【金沢・女ひとり旅 1泊2日】兼六園・金沢城・美術館&金沢グルメを巡る大人の癒し旅🌿(1日目)

Hello! This is Miyu From my relatives’ house in Kanazawa,
I headed to Omicho Market The first stop was Kanazawa’s famous conveyor-belt sushi
“Morimori Sushi” Amazingly, there was a line of 70 groups!
So I decided to come back tomorrow Instead, I went to “Shioman Daifuku Suzume” This shop is known for its salted bean daifuku But I decided to try their warm, fresh “Maruyaki” Hot anko cream cheese 😊 The dough is made with rice flour, chewy and soft! Inside, there’s plenty of mochi too 😊 The balance of saltiness and sweetness
was absolutely perfect Craving shrimp and oysters,
I went to Shimada Suisan Here, you can enjoy fresh seafood on the spot The oysters are washed and served
right in front of you Oysters, botan shrimp, and fresh scallops—
what a luxurious lineup ✨ They look absolutely delicious! Wow! Rich and creamy ✨ Fresh scallops, only possible at the market So tasty! The shrimp was plump and sweet,
with a melt-in-your-mouth texture Next up was the popular “Omicho Croquette” Croquettes and menchi-katsu made with Noto beef Croquettes featuring nodoguro, sweet shrimp,
crab, and other local ingredients I chose the Noto cheese menchi-katsu Juicy Noto beef with melting Noto cheese A rich and indulgent menchi-katsu
unique to this region 😋 Finally, I visited Shinriki Suisan Charcoal-grilled eel and seafood are popular here! The grilled whelk was full of umami—
I couldn’t stop eating it Now I’ve arrived at the entrance
to Kanazawa Castle Park It was a hot time of day,
but I decided to take a walk Quiet stone walls and white plaster walls You can feel the dignity of Kanazawa Castle At my feet, a calm water surface spreads out Less flashy, more quiet and solid That’s the charm of Kanazawa Castle 😊 The scale-pattern clouds and the castle—
a breathtaking collaboration ✨ I walked through Hashizume Gate,
once used by the feudal lords Next, to Kenrokuen Garden 🌿 A classic Kenrokuen view with a pond and lantern The reflections on the pond look magical ✨ The Karasaki pine tree with its graceful branches
is famous for its winter yukizuri ropes The peaceful scenery soothes the heart From the well-maintained pines and plants You can sense how Kenrokuen
has been lovingly preserved Everywhere you walk, it’s beautiful and relaxing Kenrokuen truly is a wonderful garden 🌿 Actually, there’s a dessert I’ve been
looking forward to since before this trip Now I’m heading to that shop♪ Le Musée de H KANAZAWA Located inside the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of Art,
a café by world-renowned patissier
Hironobu Tsujiguchi The high ceilings and soft light
create a healing atmosphere I couldn’t resist ordering
two of their popular cakes 😋 So beautiful, like pieces of art ✨ This one is “Aigle,” loved by many fans So refreshing with lemon mousse 🍋 The aroma of hazelnuts spreads softly A praline sauce oozes out,
adding a delightful accent And the classic “C’est la Vie” The white chocolate mousse
has a gentle sweetness With pistachio sponge
and refreshing raspberry Creating an elegant harmony of flavors Their original herbal tea,
“Rosera Forêt” A perfect balance of rosehip and citrus—
so soothing and delicious Now I’ve arrived at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa A modern art museum visited by many people in Japan A spiral artwork composed of three primary colors Each overlap of colors creates
a new expression A fleeting scene like a sunset sky A unique artwork that looks like grapes It reflects different views from every angle Finally, the famous photo spot—
the Rabbit Chair Just by sitting down, you can enjoy
this iconic interactive artwork Now I’m back at Kanazawa Station The Tsuzumi Gate at night is so beautiful ✨ Illuminated in vibrant colors,
it shines brilliantly Inside Kanazawa Station’s Hyakubangai Anto,
I visited “Uosaiya” Here you can enjoy fresh seafood
directly from Noto 😋 A full lineup of set meals
loved by seafood fans ✨ They also offer a wide variety of Ishikawa’s local sake Kanazawa Gourmet Gozen – 2,500 yen (tax included) Packed with Kanazawa’s unique flavors—
so exciting ✨ Grilled Noto pork kakuni Juicy and full of flavor Kanazawa oden, finally my first time trying it 💕 The classic red-maki—
a cute swirl-patterned fish cake The broth was clear and light,
similar to Kansai-style Nodoguro, called the “toro of white fish,”
with its refined sweetness Jibuni—duck simmered in a thick broth—
a perfect match I was able to savor Kanazawa’s local flavors,
ready for more sightseeing tomorrow 😊 Thank you so much for watching until the end
