Wow, I am inspired. Our culture in the PH is when you are 60s, you need to stop working and retire. But I’ve witnessed my grandparents slowly getting weak when they stopped working and ended being bed ridden..
But I just had a thought right now, instead of thinking to retire, what would keep me alive and active like this lady. I dont want to just sleep in my bed until I die. I want to move and be active as long as I can because that will make me alive!
