Ingredients:
• 15g dried seaweed (miyeok)
• 610g (1.34 lbs) ground beef or think sliced beef brisket
• 2 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 tablespoon soy sauce (for soup)
• 6 cups (1.5L) water( you can add more as needed)
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt to taste
Tip:
For a lighter version, you can replace beef with mussels
