沖繩我去了六次，周圍島嶼沒有去過，但海水是真的好乾淨好乾淨，感謝距離台灣有這麼美的地方，可以讓我們反覆去旅行。

其實負面情緒和內耗，每個人多少都會有，只是心思比較細膩的人，可能特別容易感受到。這種感受雖然不舒服，但它並不一定是壞事，因為它代表你在覺察自己。
相比之下，有些大辣辣的人，處事言論、想得不多，甚至不經意間傷了別人也察覺不到，所以他們或許沒有這方面的煩惱，但同時也少了反思自己的機會。
要走向更成熟的狀態，不只是感受到情緒，而是學著不讓它停留太久。有時外在環境與他人難以改變，能做的是「心轉境」——讓心的力量去影響環境，而不是被環境左右。當我們逐漸認清人心與世界的真相，並從哲學與智慧學習（我自己是學習佛法去使用在自己的境遇）汲取力量，「心」才能接近真正的自由與解脫。每個法門都是在講「心」，這顆「心」被影響、各種妄念、情緒、感情、人際、親情在在都影響「心」。所以養心特別重要！祝福您！

還沒去過沖繩的離島，這湛藍的大海好美，傍晚時分在沙灘漫步人不多更是心曠神怡，海中的珊瑚小魚兒們都好可愛啊～這幾年去海邊都只有踏踏浪，這下也想下去浮潛看看了😊，展望台真是個不錯的地方，謝謝你空拍紀錄了美麗的大海和彩虹～
下次去沖繩我也想去現場演奏的餐廳感受一下氣氛和美食😋不過第一次吃到花生豆腐時真的很難理解這個黏度與微妙的口感😅
