Faroe Islands 4K | The Last Paradise on Earth (Travel Documentary)

Join me on a tour of the Faroe Islands, one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Located in the North Atlantic between Iceland and Norway, the Faroe Islands are made up of 18 dramatic, windswept islands — home to just under 55,000 people and endless natural wonder.

This cinematic 4K travel vlog about the Faroe Islands is a little different from what you might be used to on my channel — there’s no hotel tour, no flight experience, and no cruise ship walkthrough. Instead, it’s all about the destination itself — from dramatic cliffs and rugged coastlines to serene fjords and colorful villages.

What you’ll see in this Faroe Islands travel guide:
– The landscapes, villages, and raw beauty of the islands
– Phenomenal drone footage provided by @scenicrelaxationfilms
– The iconic Mulafossur Waterfall
– A hike to the famous “floating lake” at Sørvágsvatn
– A scenic drive through the famous Faroese tunnels
– A hike to the grave of James Bond on Kilroy Island
– A stroll through Tórshavn, the Faroese capital.
– A dinner at PAZ, the only Michelin starred restaurant in the Faroes

  1. I’m stoked I could help with the aerial footage! It looks like you had an amazing trip, there’s no place on earth quite like the Faroe Islands 🇫🇴⛰️🐏

  2. Dear XYZ, Dear Unknown, Please tell me your secret. How you are able to make me sit in front of the screen for each episode and watch your current travel videos two or three times. And I do this every week, counting the days until Saturday. I admire every episode, but not only because of the beauties, but also because of your eyes that show us these beauties in the videos. I am convinced that these videos should be shown in schools, because they say more than any words. You are a wonderful person with wonderful eyes and talent. To me, you are the real person.
I am 75 years old, you can believe me. Gábor from Hungary

  4. The Faroe Islands feel like a dream: wild, quiet, and deeply Nordic. Thanks for showing us this corner of Denmark’s soul.🤍🇩🇰

  5. First time I learned about it.
I read about the legend of the selkie/sealwoman. ( the green sculpture of a woman)

  7. Hello Traveler. Was this part of the Seabourn experience ?? Ah yes, I see the ship in the Torshavn docks.
[*] OOOHH I love Highland Cows, they are such Grand and Majestic creatures. [*] They just command rugged greatness.
[*] Rugged Heights, Clear Cliff Faces, and Rugged Ocean …that's a disaster film in the making, No ?? [*] The Sheep block the road saying "STAY BAAAAAAA — CK !!!"
Isn't that Undersea Round About so COOL ??? [*] I saw when they opened it, it was spectacular how they built it.

[*] The Mighty Ferry "The MS Norrona" calls on Torshavn on her trips between Denmark and Iceland. [*] Great amounts of fish are transported in and out of Torshavn.

[*] I'm not sure which is more peaceful outside my bedroom window … The Angry Ocean against the Cliffs, or the Babbling Brook running through the village.
[*] If man were to step off the earth here, nobody would know he ever existed … [*] Beautiful, Rugged, Isolating, Wonderful. Winters must be very tough.

[*] Thank you for such a wonderful hour or so of education, history, relaxation and the wind swept/ocean rushed Faroe Islands.

  8. WOW! These islands are breathtakingly beautiful! The towns have so much charm and character. Your music choices were wonderful. I think this is in the top five of the best videos you’ve ever made! Thank you so much for sharing LTE. 👍🏻👏🏻🙌🏻😊

  9. bit surprised at the intro with the silly music covering the beautiful sounds of the water and waterfalls

  10. The water is so clear, the sky is so blue, the grass is so green and I can almost smell the fresh air! Stunning as usual! ❤from🇨🇦

  11. Красивые места! Спасибо,что ведете неспешную съёмку!
Но рай всё-таки ассоциируется с изобилием.

  12. Your videos are always beautiful, but this one is suberb. The views, the phography, the local sound of the wind, the rain, the sea. I felt myself traveling. Thank you ❤

  13. Beautiful place, but it is a disgrace the slaughter of hundreds of Pilot Whales and Dolphins still occurs every year.

  14. So beautiful! Thank you <3 If you see this, can you share the Artist and song name that you used during the drive along the coast on Sandoy Island.

  15. Your videos while walking around the islands and towns are superb and of excellent quality. What camera are you using to capture the footage and make the videos extremely stable when viewing and of such high quality? Thank you.
