[Music] [Music] down for love cuz I was down for her. Oh, [Music] hey everyone and welcome to CM Reap. Um, so I’m so excited to be here in CM Reef, Cambodia. I’ve just arrived. I took a bus here from Phenam Pen and um, I’ve gotten here, it’s 4:00. I’ve been told that the office at the temple um I’ve told that the office closed at 5:00. Now, I’ve bought my ticket online. It was $37 USD to buy online. Um and um but I’ve been told that you have to actually have it printed and get your picture taken. So, I’m going to actually take a tuk tuk and go to the temple right now. So, um I will show you my amazing apartment that I’m really excited about um and really happy with. Um, I’ll show it to you later because it’s really great. Here’s the kitchen back here. Um, and of course I’ll leave a link for you. But this I already know is going to be a great stay. This place is is basically brand spanking new. Um, but let me get to the temple and then I’ll show you around. [Music] Oh my love [Music] cuz I was down for you. Oh, [Music] so the town so far is really cute. It’s really clean. [Music] Wow. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought that I was in Chiang Mai. It looks exactly the same minus the wall going around it. [Music] Oh, [Music] away. [Music] [Applause] cuz I was down forever. Oh [Music] my. [Music] Oh, [Music] love for your love cuz [Music] Okay, I just got some really useful information to give to you. Um, and now I know. So, if you book online like I did, you don’t actually need to come get it printed and get a picture. So, um, I’m happy to hear that, but I am here already. He gave me a map. and kind of told me, you know, so stay for sunrise, of course. And he told me where the best sunset is, like to climb this mountain to see sunset if I want to see sunset later, but there’s three temples and there’s some smaller temples. It’s basically the left left side of this map. Um, which I’ll show you. Let me put it down. and this one with a star. So, he told me to go to the one with the star first after the temple cuz he said it gets busy and of course I’m trying to get video and pictures and everything and obviously I’d love to get without people. So, um he told me to do all of that, but I’m going to go back to my hotel. I’m going to actually I’m going to go to the grocery store first and then I’m going to go back. I’m going to show you guys around and um to give you a real tour of my apartment and then um I think I’m going to sit and pack and study this map a little bit um so that I really kind of have a good idea of everything cuz right now I feel like it’s just kind of a blur. Um and I’m a little bit tired. I didn’t sleep so well last night. A few hours of sleep. um had to get up at 6:00 this morning for the bus. Um so the bus was a little bit late. I the bus was like 8:30 to 2:30, but I think we ended up getting here around 3. So not bad. It was comfortable. It was easy. I highly recommend it. It was like 8 bucks for the bus. So definitely from Famen um take the bus. That’s the Embry for sure. Um but yeah, so I’m going to go head to the grocery store. I’m going to book another tuk tuk. So, the tuk tuk tea here, I think it cost me like $3 for a tuk tuk here. So, a little bit more than phenom pen. Um, they were definitely cheaper as far as that goes, but I think everything else here is going to be cheaper. So, we’ll see. But so far, I’m totally in love with this town. Um, it’s super cute and um, yeah, it reminds me a lot of Chiang Mai. like as we were going by and there was like that kind of canal in the middle. Um I was like wow if I didn’t know better I would have I would have thought I was in Mai. So that’s kind of cool cuz I loved Mai. But I’m super excited about tomorrow. It’s going to be really really early day again. Um but I have been waiting for this moment to see this temple. for my, as I’m calling it, my Indiana Jones moment. [Music] Time for love again. [Music] Time for love again. [Music] [Applause] [Music] I love you. [Music] again. So, I am heading into the famous Anchor Market to do some shopping. All right, let me give you a look at this awesome apartment I stayed in at the Ankor mansion and residence. I had a studio apartment and we’ll start with the kitchen. The kitchen was enclosed in glass, which I really liked because it kept the cooking smells contained. Outside the glass space was a full refrigerator and freezer, plus a washer and dryer. Inside the glass enclosure, there was a double sink, a water purifier, which was such a great feature since you can’t drink the top water in Cambodia, along with a stove top, oven, hot water kettle, and two bottles of complimentary water. They also provided all the kitchen wear you’d need for cooking and eating. Next to the kitchen was a small twoperson dining table and chairs, followed by a TV, some storage, and a flexible space that could be used as a work desk or even as a beauty counter since it had a mirror. The bed was a comfortable queen. And the bedroom included a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage. [Music] The bathroom was one of my favorite parts. It had a full tub, a glass enclosed rain shower, and even another water purifier by the sink so you could safely brush your teeth. I thought that was such a thoughtful touch. They also stocked the bathroom with full toiletries. Love again. [Music] Love again. [Music] Downstairs, I checked out the lady’s locker room. [Music] [Applause] [Music] That’s nice. They have a sauna and steam room in here. This is specifically too just for ladies. Oh, I see the pool. [Music] Nice. Oh, there’s ice cream. [Music] the fitness center. [Music] So, super cute. I’m totally in love with this place. And another big highlight was the location. It was in the perfect spot within walking distance to both Pub Street and the Night Market. So, this is the Green Market. I decided to come out for a little bit. I just passed Pub Street. I’ll definitely have a look around there, but I just kind of want to walk around a little bit. So, I’m gonna just check out um the green market right now. [Music] Time for love again. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. Heat. N. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] Hey, hey, hey. So, I just finished a video. I am feeling a little bit under the weather. Um really glad I have my travel health insurance by Safety Wing. Um cuz actually you can make a claim within 2 days and then you can get uh reimbursed by them within 48 hours. So thank God for safe viewing. But yeah, I’m feeling a little bit under the weather. I’ve um I think too much. So I’ve taken some antibiotics and um just been working and kind of chilling out. So happy to be out and um I feel like I didn’t really get to look around that much. So going to check out the night market and just kind of stroll the streets a bit. It’s uh Saturday, so it’s busy. [Music] [Applause] Honestly, there’s just so many stores and shops here. Like no shortage of them. I still want painting. Um, so I’m kind of looking. Some of them are authentic. People are painting them right there. Um, it’s the running themes of the elephants, the Buddhas, and the temples, which I love all of them. Um, it’s also a question of me getting it home, even rolled up. Um, but yeah, so I’m still looking [Music] So, tons of street food also. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] So, I thought I would just walk down my street a little bit. I haven’t walked this way mostly cuz everything is the other way. So, I’m kind of just seeing it. Doesn’t look like there’s much this way, but I figured I would just walk a little bit. Yeah, everything really is the other way. So, I’m going to head back. I’m going to go to the store um called Made in Cambodia that obviously every everything is made in Cambodia. Um just to take a look at their souvenirs. um and see what I find. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. N. [Music] [Applause] So this is a workshop about how they make jewelry out of Cambodian seeds. Really interesting. They even have the Buddhas stylishly dressed. This is a really pretty, tranquil market. It’s just nice to kind of walk through. Um, and everything is very innovative inside.
