“This place is known as Wahclella Falls, and is located on the Colombia River Gorge in Oregon. This happens to be one of the best waterfalls in that area. In this photo I placed my camera on a tripod and let the shutter run for 1.3 Seconds. The water movement captured in this photo provides for nice flow, and makes the waterfall look peaceful and calm.
