A visit to Tengchong’s hot springs and ancient town is a must-do. This time, Ah Miao, we’re staying in Heshun Ancient Town. Nestled against the mountain, it boasts a beautiful environment and a variety of delicious western Yunnan snacks, making it a haven for all ages. Ready for Ah Miao’s Tengchong foodie adventure? Let’s start our Tengchong foodie adventure at Lao Hua’s. Let’s try a small-eared roasted pig. Toast the seasoning until it’s cooked. Why are they called small-eared pigs? Because their ears are a bit small , and their growth cycle is a bit slow. You can see this tiny pig, but it’s already eight or nine months old . This is a breed of pig with small ears , specially selected for its delicate ears. This is the dish here, and you can see it in the freezer. It’s very fresh. Let’s try some specials. This is a brown bun with stir-fried pork and bitter melon. Stir-fry this kohlrabi and make soup. Just follow your normal method .
