猟師の私設テーマパーク廃墟を訪ねる【元珍スポットHM村】
There are abandoned storefronts on both sides of the road I can only read “Hikyo Okuyu” and “Branch” I only came across this store while passing by, and it wasn’t my destination. I received an email saying, “There’s a mysterious group of abandoned houses deep in the mountains,” and that’s how I found out about HM Village The informant apparently thought it was just a group of abandoned houses, but upon further investigation, I discovered it was a secret spot known only to those in the know I couldn’t wait any longer, so I decided to come here It’s an exhibition facility showcasing the lives of hunters It was known as a unique spot even during its active days Admission apparently cost 600 yen for adults 2017 Calendar This is Building 1: The Wildlife Museum, where you can see the park map Stunning stuffed animals are on display The mannequins’ faces look oddly chiseled for some reason I wish I could have seen this when it was still in operation A handsome man with a strong face is killing a bear Two dynamic bears Building 2: A hunter’s tool-making hut There’s another hunter with a strong face here Building 3: A butchering shed The building is collapsing Building 4: Hunter’s Ceremony Grounds Appears to be a replica of a traditional house Kumogakureba (Toilet) Building 5: Gyoya A “gyoya” is apparently a place for religious training Koutai Shrine, Oyamazumi Shrine, Kotengu Shrine, and Otengu Shrine are lined up next to each other The shrine is probably building number 6. Next up: Building 7: Village Chief’s House Building No. 8 is, for some reason, a pit dwelling. It’s also a replica, made of tin roofed with straw Building No. 9: Miso Storehouse Building 10: Horse Stable Building 11: Silkworm Shed The branches are in the way, so let’s go through Building 1 and get to the other side Building 13: Traditional Crafts Hut Building 12: Japanese Pepper Herb Processing Hut I was surprised to hear the electronic-like sounds of birdsong Building 14: Museum of Ancient Art Valuable old tools are on display Newspapers from 1942 are on display I hope that at least this museum and the Bird and Animal Museum will be preserved Memorial Tower for Birds, Animals, and Dogs There’s a collapsed hut Apparently, this slope was once a botanical garden Building No. 18: Wooden Ladle Hut This hut has also collapsed Building No. 17: Lumberjack’s Hut A lumberjack is someone who uses a large saw to saw logs. Kumataro the Bear’s House Building No. 16: Fox and Raccoon Huts It’s strange that Kumataro’s house doesn’t count, but it has a number Is this a doghouse? “Minors not permitted” Apparently it was an adult exhibit The floor was hollow, so I couldn’t step inside This appears to have been a souvenir shop and restaurant I was surprised to see that the kitchen was completely ordinary Building 15: Leather Shop An impressive display of stuffed animals can also be found here Sexual deities are enshrined here Overall, it’s clear that this was built by someone very energetic It’s been treated as a funny spot, but it’s actually quite worth seeing I want places like this to remain quiet Thank you for watching.

HM村は栃木県にあった猟師の生活についての展示施設、ミニテーマパークです。往時の観光紹介サイトでは「この地に落ち延びた落人の当時の生活を見ることができる」「狩りや耕作をして生活を営んでいる様子を、ロウ人形で再現」などと紹介されています。
小規模な小屋が並ぶ構成で、1番館：鳥獣資料館、2番館：猟師の道具作り小屋、3番館：解体小屋、4番館：猟師祭場、5番館：行屋、6番館：神社？、7番館：村長の家、8番館：竪穴式住居、9番館：味噌蔵、10番館：馬小屋、11番館：蚕小屋、12番館：山椒薬草加工小屋、13番館：伝統工芸の小屋、14番館：集古館、15番館：皮の店、16番館：キツネ、タヌキの小屋、17番館：木挽小屋、18番館：木杓子小屋の展示がありました。
ほかに山鳥などが飼われているミニ動物園、熊太郎の家、犬小屋、また18歳未満お断りの秘宝小屋などもありました。
珍スポットとしても愛好されていましたが、2017年に閉業。いくつかの展示小屋は半壊しています。

栃木に住んでいながら、この珍スポットの存在を知らなかったです😅マネキンが皆外人さんみたいですね😂小規模の割に展示物が豊富で、現役の時に行ってみたかったです！
北関東のこんなところに平家落人の伝承があったこと自体が驚きでした。この動画で初めて知った。
まあ当該落人は”平清盛の息子･平重盛の六男･平忠房（忠実）の一行”らしいのでなるほどとなりましたが、平家落人＝伊勢平氏ですから東国では落人自体がレアケースな気が。
個人的には好きな施設かなと（笑）しかし一般的にこれで入場料とり人呼び込むのはかなり厳しいですね😂ここの主の方が相当頑張り完成させたとは感じますが😢人が余り来なくても維持出来る資産が残っていて継ぐ方々がいれば良かったですかね😢
Thank you for the wonderful video. I actually came across another channel where this exact place was being explored and while they were exploring someone was there stealing something. It's very sad to think of people stealing things from a place like this. I always say it's such a good thing places like this are in Japan where they are more respected.

I saw this place on another youtube channel several years ago. The exhibits appear to be deteriorating over time. It is sad and unfortunate that this place and the animal exhibits are not saved/taken to another museum for display or this place renovated and restored.
わざと剥製壊すやつとか出て欲しくないな。
This place is amazing! If it was still open, I would have loved to go. I love historical recreation style places like this. I hope someday someone will rescue all those taxidermied animals, at least, and the artifacts. Those oddly chiseled mannequins look like the museum tried to cleverly repurpose Western mannequins to look more Japanese!
10年も待たずして、ここまで倒壊する物なのですね。本当に儚い
Wow. What a fascinating place. So many artefacts there. The indigo clothing on the mannequins is in exceptional condition and all the taxidermied animals and birds are also like new. A lot of money and planning went into making that place. It should be restored and used again.
昔の人はこんなふうに暮らしてたのか
剥製になった動物達の為にも、ここの剥製が侵入者により破壊されませんように。
所有者がいるなら、貴重な展示物も含め、回収して大切にして欲しい。
場所が分からない様に、文字にモザイクかけてくれたから良かった。
