Being creative and thinking of new ideas will set you apart from the mediocre photographers. If you can learn to place a subject in front of your shot or shoot from a higher or lower angle, this will give you more credibility as well as provide for some unique shots. Don’t be afraid to try new ideas and learn from your mistakes. The most effective way of learning, in my opinion, is just going out and shooting. Once you come home to edit your photos, you will most likely learn something new every time.
