The Last Province of Mindanao | Tawi-Tawi to the World
This is Tawi-Tawi, the southernmost part of the Philippines. Did you know that in this province you can discover amazing things? That’s why from Zamboanga City we will go back and cross the sea for more than nineteen hours until we reach the town of Bongao. ‘ Isn’t the diesel also yellow? How do you know diesel from gasoline? Here in Tawi-Tawi, there is no more red gasoline. No unleaded green. This is all there is. Sabaha Malaysian Yellow Gasoline. I never thought that right here in Bongao Tawi-Tawi we will see something called tepo. This is their mat here if we base it on the dedication, the time spent, the talent and the art contained in the tape itself. So I won’t miss it. let’s get something like this. We will try if it is acceptable. I can see stool or it seems dry. Uncle Jarry Manambe. We’ve had the experience of going to church again because just like I told you , the tradition is still alive here in Batu-Batu panguma sagala . Please exchange products so that you can have a product that does not use a single peso. Join me again on our third visit to my most favorite province in Mindanao. And it’s sideways. A good day to you guys and welcome to our new motorcycle adventure. And today’s episode is a very special episode because we are back here in Zamboanga City. We are currently here at the Sadic Grand Mos, the largest mosque not only in the Philippines but in Southeast Asia. That’s it guys. This is the Sadic Grand Mos. And since we found out that we can take a peek at the very entrance of this mosque, let’s go because I want to see what the largest mosque in all of Southeast Asia looks like. Let ‘s take a look. The size here is huge. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi taala wabarakatuh. Sir, good afternoon. I’ll ask, why did you call me sadikiran? Because the sadq owner is named Mr. Sadq Sali, Ismail Sali, Alhaj. Just as an inspiration to the next generation that will be a lesson to his next generation . They will see that you have built a mosque that your grandfather built, so that we can have an idea how big this sadik grand Muslim is, I don’t know how big he really is, but this is being built by this, what is it? It’s just a sadigm . Fit sadic grandmos let’s use four floors from basement 2 basement one this ground floor. There’s more underneath. Are there any more up to how many floors is this? We have base two. There is a best one. This is what they call the ground floor. And then we also have a second floor up there. The second floor, if all of them are included, can accommodate 40,000 to 60,000 people . Wow! Masallah This is the size of Sadic Grandmos. It started in 2016 17. COVID caught up with us those who hang around and our fat ones. Until now, insyaallah subhanahu wa taala, here we can see what Sad Grandmos is like. So far, it has not been completed, but alhamdulillah we are now using it for those who want to come here to Sadi Gramos Mos, we are all welcome, Muslims and Christians. No matter what our tribe is. We are all welcome . For the non-Muslims who will enter here at Sadic Grandmos, we are preparing hijabs here, apparently out of respect for the religion, so we will only wear those hijabs before we enter. The size of Sadic Grandmos itself is really great. And ah from here right where we are at Dick Grand Boss, we will go to Zamboanga City itself to go down to Zamboanga Boulevard itself and ah take Let’s take a Roro ticket to cross Tawi-Tawi. And to start our happy return from here to Zamboanga City Patawad ng Bonggao, Tawi-Tawi, what are we waiting for? Let’s get started guys. Let’s go. We passed a little bit and we motored from there to Sadic Grand Mos and we are here in Zamboanga City. There will be a bit of traffic, so let’s go straight away because we are going to get a ticket and there are still people to take care of. But before everything, we still have time left, so let’s go to the Boulevard. Ah, let’s see if we can buy food because we will cross from here to Zamboanga City Pabonggao Tawi-Tawi. We will buy a box of food because when we arrive at the ship, the food there is almost a little expensive . But here we are at Zamboanga City Boulevard. That’s it guys. It’s here. This is what they call Zamboanga City Boulevard. Or let’s eat first. Before we go inside the ship, let’s go on a fu-food trip. Allr before we go inside the ship, let’s bury some food and right here on Zamboanga City Boulevard, let’s buy chicken pastel. Bro, you’re going to tear the entire pastel. Ah, plain rice with pastil. 25 One rice. It’s just a rice. That’s two rice . Two rice. Java rice is finished . Php30. Php30? Yes. Java rice with your po. This is it. Look because wow. This is the plain one. That’s Java Rice. This is the Java Rice and then this is the plain. wow Maybe we’ll eat pastel first and then we’ll bury ourselves. We need to buy pastels because inside the ship it will probably take us more than 12 hours before we reach Bonggao Tawi-Tawi. So we will eat here first and then we will have another set of chicken pastels inside the ship. Because we already bought pastels. We’re going to eat this so that before we get on the ship, we’ll have something to eat. Our stomachs are full. Then right here on Zamboanga City Boulevard there is a wrap. But the wrap sauce is too much. From not spicy to the very spiciest. It’s like what are we going to be thrown here? Duper crazy. Come on How much is one brother? 27 of 16 or all that is all wrapped up. Am I lucky ? That’s right, we hit the soft one. Hey, it’s delicious. It’s a bit of a steal with the amount of vinegars you can mix in the wrap itself. Oh, this is said to be the spiciest. But what can’t come out of me here? Just a little bit. Knowledge here boy. Ah, the tuper immediately drew in my throat. Yes duper immediately. Let’s take a food trip first because I’m sure when we get on the ship, there will be only a few foods to choose from. At least here at least we are full. Hmm. let’s eat This is the chicken pastel we bought earlier. Php25. The rice is two . What a mouthful for you. Delicious. Very spicy indeed. The one we put is spicy. I forgot that we will get HPG clearance. Alas, we still have 45 minutes left before our ship departs. This is the appearance of the boulevard of Zamboanga City. Every afternoon, this boulevard becomes lively. So when we passed by this afternoon we scolded them, let them relax and I showed you that you can buy a lot of food and drinks. That’s it. There are a lot of people hanging out here but I forgot that we will get HPG clearance. So we need to bring the ORCR down to the HPG Highway Patrol Group headquarters. Before we go to the port, we will first get HPG clearance. We will cross. I forgot. We are here at the PNP Police Regional Office 9. In case you are going to go back and forth , you need to seal the ORCR of the motorcycle. Sir, good afternoon. Ah will get clearance for what in Bonggao. Roro will cross. Pap. Yes. All right. Where is it sir? Bungao Tawi-Tawi. Manila. Go ahead. I’ll go there first. This is their HPG here. The HPG headquarters is here. Let’s just stamp it. Where is that? HP. Ah this is it. HPG is here. This is it. Highway Patrol Group. Let’s sign. So here we can seal our ORCR. And it’s that easy folks, just show your ORCR and then they’ll ask you where you’re going. And it will just be sealed. There is no rustling. It’s very easy. It’s okay. We are ready. By the way, we got a ticket. Sorry we rushed a bit. I have not shown it to you. So we paid for accommodation. This is what we paid for. So Php1,300. Zamboanga Bonggao accommodation. Then because we are late, what we have to pay or the payment for our motorcycle will be paid inside. The important thing is that we got a ticket. This is what we paid 1,300 for. Then let’s go inside the pier, it’s only 30 minutes and the ship will leave. So it’s a little late but that’s still up. So let’s enter the port. Please forgive me if I don’t video much. We messed up a bit on time. We went on a food trip so this is the substitute. We did not get a bill of leading. Cutoff down to Allison right on their ticketing. So we are here right inside the Zamboanga City Port to be taken care of. But it’s okay we got it later. I will discuss it with you because how can we do it any moment. The ship is about to leave so I’m in a little hurry. Here it is. Ah here is the class. Oh, it’s okay. Anyway, we are already inside and then we will pay Roro. Where is Roro? Wait, let’s go inside, let’s pay for the Roro. We still have to pay. Later I will discuss what we paid the most for. This is here. Drive through Roro. This is it again. Exactly there is. Exactly there is. That’s it. Just wait. Good afternoon. Oh my, I don’t fit anymore. How much is that ma’am? Php65? Php65. Allr so we paid Php65 for the Roro Terminal Fee. After that, let’s go. We’re a little late, folks. So this is what will happen when you arrive at the port of Gahol on time. So I suggest 2 hours. I actually went on a food trip. Wait, where’s the bank? Going to Bonggao. Where is that? Maybe this is it. We are here at gate 7. Good afternoon. Pabonggao sir. Where is that ship, sir? Tr ah Trishia 2. All right sir, all right sir. Thank you. Enter now. So this is it right now. We can breathe properly. Or that. Or that’s our car. MB Trisha Ksttin 2. We will know that if we can ride. A lot of things. Let’s just ask. It’s nice to go out, sir. Oh okay. And we’re still here. So we’ll have to wait because it’s still unloading? Still unloading. So I thought I was in a hurry because I really didn’t think we would make it. It’s really good. But for you to have an idea, I will explain this here since we are already here. Okay. Besides the 1,300 we paid, we paid 1,000 for our motorcycle. It’s 400 cc and then the Php65. So since we have reached the Lord’s mercy, we will wait for the go signal so we can enter. For the meantime, we will wait until they notify. After about 15 minutes, we had the go signal. We can go in now. The ships are at the end. Go ahead. And it’s still the same as when we first crossed from here to Zamboanga City, our car is MB3 KTSIN number two. It’s exciting because the memories are finally coming back to us. Wait, where should we park? Where should we park, ma’am? Here. Oh, that’s all. Just here. That’s all. So we will leave our motorbike here. It’s okay. So that’s it. because it’s okay. We are here inside our ship. From here in Zamboanga City itself, maybe tomorrow afternoon we can reach the port of Bonggao. So let’s make arrangements there first and then I’ll show you where we’ll sleep tonight. So because we have found it we have found the call here. This is it . This is our bed. God That. We’re up again. So because we are already here in the very bed where we will probably lay tomorrow at 2:00 in the afternoon. It’s going to be quite a long trip because from here in Zamboanga City across Bonggao Tawi Tawi, it’s about 14 to 16 hours to get there. So let’s rest first. Good morning. So because here we got breakfast right in the middle of the sea, we expected it a bit so we buried the bread. Maybe we used to go to Bongo Fort, it depends. But since this is not our first time, let alone our second time, we are ready to have food. Of course we still have coffee. This is the coffee we’ve been drinking since Sultan Kudarat. So somehow our morning is still intact. We have coffee. So this will be our only breakfast. If you happen to go to Tawi-Tawi, I suggest you bury whatever you can eat. You can eat it for dinner, breakfast, and lunch. If it’s like this, we have breakfast. Hey , since we’re done eating, we’ll have to wait a little longer. So, it’s past 8:00 in the morning and we’re already in the middle of the day. I don’t know if you can see it on camera. This is where we are in the middle of Sulu. We are getting closer to Tawi-Tawi itself or the main land of Tawi-Tawi itself. Maybe our estimated time of arrival based on the current time and based on the speed of the ship, maybe around 2 or 3:00 pm in the afternoon, we are already at Bonggao Port itself. But right now because we can’t do anything because the ship we’re on is small so we’re here on the very roof deck open air here and we’re taking advantage of the fact that the sun isn’t that hot yet so we’ll just air here. How many can I say goodbye until I get through to you? When time is running out and the dream is over, you need some time to figure it out. And that what comes around goes around. You say you always be around somehow. Oh, I can see it. You scream, you shout, you let it out. You made me a believer. After almost more than 1 hour drive from there to the Zamboanga City Port. Well, finally we are here again, kapots. Wait. We will get out of the ship first. We’re a bit crushed by the trip because it’s been almost 24 hours . But here we are again kapo. Or that’s it. We are back. It feels good guys. We are back again. We are here again in Bunggao. This is not the first time. Especially not the second time. This is our third time to set foot here in Tawi-tawi. It feels good. It’s like this is my second province because you brought me our new motorcycle. Actually, this motor is not new because the motor has 12,000. But for the first time, he will be able to step on it freely. Let’s get out of portol first. Thank you. Let’s go in. We have an idea even if we don’t use Google Maps. That’s it. My cellphone is turned off . I have mastered it right here in Bonggao Tawi Tawi. And from here to Bonggao Tawi Tawi where their pier is here, we will ride a motorbike for about 3.7 km. Let’s go straight to the hotel itself. Time check is 3:00 or past 3:00 in the afternoon. We left last night at 8:30. So it’s been a 19 hour trip. It’s pretty bad if you’re not with your mother because the trip is so long it’s a bit debilitating. But since we are already in those kinds of setups and systems that make the ship’s journey long, we somehow have an idea. We have buried food, we have water and then we have wipes and so on. So this is what Bonggao looks like. And to give you an idea of what Bonggao, Tawi-Tawi looks like, this is also their most busy town. This is the most beautiful. There are also many buildings. It has a shopping center. That’s a shopping center. There is a land bank and there is milk tea here. Perhaps you have watched our previous episodes about this in Tawi-Tawi. But to give you an idea again, this is their hometown. It’s so simple, isn’t it? It’s still really fun to ride. It’s really nice to ride a motorcycle here in Tawi-Tawi. Maybe less than 5 minutes from there to Bonggao. And we are here at the part of the crossroads called. This is part of the branched coastal area. But it is only close to the cave itself. About 5 minutes. Then the hotel where we will stay today is here. Let’s rest first. Our trip has been quite long. It’s already here with this one. I can see it. It’s so close. so that you can have an idea that here in mainland Tawi-Tawi here in Bonggao there are hotels like this where we will sleep. Here we are. We are approaching . Here we stay at the Yalus Beach House. This is where we will stay. So since our trip from Zamboanga City to here in Tawi-tawi is long, we will park early after 4:00 in the afternoon and then tomorrow we will continue our trip. Let’s rest here folks. Good morning. This is our continuation of our journey. We just came from Zamboanga City yesterday and we reached this province of Tawi-Tawi for the third time. This is where we slept and rested at the very simple but beautiful Yalus Beach House here in Sangasanga. It’s close to the Sangasanga Airport itself and we’re still on the mainland of Tawi-Tawi. If you notice, it’s very simple. Either that or there’s a pool. You can take a bath here when you rest and you will also spend the night here at the Yalus Beach House itself. The breakfast included when you stay here is also included in what you paid for. And later on I’ll give you a peek at what the room we slept in looks like. But here we enjoy it. It’s very simple. Soon we will start exploring again and go around here in Tawi-Tawi. And so that you can have an idea of what the room we slept in looks like here at the Yalos Beach House, let me show you a peek. It’s very simple . That’s it. Aircon. Look how comfortable the bed is. There is wifi and there is a smart TV. Where if you happen to rest here while you are here in Tawi-Tawi, you can watch our latest episodes on YouTube. That’s like that. And for Php 3,000 a night , you can rest well. There is a pool, there is a sea, there is a comfortable bed, there is a bar and they have food here that you can order from here and you can have it delivered to your rooms. It’s very simple and you see, please bear with me, it’s a little messy because we’re getting ready because we’ll explore later. I just showed you what the room we slept in looked like. After we have breakfast here where we live here near Yalus, we are just going to go somewhere, maybe less than a minute from there in Yalus, we will reach this biggest Masjid Omos here in the most mainland Tawi-Tawi. This is it folks. You can see it. It’s close. And let ‘s try to see what that masjid looks like. Hello sir, live. Welcome to Masjid Rayat. Right here where we are standing, this is the men’s entrance, on the other side with the stairs, that is the women’s entrance. Because the women are praying upstairs, the men are downstairs because it is forbidden for men and women to pray together . Especially if they are not related by blood or relatives. Let’s go in the middle so you can see the whole beautiful masjid ayat. Ma’am, right here inside. So they are here and you are praying here? Yes. The men down here are praying. So it is possible to not have a mat, but usually they bring a mat or a praying mat, or there is also a prayer mat available here in the masjid itself. It doesn’t matter what color you wear you. Just don’t short pan when you pray. Um, sleeveless is also prohibited especially for women if the woman is really wrapped up. Now, here we are near the front. This is where the head of the prayer preached . His name is Imam. So every Friday there are many prayers. Spacious. More people pray than daily on Friday. Then there are those who preach like that. The one who reminds you what you should do as a Muslim. It also reminds us what is right here. That’s what he does. If you notice Kapo there is something written there. Noon. What is written there is Arabic writing. The reading of that is Allah. Allah is our most god. Allah has another name. 99 names of Allah that you can see up there. All that is written there, surrounded by the 99 names of Allah such as Ar-Rahman, Ar-Rahim, Al Malik Kuddus, Assalam, Almukmin and many others . Then inside here um you will see something like a clock. That’s on the side. These are the times when Muslims pray. So there are five because Muslims pray five times everyday. There is dawn. Fajar is 5 am or before 5 am That’s fajar. It’s after zuhur, it’s noontime. Ashar is over , this is like 3:00 pm This is Magrive, this is um 6 pm Asia is over around 7 or 7 plus 7:00 pm In a day you have to pray five times as a Muslim. All Muslims in the world have only one guide. This is the Quran. The normal book is like this. The Quran is upside down, that’s how his ed is here. Then upon opening it’s like that. Because his letter is backwards. His letter is yes from here to there. Wet is from right to left. If so. Let’s go to the most beautiful place, it’s just a short distance from the mosque we went to a while ago and we have a place to go here. Looks like we’re here. This is where we are going now, we are here to find out what is the interesting thing we are going to do here. Let’s go. We just left our motorcycle down on the side of the road and we are here in barangay Pag-asa Luok Bangka Badoo Village because we have something to do here. From there, right where we parked, we reached what is called Luok Bangka Baja Weaver where you can see the teu maker. That’s it, now we’re in Pagasa sa Luok Bangka Badia Village. Here you can see groups of women making teok or mats. Hello, good morning. Welcome to Bado Village Matweers. Auntie, I just want to ask when did you start having a community that makes teos? It’s been a long time. All women here because they are badass. These designs are taken from adults, lol grandmas. But usually what is the use of a tepo? The thing used in tepo is pandan. There used to be plants here in the lower pandan but during the summer the plants were all dead. Even while dead. Today we are buying on the island of pontoon. On a full mat, how long does it take? Ah, bye months. By months. It’s the longest. 3 months including the lining. Placing the lining. They also do it because sometimes people come here to us through RGO because back then there was really nothing left. They don’t exist. Yes. So right now, when that’s done, how much is the most finished product, for example? Ah, it depends on the sizes and also the beauty of their kwan. Finish is really without lining because it’s expensive now and they don’t sell dies anymore. I didn’t think that right here in the cave, especially here at Luok Bangka, we will see something called tepo. This is the mat they have here made of pandan leaves. Look how big it is. Look Php 2,500 this is how big he is. It’s like a single mattress, the size of which is PH,500 and that depends on the design and also depends on the size. If you also want to have tea, you can coordinate with the LGU of Bonggao Tourism or you can also visit the place itself. we put it right in their hand waving here like that what they are doing. I’ll show you how long it takes, two months. It’s only 2 days when it’s small. It’s only 2 days when it’s small. It’s really manual. It’s not the first time we’ve seen a teu because the first time we saw a mat like this was down on Mayanggan Island, but here in Bonggao itself, it’s interesting because they’re a community here and there are a lot of hand weavers who make mats. There are similar to that and different designs you can shop like this. nice oh This is it. Where is this for? On the table. Can be on the table, can be on the wall, keyframe. Ah, it can be on the wall. Wow! It’s great to think about because at first I thought it was just a mat and then it looks like you can use it as a decoration on your wall. But their most finished product can be made like this bag. If you also behave in Tawi-Tawi, this is one of the products that you can buy as a welcome gift or even a souvenir where you have already helped those poor communities who can be table runners. There are different types, different designs, different colors, different sizes. These are the ones like this. How much is this ma’am auntie? PH00. Ph00. You have a lot to choose from, but the one I want to buy is the really big mat. At first I thought this was the most epic but we found out that there is another lining like this. It turns out that these two are superimposed. So this is one of the traditional mats or called tipo. That’s why I thought it was the only liner to be put in. Then this is where you can sleep. So it’s this big. how much PH5. PH, 5. Look at it. Size. Currently, I’m confused about what to choose because there are so many designs, so many color combinations , I’m confused. Almost all the tepos I see here are beautiful. Different designs have different meanings. Like this , PH is 5, right? Yes. Then if you can see it is inspired or the design is straight like they use the wooden pallet. Then there is this. Actually this is the one I like. Many colored Shells. What this means now if you look closely is actually Php3,500. Look how big it is. That’s the size. wow There is a lining and many colors for Php3,500. It looks like this. Looks like I’ve made my choice. Look at the design we have chosen. Just like I said, the PH is 500. It’s cheap, in fact, if we consider the dedication, the time spent, the talent and the arc contained in the teu itself, it’s very cheap. So I won’t miss it. Let’s get something like this. It’s really beautiful guys. I don’t know if you appreciated it, but like me, the mat that we will take as a souvenir is beautiful. That’s it. After I show you where teo or the traditional mats of the sama dilao tribe are made, we will continue our motorcycling. But everything is new, look at our fuel remaining fuel, 1 km is enough. And since we are here in Tawi-Tawi , you probably already know what kind of gas is used here. So let’s get gas first, but the gas that is used here is this, sir. Good morning. How much is a booklet? 65 65 it’s Malaysia now, just like I told you here in Tawi-Tawi, there is no more premium red, no more unleaded green. This is all there is. We are here at MSA gas retailer. This is the fuel for our motor. Typically if you look closely, you think it’s diesel. I will show you. Sir, how come you think he’s the color of diesel. How come the diesel is also yellow? How do you know diesel from gasoline? There are also quite a few more here. Light lighting color. Ah, that’s the light color of the diesel but it’s the same yellow. Same yellow. But this is possible. Can it be mixed with red? Yes. Oh can Here in Tawi-Tawi, there is no more red gasoline. No unleaded green. The only thing left is Sabaha Malaysian Yellow Gasoline. So this is what we will load first. We are out of gas. We will load first. And since we’ve been able to gas up, we’re going to continue our motorcycling. We have spots ahead of us. Mind you, you can ride a motorcycle here at Tawi-Tawi because from there at Bunggao, you can take a road trip up to there at Panglima Sugala where we are going. But before we go to the fifth place, we have some beautiful roads here. Look at the curves here. There are also rider groups that you can join if you behave yourself. But now I’m alone . There we are alone along this road towards the fifth gambling place. It’s safe here. You have nothing to be afraid of. look at me We will go where we are going alone. And if you think there are no good or straight roads here in Tawi-Tawi, well , you are wrong. Look at the road we are going through. Very cozy. Or that’s it. The road is free. So every week or every weekend, the rider groups here in Tawi-Tawi are actually able to ride on our route from Sangasanga to the Pangma Sugalan itself. Look at the road we are walking on, we are almost alone . Or that’s it. There is a good road here. Let’s go down that. Oh that’s it folks. Look at the road. Boom! Very, very straight here. The rider groups are going at top speed because in the entire Tawi-Tawi, this is the only straight road. Look at that. Directly between the fl out on be between the sun and the in green umbrella drinking my after we pass the beautiful road and this is the lapid-lapid bridge. Look at how long it is because this very bridge that we are on now or like a cosway is the most estway or bridge that you can see here in Tawi-Tawi. Look how beautiful it is. Be between the sun and my deep blue sea. That’s where you my feet in the we drink in my hand. We’ll just go through it, but it’s free. That’s it. Wow! It’s really nice to ride a motorcycle. The best between the sun and the deep sea. That’s when you find me red. be between the sun and my deep blue sea my feet in the drink in my After we passed the lapid-lapid bridge, we only motored for maybe 10 to 15 minutes until we reached the municipality of Batubato panglima sugala here in May Tawi-tawi. Maybe you already know what we will see here. But since we are back, let me show you again the traditional life that takes place here in this very town. Here we are. Let’s go in. Lots of bananas. I hope the time is right when we go. They each bring their products here. That’s it. They are lined up. The amount oh. Looks like there’s traffic trffpic ah. Let’s overtake here so we can move forward. That’s it. I thought at first that there would be no traffic here and there, but because it’s market day or market day, it’s so bad that we’ll just enter the most public market. There you will see each of them carrying their product. There are bananas, there are jackfruits, there are panggiy. We will move forward here. OP. Yes. Go ahead. Here we are at last. We are here in the parking lot. Alr. Where are we going to park now? This is where we are. Let’s see. And ah, because we’re here with five more gambling stones. We will try something and I will show you that right here in the town of Panglima Ugala there is a living tradition of barter trade. Come on Yes. It used to be a habit when we were here at the bat-bato pangma sugala here and there in this very place that one of the only living traditions takes place. In fact, only two places in the whole The Philippines has these kinds of places where you can exchange products even if you don’t have money. We will not use pesos or money, we will only use it to get a product, a product. That’s why we have jaws. This is the white raw materials together. This is their favorite samb-exchange that we will bring later. Let’s look around first. Let’s canvas together what we will replace these three pieces of glass. Come on We will try if agree. This is what I see as stool or as if it is dry. Unclear manabbe. Upat ah menghe, sambi sa tahai pambang only. That. This is all. I thought that someone had agreed. So we have a dry one who agrees. Four pieces. Alright uncle one. I pray. This is it. He will finally agree. Yes. Where is it? All right. Yes. Heavy. Change the product. This is more. That’s it. That’s it. So this is it. We have dry or tahe. Exactly . One, two, three, four pieces of fish. Never mind that this is the one we changed. We have exchanged soupsop of seashells, of spiders, spider shells. Now it’s dry. So it’s new again. Somehow we have experienced to go together again because just like I told you that right here in Batu-Batu Panglima, the tradition is still alive . And since we are already here in the middle of nowhere, this is also where we keep the food basket all over the place. That’s why what you saw earlier that we were carrying around is that the raw materials come together when you process and cook them and it’s already fut. You have many food choices. How much is it? Php10. So this will be the final product when you cook the kabasa. It has shangl included as well. Then there is a class. It’s the same few, yellow and white, but they say it’s mixed with turmeric, which will be the panggi pangi products that we changed a while ago, and because I want something, I want to taste a meal here. Let’s take a look here. If you look at the food we carry, it’s called a tawi-tawi durol. But when we went to Marawi near Lanao del Sur, they call it Dodol, near Magindaano. Now they are still wrapped in banana leaves but I want to taste the dodol or durol right here on the fifth su ugala. So the one is Php10 if you buy a set or a bagos, it’s Php100. Let’s taste it. It’s really funny to think that we are back here right where we are because just like I told you there are only two places in the whole Philippines that have barter trade. And this is a fifth game here in Batu-Batu, the one that has that tradition and then there is food because it is a food basket that we are in. Ah still wrapped in plastic. I have also bought something like this so that when we board the ship back to Zamboanga, we will take it. The taste is almost the same. The taste is the same. The only difference between the durol of Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur is the durol itself in the fifth gambling. Our dudol, their dudol there is dense like dense, dense, but this one is a little light, but the texture is still the same. It’s delicious. Let’s have a fu-food trip after we pray. And since we have also started a food trip here in Bato-Bato Panglima Sugala, let’s go all out and we will be here at Saas Coffee where we will eat bangbang sug. When talking about tourism and beautiful places here in Tawi-Tawi, you can’t miss the food. So we are here at Isa’s cafe or coffee. Let’s eat bangbangsog. Actually, this is not the first time that we will eat Bangbangs because we have tasted almost all of the Bangbang soups served. But here at IAASA coffee itself, this is what I really come back to. I don’t know how many times we have gone here to the very Tabo-Tabo public market. by the way when you go you are here right where we are located, they also have a tabo-tabo here or there is an exchange or exchange of products every Saturday early morning when you come here and after you sleep you will be hungry, you will have many choices of food like here at mayas coffee, I have eaten it several times but this is the first time I can show you. Never mind that this is the pure manis. Typically when you eat bangbanggog, it will be served to you all. You see a lot of bangbangsog here. All that will be placed on your table. But you will only take what you pay for or what you eat. That’s all you’ll pay for. So this is what we come back to. It’s very delicious and I only tasted it here at Is coffee. Look at the tired inside. Let’s taste it. First bite for you. Still delicious. Terrible. And all the bangbang sug that you see is best paired with hot coffee or native coffee. So that you can have an idea of what exactly putl manis is. It’s typically sticky or sticky but has a yema flavor inside. It’s delicious. Of all the sug I ate here on the fifth sugala, this is the one that really impressed me. And if you happen to behave here, you can barter trade, try this called putle manis. It’s delicious. I hope you liked our return trip from Zamboanga City across here to Tawi-Tawi. And if you like these kinds of travel adventures, maybe I can ask for a subscription from you. A subscribe to our little channel would be a big help.
