In this video, I spent 3 days driving through almost every district of Jakarta, trying to work as a Gojek driver.
First, I had to buy a Gojek helmet – fortunately, the real drivers in Jakarta, Indonesia are super kind and helpful, so that was no problem. Finding customers, however, was a completely different story. Driving 15 hours a day in Jakarta’s traffic is exhausting, and the money? Very hard to get.
See this crazy adventure in the capital of Indonesia, how many customers I managed to pick up, how people and other drivers reacted to a bule Gojek driver in Jakarta, and most importantly – what I did with all the money I earned during this video.
This video shows respect for the hard work of ojek and Gojek drivers in Jakarta, who face daily struggles in one of the busiest cities in Southeast Asia.
