簡単でヘルシーな韓国の海藻スープのレシピ

So today I want to share a quick
and healthy seaweed soup recipe. If you like simple flavors,
natural flavors, something that’s simple to make,
you’ll love this recipe. First let’s prep the seaweed. Today I’ll be using Korean seaweed. This is how the packaging looks like. It is quite a big packet
and here it says dried seaweed. You only need a small amount of the seaweed. It’s going to expand quite a bit. Give it a good rinse. I’m going to let the seaweed soak
for a bit until it turns soft. While waiting for the seaweed
let’s slice some meat. Here I’m using chicken,
but you can use any meat, beef or pork. It’s going to add natural
sweetness to the soup. If you don’t want to add any meat, you can
also substitute the meat with some tofu. Cut into thin slices or cut into cubes. And usually I cut against the grain,
for the meat to be more tender. Okay, once the chicken is ready,
let’s get back to the seaweed. So I’ve soaked this for about five minutes. You can see that
it has expanded this much. Squeeze out the excess water. Then chop them up into smaller pieces. Okay, the ingredients are ready. Let’s start cooking. I’m going to add just a bit of oil. Then add garlic and ginger. Once the edges turn slightly brown, then you can add in the seaweed. Just going to sauté for a bit. Once you smell the fragrance, now let’s add the chicken stock. The soup is for 2 to 3 pax. You can adjust the portions,
according to your preference. Bring the soup to a boil. Okay, once it comes to a boil,
add the chicken. Spread it out. So that it doesn’t stick together. Okay, it’s not going to take too long to cook
because I cut it into very thin slices. Just two to three minutes on medium heat. Okay, it’s done. You can season with some salt and pepper. The chicken stock
I use is already salted, so I didn’t add any salt. Okay, I can’t wait to try this. This is so good. It does look quite bland,
