[Express Bus] From Takaoka to Nagoya on Iruka Kotsu’s Kitokito Liner [Part 2]
Hello. Let’s continue from last time. We will take the highway bus on the way back. 🙏Please subscribe to the channel🙏 The sightseeing starts from Zuiryuji Temple, a national treasure. Zuiryuji Temple is a Soto Zen temple located in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. The guardian deity Nio is enshrined at the mountain gate. The Buddha hall is visible in front. Let’s quietly put our hands together. This is the inside of the Dharma Hall. I was able to take the same picture as in the pamphlet. The promised red seal is ¥300. Next is the Takaoka Daibutsu. The bronze Takaoka Daibutsu (Great Buddha) at Daibutsuji Temple stands 16 meters tall. It is one of the “Three Great Buddhas of Japan” along with the Great Buddha of Nara and the Great Buddha of Kamakura. This red seal was a written document. It cost 500 yen. Its beautiful appearance is called “Japan’s most beautiful man”. Next is Takaoka Castle Park. In the vast park, there is Imizu Shrine. It is very hot. Be careful of heat stroke. Takaoka is the birthplace of Fujiko F. Fujio, the creator of Doraemon. The Fujiko F. Fujio Hometown Museum is a cultural facility that conveys the world and message of Fujiko F. Fujio’s work to a wide range of generations through original drawings and other materials. The admission fee is 500 yen. By the way, photography is not allowed inside. I will introduce the souvenirs on the bus on the way back. I returned to Takaoka Station. I was here yesterday as well, but in front of Takaoka Station, in Wing Wing Takaoka Square, there is a “Doraemon Walkway”. There are Doraemon, Nobita, Dorami, Shizuka, Gian, and Suneo doing a handstand. Let’s have fish from Toyama Bay for lunch. Sashimi Set Meal ¥1,408. Thank you for the meal. Work is over. This is Shin-Takaoka Station. On the way back, I would like to take an express bus instead of the Hokuriku Shinkansen. I followed the orange line on the far right and… there it was! And so, the Dolphin traffic bound for Nagoya arrived. Dolphin traffic Takaoka-Nagoya service has six round trips daily. The one I’m using is the last one of the day, departing at 17:35 for Nagoya. The yellow design is very beautiful and eye-catching. We’ve departed! Farewell Takaoka, the city of history. I’d like to come here privately next time. The car has comfortable independent three-row seats, a toilet, WIFI and power outlets. On the way, the staff of Dolphin traffic saw me off. When you come to Hokuriku, snacks are beaver. This is an in-car manual. Read it. The WIFI speed is amazing. This is my second time using Dolphin traffic. Please check out the previous video from the link in the description. We have arrived at Tonami Station. After picking up passengers at several bus stops, we will drive non-stop to Nagoya on the highway. “Thank you for riding the Dolphin Traffic Kitokito Liner today” “Thank you for riding the Dolphin Traffic Kitokito Liner today ” Please drive safely from now on. The souvenirs from the Fujiko F. Fujio Hometown Gallery are dorayaki (1,560 yen) and coffee (1,100 yen) that goes well with dorayaki. The Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway is a highway that connects the Tokai and Hokuriku regions, and is characterized by many bridges and tunnels because it passes through mountainous areas. This dam is Tsubakihara Dam. Ridership is probably around 30%. There is WIFI, so let’s watch some anime. The second season of Kaiju No. 8 has also started. There is one break. It’s not non-stop. Let’s get back to the bus so we don’t get late. Here is a quick introduction to the facilities. There are drink holders, footrests, and leg rests. The table is inside the armrest. Sandwiches and Famichiki. Be sure to fasten your seat belt. There is an outlet here. Cheap and delicious! Famichiki for 240 yen! This is the Ferris wheel at Kawashima PA. There are no breaks ahead, but there is a toilet, so don’t worry. It’s a small but very clean toilet. The Meishin Expressway has ended, and from here we are on the Nagoya Expressway. (Announcement) “Thank you for your ride. We will soon arrive at the final destination , Nagoya Midland Square. Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you get off. Take care and have a good day ahead!” Thank you. Kitokito Liner! Safe driving and on time, 100 points for the driver! Thank you for watching. See you again.
I came to Takaoka on a business trip, so I did some sightseeing. On the way back, I used the Iruka Kotsu Kitokito Liner. Please watch until the end.
