[@andyto takeover] What do I believe in? I believe that you can do anything you put your mind into. It’s not easy to say this but I wasn’t raised with the luxury of having financial freedom. It’s through that adversity I was able to find myself and decide then and there that I wasn’t ever going to settle for anything. So let me put it into perspective for the photography world. When you see that other photographers have cooler gear, travel photos, and other material items that might discourage you, don’t let it. Honestly I believe it’s all about being resourceful and utilizing the resources that you have. It’s about how hard you’re going to work to get to where you need to be. Yes I said it, “hard work”. You have to put in the hours, or else you’re not going to see any results, nada. I once felt like I wasn’t ever good enough to compete with everyone else out there but what I learned is that the only competition is yourself. All of the outside influences that come into your life are simply influences. You determine who you’re going to be and what you’re going to do. So forget about pleasing everyone else, instead please yourself. No one else could ever be you. You’re unique, you’re amazing. Live absolutely authentic. Be fearless. Shoot everything!
