost a little bit, so 250,000 Albanian dollars will cost you about 270 euros . In general, you will lose about 20 euros in fees. At this point, your pocket is full of money. Now let’s go around and spend money. First, we will go around the beach to see if there is anything interesting here. But to be honest, the sea here is quite beautiful, everyone. Of course, people often say that the sea in Albania is known as the Maldives of Europe, but that is only the sea in the South. The place I live is in Durres, near Tirana airport. The sea here is not too outstanding. But it is quite convenient for me to travel. Of course, I also like to visit the most beautiful beach, but it is not necessary because the South is a bit far. After walking around, I discovered that the people in Albania drive very carelessly. Parking is often not in the right place and many drivers also drive recklessly. That’s why traffic police often appear on the road. After walking on the beach and the streets, now I’m walking on the beach again. The beach in Albania is quite long. So you can’t walk all the way to the beach here. You can see that it’s about 10-11 am and it’s already crowded like this. People sitting on the shore are also full. And one thing I find very similar to Vietnam is that here people really like grilled corn. People selling grilled corn can be seen everywhere. In general, when I come here for tourism, seeing the way they sell things here, I suddenly miss Vietnam. Not everyone goes to the beach to swim. People also go to the beach to enjoy themselves like this. Playing chess or many other entertaining games. In general, I feel like people here live a very chill life. I don’t know how to say it correctly. One good thing is that flying drones here is comfortable, no one complains or prohibits anything. Many people are curious, they just ask. There are no signs prohibiting flying drones. Overall, it’s very satisfying. Drone time – I find the prices in Albania very cheap compared to the general level of Europe. So when people come here to travel, they don’t need to calculate much because the prices of places to eat and drink are not much different. I went with a few friends but they didn’t want to appear in the video so this time I just filmed alone. Today I chose to eat a soup and a fish dish, a specialty in Albania. My friend ate steak. Everyone just look at the steak plate and guess how much it costs. Just looking at it, if you calculate it, it’s only about 10 euros, about 300,000 VND. It’s cheap and there’s a lot of it, so how can you complain? Even this seafood pasta dish is the same. It’s only about 8 euros. That is about 250,000 VND. How can it be cheaper, right? After eating, resting, we started sunbathing and swimming. A small note for everyone who travels to Albania, if you rent a hotel, you should find a hotel that includes umbrellas and sun loungers so you can sunbathe. Otherwise, you will have to pay 20 euros for an umbrella and two sun loungers. So everyone should pay special attention to this. Anyone who doesn’t pay attention will have to pay a lot of money for this. During the day, Durres is beautiful, but it’s not until nightfall that you can clearly feel the rhythm of life here. Along the coast, cafes, restaurants, and bars begin to bustle with people. The lights from the restaurants shine down on the sparkling sea. The waves begin to beat. But now, the sound of the waves combined with the melodious music from the roadside shops is generally great. Locals and tourists walk along the coastal road, holding ice cream in their hands, chatting as they walk. Many people gather to play musical instruments and sing. Couples hold hands and walk along the sand. In general, Durres at night has a very different energy than during the day. I find it bustling but also very peaceful. You can choose a small corner of a shop, order an espresso, a glass of wine and sit and watch the night sea. At that moment, I just want to live here forever, not wanting to go home anymore. At this time, after eating and drinking, I started to feel tired and felt that the first day was okay. So I decided to go home to sleep and prepare to continue playing the next morning. Drone time.. Good morning everyone. Today I woke up quite early, probably around 5am. I thought I was the only one out on the street, but it turned out that there were many people who got up early to walk. I took advantage of this time to fly a drone. Wow, the moment of flying a drone to film the sunrise was worth every penny. The sun slowly rose on the horizon. The light dyed a vast sea golden. After flying the drone, I went back to sleep. See you all at noon. The feeling of traveling is just eating, sleeping, swimming, and sunbathing, so great. After sleeping until noon, I woke up and started looking for a place to eat. Before eating, I also walked around to see if there was a place with good prices to stop by. I saw that this restaurant had quite good reviews on Google. A portion is a lot, the price of this restaurant is a little more expensive than other places. But actually, for me, the price is still very cheap. The food here ranges from 5 euros and up. Those are fancy restaurants, but there are many fast food restaurants, Döner Kebab is only 3 euros, very cheap. And the dish I chose today is Cevapcici, with salad and fries. This dish is very delicious. Anyone who comes here should try it. And the price is only about 8 euros. In general, the price is very reasonable. There is nothing to complain about. After eating, we started walking around. Everyone can see it in the video. The view at the sea is super beautiful. At this time, we started going into the street to look at the souvenir shops. After that, we started visiting the bakery. I have to add that this chain of pastry shops is extremely famous in Albania. It is always crowded. In general, looking at the menu, there is a wide variety of food and ice cream. I want to try every dish. Let me show you what kind of cakes are here. Looking at the cabinet, there are countless types of cakes and I want to order all the dishes to try right away. But I only dared to order two cakes to try. But in general, both were extremely delicious, there was nothing to complain about. Although they were a bit sweet, that’s the general taste of Europe, eating super sweet food everywhere. After eating, I planned to go home and not go to bed yet, but I felt it wasn’t right, because the sea was right out there. So I changed into my swimsuit and walked to the beach. The sea in Albania is warmer in the afternoon than in the morning. The waves are still gentle. Swimming in the afternoon feels very relaxing. The sunlight is also less harsh. The color of the sea is also darker blue. The sea is very beautiful at this time. And a special thing in Albania is the cats. Wild cats can be seen everywhere. These cats are also very tame, I can’t chase them away. I continued my days of enjoying a slow life. After bathing and resting for a while, it was time to go to dinner. I walked around to choose a restaurant. I saw which one was ok and stopped by. Another meal with too many dishes but the price was actually quite cheap. This restaurant is located right on the beach. The food is quite ok, very good quality. Can you guess how much this meal costs? It looks a lot, right? But at the end of the day, when we calculated the food price including Coca Cola and wine, the total was only 40 euros. It’s so cheap and this restaurant is right on the beach. And the quality of the food is also extremely good. So a new day begins. And this morning, I plan to go to Tirana, where I flew to the day before. And this is also the capital of Albania. And to get there, I first have to take a bus from the hotel to the main bus station in Durres. And from Durres bus station, I will take another bus to the capital Tirana. The hotel receptionist also said that if you go from the hotel to Durres bus station, it will only cost about 40 cents if you go by bus. If you go by taxi, it will cost about 10 euros. At first, I also planned to try the bus ride to experience it, but when the bus arrived… there were too many people on the bus, and besides, the bus did not have air conditioning. And the buses here are from decades ago, so they look very old. After seeing that the bus was too crowded, I felt scared so I decided to take a taxi. The taxi only cost 10 euros. The price was also reasonable. And I did not have to wait for the next bus. Sitting in an air-conditioned taxi felt very comfortable. Because I did not have to squeeze on the bus. When I arrived at Durres bus station, I felt exactly like Vietnam. There were also people standing there inviting passengers to get on the bus. I suddenly missed Vietnam so much. On the bus, there are also people selling this and that. Instead of selling sticky rice or eggs like in Vietnam, here people sell bananas. The price is 2 euros for four or five bananas. And the bus from Durres to the capital Tirana takes about 40-50 minutes. The streets are also very spacious. Although the cars look old, there is no traffic jam. The feeling of sitting on the bus from Durres to Tirana is quite comfortable because it is an inter-city bus, so it is completely different from the bus in Durres. And my first stop in Tirana after getting off the bus is Scanderberg Square. This is the central square and also the heart of the city. This square is extremely large, paved with bright stones, in the middle is a statue of Scanderberg on horseback. This is the most famous national hero in Albania. And surrounding the square are buildings with a mix of Italian and Soviet architecture, looking both ancient and nostalgic but also extremely modern. In general, the high-rise buildings here are built in a different style. Everyone builds however they want, so it looks quite strange. But it’s still impressive. After flying the drone, I sat down to rest for a bit, had a drink. Then I started walking and exploring the surroundings. In the video that everyone is seeing, this is the city’s clock tower, about 35 m high, this is where people can climb to see the whole square and part of the city. Leaving Scanderbeg Square, I walked for about 5 minutes to reach Tirana Fortress. The name sounds grand, like an ancient citadel with high walls, but in reality it’s not. In fact, this is like a small old town located right in the center of the city. I really like the feeling here because this place has both the ancient features of the citadel and the modern vibe when the restaurants are decorated quite beautifully. Many places have outdoor tables and chairs under the shade of trees. When going deeper inside, sometimes you will come across some remaining ancient walls. This is like stepping between two eras: one side is history and the other side is the vibrant life of the present. But after walking for a while, I got hungry, so after walking for a while, I stopped at a restaurant. The prices of food and drinks are still not expensive, but compared to the general level, they are higher here than in Dures. Because to be honest, this is the center, the capital, so the prices cannot be as cheap as Dures. It turns out that a meal for three people here is less than 30 euros and it is right in the center. There is also quite a lot of food, so I think the prices are not expensive at all. After eating, the next stop on the journey in Tirana today is a rather strange and controversial construction: called the Tirana pyramid. Hearing the name, it sounds like an ancient Egyptian construction, but in fact it was built in 1988 during the communist era and was originally a museum commemorating the Albanian leader at that time. And now the Pyramid has been renovated and turned into a cultural center with many spaces for organizing events, seminars and areas for technology art. This is a place with many conflicting opinions. Many people think it is a symbol of the past that is too heavy. But others consider it a part of history. For me, standing here and watching people passing by feels like a living testament to the strong change of a country. Leaving the city center, the next place I visited was a greener and more peaceful place. This is Tirana Park, also known as Grand Park. This is the largest park in the capital, like the green lung of the whole city. When you step in here, you will immediately feel the difference. The noisy traffic and the urban area disappear completely. Instead, there is the sound of birds chirping and rustling leaves. The walking path is paved with stones winding around tall trees. And in the middle of the park is a large lake, the lake surface is as calm as a mirror. People often say that if you go on a trip and go to the park, there is nothing to do. But actually, for me, the park also has some very interesting things. I choose to come here to walk slowly around the lake, film, and fly a drone. In general, doing anything has its own interesting things. What is important is the way you feel about life. Right? Drone time.. Leaving Tirana Central Park with its peaceful lake and cool green trees, I started to go out to walk around the city. It feels like just leaving the green oasis and hearing the sound of vehicles and honking horns along with the hustle and bustle of the capital. One thing I also noticed is that the infrastructure in Albania is quite degraded. You can see in the video, the houses here are quite similar to those in Vietnam in the 90s, or even similar to the apartment buildings in Vietnam that are now being demolished. After visiting Albania for a week, I also clearly realized that the gap between rich and poor in Albania is quite large. and this is quite easy to recognize. Oh, I forgot, for those who want to exchange money, remember this branch . This branch exchanges money extremely well. Their exchange rate is always higher than the bank, so I highly recommend it. Don’t forget that. When you get to the center, there are many coffee shops. Every few meters you see a coffee shop. But usually the coffee shops here only have men sitting and talking to each other. Another reason is that people in Europe don’t want to travel to Albania because women here are not respected. So, although Albania is very beautiful, not many Europeans want to travel there. After visiting this last place, I quickly returned to Durres. Because it was too hot today, I didn’t try to visit all the places in this capital. I couldn’t stand it. At this time, I had just arrived at the bus station in Durres when I happened to see a bus coming. This bus was in the same direction as the one I needed to go. So the three of us decided to try the bus to see how it was. But that was the mistake of my life. The bus was too hot because there was no air conditioning, and the windows were closed. Everyone on the bus was sweating too much. In general, this was the mistake of my life. It probably won’t happen again. When I got there, I saw that it was still early. So I went to the beach, sunbathed, and went swimming. At this time, only swimming made me feel refreshed. The feeling of immersing yourself in the water and forgetting all your worries, work, stress… in general is great. After a refreshing swim in the sea, it’s time to fill your stomach with food. We started to wander around looking for a place to eat. But today I felt cheated.. Looking at the restaurant, it was really grand. The food was not cheap compared to the general level. The restaurant was located right on the beach but I had to wait an hour for the food to be served; the food was small and the appearance was not appealing. And I was also curious to look at the reviews on Google and it turned out that this restaurant was rated too low. Consider it a lesson learned and pay attention next time. I felt angry because I was cheated. After that, my group decided to go eat ice cream and cake. Cake and ice cream are really the things that save the soul. A cup of ice cream, a glass of orange juice and a cake cost only 8 euros. How could it be cheaper? Good morning everyone. Now it’s breakfast time. After that, today I have a schedule to go to the city center of Durres. Because I saw online that there are quite a few places worth visiting. Returning to the city center of Durres, today I spent time walking to explore the entire center, a place that has both a long history and a bustling modern look. It’s like the center that everyone is seeing is extremely modern. But if you walk a little further, you will see that the houses are getting older, just like the gap between rich and poor. The first place I visited was the Roman Colosseum. This is a building that is over 1800 years old and used to be the place where Roman games were held. But now, only the frame and the ancient walls remain. But actually, standing here, you can still feel the grandeur of ancient times. In general, anything related to Roman history is often very curious and very interesting. After leaving the Roman arena, you will reach the main square, where there are often events, markets and outdoor stages. In the afternoon, this area is quite crowded, children play, adults gather for coffee or take a walk. After flying the Drone, I continued to walk around to see the symbolic works of the city of Durres. It is really impressive. This is Valiera square, a modern architectural project located in the center of Durres city. It has an area of about 12,000 m² with a giant sail-shaped machine up to 2000 m² wide, suspended at a height of 4 to 18 m. Around the square, there are many historical relics that are symbols of the city of Durres. And this is the Vernice Tower. This is one of the most important symbols located at the southernmost point of the ancient city wall. After walking around the city, we started walking to the beach. In general, if you have been to the beach, you have to walk on the beach, right everyone? Oh, and one more thing for those who want to travel to Albania: Outside the beach, there are usually a few public beaches where people don’t have to pay for sun loungers and umbrellas. But these areas are not special and there are also a lot of jellyfish in that sea. So if you come to travel, you should choose hotels that include sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The beaches in these places are quite beautiful. The waves are not big and in general, swimming here is very comfortable. -music- Today I had lunch here. At first, I looked on Google and the ratings were quite good, but when I went to eat, I found it not so good. The restaurant was empty, but the food took a long time to be served, and when the food was brought out, it was no longer hot, so it was kind of uncomfortable to eat while eating. But oh well, I already ordered it, so I had to eat, what else could I do? After an unsatisfactory lunch, I decided to go back to the hotel, then fly the drone for a while to see what the city around it was like . It was truly a style of enjoying travel, and right after lunch, it was time for dinner. Today I chose to have dinner at a fairly famous restaurant in this area. It was located on the top floor of a building. And the view looking down was really top notch. I had to book in advance to choose a seat. And the place I sat at had a pretty beautiful sunset view. To be honest, sitting in a high-rise restaurant in Durres like this in the late afternoon is really a worthwhile experience. It must be said that it is extremely impressive. From the balcony of the restaurant, I looked straight out at the sea changing from afternoon turquoise to orange-yellow, then gradually darkening. In general, I don’t know how it feels like at this moment, but sitting high up, listening to music, watching the sea and watching the sunset feels like a life like a king. And if you have the opportunity to go to Albania and specifically Durres, I recommend everyone to try a dinner like this. My team went today and chilled out, and the price was not expensive compared to the restaurant below. As you can see, this is a plate of bread for appetizers given by the restaurant for free. And today I ordered a salad, a chicken soup and a steak. Can you guess how much it cost? Oh, and a can of Coca Cola. In total, it was only 20 euros. It was probably about 600,000 VND. Too cheap. Can’t be any cheaper. After eating, I started to buy some ice cream for dessert. Then I started to go see the streets at night. Another day passed, I slept until 11am, and after waking up, I started to have lunch. In general, today’s lunch at a restaurant was quite delicious. Today, I ordered a tomato salad and a portion of fish. In general, today’s food was very cheap, everyone guess how much it cost; and this fish was also a specialty fish. Today’s meal only cost a dozen euros per person. In general, it was very cheap. After lunch, I wasn’t full yet, so I decided to go eat some cake . Two cakes and a portion of ice cream cost only 6 euros. It was probably about 190,000 VND. Although it was cheap, it was still very delicious. Extremely delicious and worth experiencing. And of course, after eating, I had to go home and sleep. I woke up around 2-3 pm and started walking to the beach. And before going to the beach, I also stopped by the supermarket to buy a bottle of water. Water here is quite cheap. I bought a 150ml bottle and it cost about 0.50 euro. It was probably about 15,000 VND. In general, in a tourist area near the beach, a bottle of water at that price is cheap. Everything is cheap. And I have to remind everyone again. If you choose a hotel in Albania near the beach, remember to find a hotel that covers both the cost of an umbrella and a lounge chair. Otherwise, each time you pay for an umbrella or a lounge chair, it will cost 20 euros, which is very expensive and not worth it. Meanwhile, with an umbrella like this, I can lie down and chill for a few hours. Some people even lie down all day. Just book a place here. Then just leave the towel there and go wherever you want. In the morning, lie down for a while, then come back in the afternoon and lie down for a while. No problem. So everyone must pay close attention to this point. As for dinner tonight, we won’t eat seafood anymore. Today we’ll eat Hamburger. We’ll eat a new dish that’s different from the previous days. The restaurant I chose today is also the place where I first planned to rent a room directly here. But after reading the reviews, I saw that people said that this place would be quite noisy at night due to loud music, so I decided not to stay at this hotel. And luckily this place is also quite noisy. The food prices are quite cheap. A salad can feed two people. The food I ordered today included a Hamburger, a potato, and a drink. It was about 10 euros. How did you guys find the video about the sunset? Wasn’t it great? This is called a specialty in Durres. It’s watching the sunset by the sea. The plus point is that the beach in Durres is quite open, also crowded but not too crowded, because I think people will like to go to the South because the sea in the South is very beautiful. The only minus point here is that if you sit down to watch the sunset or sunrise, you probably won’t want to get up. If I were to rate it, I would give it about 8/10. Albania is not as impressive as other places I’ve been to, but it is still something worth experiencing once in your life. In my opinion, Albania is a destination that is quite worth considering. Because think about it: traveling in the summer, which is also the peak season in Europe, everywhere is expensive. Meanwhile, the prices here are very cheap. In general, this is a destination that deserves to be on the list of places that everyone wants to go in the summer. And of course, those who have more time should try going to the South. The sea there is extremely beautiful. And let me briefly explain to everyone why I chose Albania. Albania is a small country in the Balkan region, bordering Montenegro, Kosovo and Greece. To the west is the sea. Hearing the name, many people think this is a rather mysterious country, rarely mentioned on tourist maps. But really, the less people know, the more worth exploring, right? The point that I love most about Albania when I learned about it is the coastline. And this country has more than 450 km of coastline. In addition, along the Albanian coast, there are many ancient towns, many fortresses and billions of cafes with sea views that make you want to stay there forever. In my opinion, this is a type of coastline that is both naturally beautiful and not overly commercialized, so it still retains its wild and peaceful features. In short, if anyone likes beautiful beaches, cheap prices, delicious food but wants to avoid the tourist crowds of Spain, Italy, Portugal… then Albania is an extremely reasonable choice in my opinion. There is nothing better than starting a new day by walking and watching the surrounding streets. During the day, the vibe in Durres is completely different from the evening. The Mediterranean sunlight shines down and everything looks so brilliant. Walking along the street, you will see that Durres is quite peaceful. The people are not in a hurry. In the morning, they often sit and drink coffee and Expresso, chat happily, in general, it is a slow-paced lifestyle. In the center, there are also many small shops selling souvenirs and clothes. Occasionally, you will come across a few ancient buildings, mixed with modern architecture, creating a feeling of both history and freshness. Today, I will take everyone to another beach. It’s only about a kilometer from where I live, but the sea here has white sand and blue sea. There’s not a single word to criticize this place. Just watch the video and you’ll know. That’s what the sea is like. So if you want to avoid paying 20 euros for an umbrella like this, you should find a hotel that includes this cost. It’s very convenient and very cheap, reasonable. You won’t have to pay extra for such services anymore. And right now I’m at Fish House, an extremely famous seafood restaurant in Durres right next to the sea. The space here is quite cool, there are outdoor and indoor seats, suitable for lunch or dinner. The food here is fresh. I’ll choose any dish I want, then the staff will weigh it. After weighing it, they will cook it for me. In general, the prices here are very cheap. The processing fee is 2 euros for a dish. And I also looked at the reviews on Google, most people commented that the food here is fresh and delicious and the service attitude of the staff is very professional. The dining space is also very airy. I have recorded a video of the menu here so that everyone can refer to the prices here. But for me, the price is very reasonable. Three dishes and three drinks. It comes to 26 euros. 26 euros is too cheap, right everyone? Look at the shrimp, it’s this big. Meanwhile, the fish is also a specialty fish in the area, so there’s nothing to complain about today’s meal, it’s excellent. With prices like this, how could I not want to come back? It’s cheap, right everyone? And of course, after eating and drinking, it’s dessert, then back to the most famous pastry shop in the area. Today our group ordered three cakes and a cup of coffee, which cost a total of just over 9 dong. That is 9 euros. How can a tourist area have such a price? It’s a real bargain. And after eating, resting, swimming, and sunbathing, it’s time for dinner. Because the aftertaste of lunch was so delicious, our group decided to go back to the restaurant where we had lunch tonight. To be honest, with such a cheap price, there’s no reason not to go back. It’s around 6pm. In my opinion, everyone should go eat early. Because after that time, every restaurant will be very crowded. People usually go to eat around 7-8pm. So if possible, everyone should go a little earlier. Going to eat earlier means less time waiting for the food to be served. So it’s more comfortable. Today, my group ordered food to share. A portion of salad is enough for three people. Besides that, I also ordered a bowl of fish soup. The fish soup here is delicious, everyone. You must try it. It’s very delicious. Besides that, there are also a few slices of bread and a plate of seafood. This plate is very big, everyone. The shrimp is also big and the price is not expensive. Besides that, I also ordered three slices of tuna. It took forever to finish it. It’s this big. And these three pieces of fish only cost 16 euros. So with a meal like today, it’s 43 euros, which I think is very cheap and very reasonable. So what has to happen has happened. This morning is the last day in Durres. It sounds sad, but actually I had mentally prepared myself since last night, but this morning I still felt very reluctant to look at the sea. After going to the sea early in the morning and watching the locals exercising and jogging, I realized how healthy the vibe of living in this city is. Just walking slowly like that. In my mind, I was filming a video and thinking about when I would have the chance to come back here again. After that, I went back to the hotel to pack my things and called a taxi to Tirana airport. It was the same as the day I arrived. The distance was about 40, 50 minutes, the price was 30 euros. The driver was quite friendly and chatted happily throughout the trip. Since I still had some Albanian money left and it was not time to check in at the airport lounge, I decided to sit down and have a coffee, spend all my money so I wouldn’t feel guilty when I got back. And I found that although the food at the airport was more expensive than in the city, it wasn’t that much more expensive. So my journey to explore Albania officially ended here. In the past few days, I have experienced the mornings watching the sunrise in Durres. Cool sea water, enjoying fresh seafood, and afternoons wandering around the capital Tirana, exploring the central square, fortresses, parks and even unique and strange architectural works… What I like most about Albania is that everything here is genuine and pleasant. The people are quite gentle, the food is reasonable, the coastline is beautiful and not too touristy. Especially Durres has a vibe of a peaceful coastal city with enough services for you to comfortably eat and have fun. If you want to find a destination in Europe that is not too crowded, has reasonable costs, has beautiful beaches, has culture and has new experiences, Albania is probably a choice worth considering. Thank you everyone for joining me on this trip. Don’t forget to like, share and follow the channel so you don’t miss the next trips.
