Vlog

Hello, I’m Inomata from Neige. This channel is a channel that distributes travel and daily vlogs . In this video, I will introduce my first visit to Morocco, the African continent. My first stay was in a riad in the old town of Marrakech. There are many places in Marrakech where you can’t use credit cards, so if you are planning to travel, I recommend that you prepare a lot of cash. You will also need to tip, and the fee for cash exchange at the airport is a bit high. So I recommend exchanging a little money and using ATMs and exchange machines in the city . The impression was that the prices were almost the same as in Japan . So I arrived in Marrakech. The view from the sky of the African continent was a view I’ve never seen before and I was really impressed. I’m currently lined up at immigration, but there are so many people . I’m sure they’re waiting. It’s a huge line. I was right to get off the plane early. The star is the same as the flag of Morocco, and it’s a green star. I heard that immigration is quite strict. I wonder what will happen. After this, someone from the hotel will come to pick me up, so I’m going to pick them up and head to the hotel. So I arrived in Marrakech, this is how it isI just came out of immigration and it took an hour from the planeIt’s probably the first time it’s taken that longThe inspection is really strict and it seems they often ask you about the hotel you’re staying at because it took another person about 10 minutesSo I think it’s better to be preparedAfter this a taxi should be coming to pick me up so I hop in that and head to the hotelI hope the wheel is damaged and I can get back safelyIt seems there’s one more checkIt’s longIt’s really strictI was picked up but I’m sorry I made them waitIt’s hot, the temperature is completely differentWowOn the way back it’s not MarrakechIt ‘s amazingThe atmosphere feels completely different from EuropeThe bathroom here is on the second floor like this and it’s turned into a showerThis is a hotel this timeI wonder if it’s pronounced V Yar Koutba HotelWowThe hotel staff were kind and said they’d take me to the market which was really niceWowWowIt ‘s definitely different in real life than in photosI want to go buy some water quicklyWow I could go to the previous place, but I wonder if I should take that bus that came when I go to the city, so I think it’s very accessible, so I’ll go to the market right away. It’s really hot. I came here to eat tajine. It’s really stylish. I just went to the toilet earlier. It’s not normal. I felt like I couldn’t get in, so I’ll try to make it to the hotel. I can’t help it, it’s completely different in a different country. The lid is taken off in an instant. It feels like this. It ‘s a little spicy . So I went back to the hotel. It’s already pretty dark. I was actually planning to watch the sunset, but it sank while I was eating. It’s exactly 9pm now. I’m going to take a shower after this and go to bed early tonight. Good night. Good morning. Today I’d like to go to Bahia Palace from here. I don’t think I’ll get lost because it’s just a straight line, but I ‘ll wait a bit and walk around. There are no tall buildings, so you can see far into the distance. You can enjoy the view quite well. This is inside the riad. I’m going to go outside for a bit. The riad I’m staying at this time. I wonder if it’s pronounced Koutbeer. I don’t know how to pronounce it. I’ve been watching my computer in the room for a while. YouTube I was looking around, but I was feeling a bit lonely and depressed, so I decided to force myself to go outside. When you go out, you can talk to people, so it’s a nice change of mood. I arrived in the evening yesterday, so I couldn’t enjoy the scenery much, but there were horses. Oh, I wonder if I’m tired. Wow, there are people putting bread in baskets. This old man who I’ve been watching from above looks like a traffic control man. Amazing cars. Not only the cars, but the people are amazing. I think I’ll eat dinner around the hotel tonight. I’ll buy some water here before going out. It’s a supermarket. They sell small sweets and other things. There were only 20 pieces. Only 20 pieces. Thank you . I bought some water. It’s very dusty and difficult to cross. You have to follow people walking. The roads may be better than Vietnam. I couldn’t cross Vietnam at all, so I’m still not confident. Timing is difficult. First, we proceeded like this. There was a person using a sewing machine on the other side. Amazing car. This is the mosque. It’s quite conspicuous, so I think it’s in the center. It’s a mosque, but the other side from here is the place to go to Funa Square. I think it’s the entrance to the souk . There are also stylish cafes. It’s difficult to cross again, so I followed him. There are no traffic lights, so this is probably a parking lot. I looked around a bit yesterday, but I think I’ll go here for a bit. It seems to be more lively at night, but I imagined it would be hotter, but it’s not hot at all . Amazing. I’m wearing a hoodie today too. I wonder if I can find something nice. The hotel staff also advised me to never buy at the initial price, and to always negotiate the price. It seems to be about half price. I’d like to enjoy shopping. It was a cute bag shop . Cute basket bags. I want to buy something like Babshi. I wonder if I can travel safely in Morocco. I was worried as soon as I arrived, but I’ll try my best since I’ll be staying in Morocco for a long time. There are a lot of shops selling basket bags and batteries around here. Is this interesting pattern a Moroccan pattern? These dried fruits are amazing . There are ATMs everywhere. I didn’t have to exchange money at the airport. But this place is a little too small and scary. I saw mint yesterday, too, it’s amazing. All the mint juice shop. I drank juice here yesterday. The taste is a little different depending on the shop . A little souvenir shop. I’ll go to the one with the most people. There are a lot of people . It’s like a fabric shop with a small tajine pot. I’m not planning on buying fabric here, but I got lost in this souk when I was planning to go to Bahia Palace. I wonder if I’ll be able to reach my destination. Nice Moroccan clothes. I actually want to go to the desert, but I think it’s a little too lonely to be alone. I ‘m going to keep it for the next time I come here. There are interesting silver products for sale. It’s Arabian. I think I’ll go back to the original way from here. This is cute for putting seasonings in, isn’t it? Is this a fabric store or a rug store? I brought Crocs today, so I thought it might be a system to walk a little lightly, so I walked lightly, but I guess this is still going on. I want to bring a cute lamp, but it will break, so stylish, Bubby. They sell fakes openly, it’s amazing, there are a lot of people, it’s crowded, it looks delicious , what is this, it’s like a spring roll, it’s so beautiful, everyone is so thin , I wonder if it’s because they’re fasting, the cats were also so thin, but this is the Carp Square, and it’s more lively at night, because it’s still daytime, there are a lot of juice shops, it’s amazing, there are people here who are catching snakes and monkeys and other animals, and if you take a picture of them, they will ask you for money, so I take a picture without making eye contact. There are cobras and stuff Can you see them There are cobras Make sure you don’t make eye contact with them Also, tattoos are popular too I found a fabric shop on my way to the palace It’s a fabric shop It looks like this I can’t go inside but it’s a street shop selling fabric I wonder what fabric it is This isn’t very nice but it might be a curtain shop There are a lot of shops like this It’s Moroccan fabric It seems more like they make cushion covers for home rather than clothes I wonder if this area is a street of fabric shops We arrived at Mahia Palace which is also here Wow there are lots of cars and this is noisy 70 dirhams 15 yen so how much is it 1 dirham is 15 yen so about 1050 yen I wonder what it’s like I hope I can see the tiles and stuff It was so noisy outside so it feels very quiet inside Wow, it’s amazing , did it break a little because of all the confidence? I feel like that’s the case. There are a lot of broken parts of that building, so I think I’ll take a little break. Let’s go inside. The tiles are cute, there is an open ceiling, it’s really artistic, what kind of fruit is this? There are orange-like things on it, the ceiling is amazing, they’re all painted one by one, so cute , wow, what is this, I wonder, wow, the ceiling is so wonderful , then there’s another room, this is also amazing, this must be a hall, it’s open, it’s quite spacious and you can go into various rooms, the tiles are insane, so cute, it’s amazing, I can’t help but pay attention to the feet, but the ceiling is amazing, the color scheme is interesting, this is a palace, so I wonder if there was a king here , lol There is water, but unfortunately there is nothing today.I think it’s usually pooled up.Today is cool and the weather is good for walking around. If it was hot, I would never come.I might get tired from walking around.I thought there would be more customers to tout, but there were none at all.It was unexpected. There are quite a lot of restaurants.I wanted to buy a babouche to take home, but for lunch I had a cheese omelette.I was craving eggs, so I’m happy. They give me bread every time I eat, it’s the hard kind. After eating this, I’ll go back to my room. The sun has come out and it’s getting a little hot.It was cloudy until just now, but the weather has cleared up and it’s nice to have blue skies.Good morning.Breakfast has arrived.A different menu from yesterday. It ‘s cold today, so I’m wearing a down jacket. It rained in Morocco. They said it would be sunny tomorrow. It was raining this morning so I stayed in my room for a bit, but it has cleared up. I walked in a different direction from the hotel to the central station. They told me it would cost about 5 euros by taxi, but I thought I’d walk a bit and it looked like it would take about an hour. But if you take an interesting shortcut or a side street , you can see interesting views like this. It was like a market. I came to a place with a lot of food shops. This might be the new town. The atmosphere is completely different. There might not be many tourists. I arrived on this side. I walked for about an hour. There’s a Starbucks and I’m happy there’s also a McDonald’s. I feel like I’ve finally arrived in the modern era. On the other side, what is that yellow building? From here, I’m going to buy a train ticket to Fez, my next destination. I’m thinking about making a reservation, and there should be a bus terminal nearby so I’ll go there too. I was feeling a bit down, but I’m glad I was able to go out. The station is so big. I wonder if I can buy it safely. The counter is pretty crowded. I couldn’t buy it online so I came here with no choice. I wonder if I can buy it here too, so I went to McDonald’s. This is a junior size, but I asked them to make the fries without ice. I thought maybe my message had been conveyed, but it seems fine. I didn’t have any ice in it. I was able to order properly, no ice. Thank goodness . I came to Marrakech and had a McDonald’s . It was a kid’s size, which was just right. I got a Coke, but it wasn’t Coke, so I couldn’t be stingy, so I got a small burger in a small place with a nice view. I was at the shopping mall just now, and then I saw a camel. It was eating grass . I wonder if I should take a picture like this. To tell the truth, I think today is the third day since I came to Morocco. It’s the third day, but I got a little sick on my last day in Paris, so I started my first day in Lisbon at the hospital. However, I am feeling much better, although my voice still feels a little strange, except that my throat is a little strange. Morocco is completely different to Europe, the atmosphere of the cities and the people are completely different, and I could hear the sounds of prayer in the mosques all the time, like the sound of drums, which made me feel a little depressed. I was spending the day in the riad , but I was getting more and more depressed so I decided to go outside, but it was quite different to what I had imagined and I was feeling down, but today I went around the new town, which helped me change my mood a little. I still have one more week to stay in Morocco, so I’m looking forward to enjoying it. I wonder what it is, I came close to a place full of holes, it feels like a public resting area, the tiles are cute and green, I think it’s Moroccan green, there is water and masks, it’s so beautiful , it looks like this , and there is also a hotel-like place here, the bricks are green and red soil, I think it’s terracotta and green, I think I’ll go and get closer, it’s a really big mosque, this mosque is the Koutoubia Mosque , it was built in the 12th century and is a huge mosque in the style of Noah, it’s amazing that something from the 12th century still remains , I think the earthquake was quite big so there must have been some damage, but it doesn’t look like there was much damage, it’s the 12th century, so it was built about 900 years ago It is a mosque that was built in the 12th century. What era is it in Japan? It was the Kamakura period. In the Kamakura period, when swords were waving, such magnificent things were built in Morocco. In Japan, there are buildings like those in Kyoto and Nara, such as shrines, but how were they all built from the bottom up? I think it was done by human power. There doesn’t seem to be any wire or anything. I’m glad it didn’t break in the earthquake and remained. Amazing. It looks like a troubled face. Is this the entrance? Fna Square. It’s starting to feel like night. They set it up like this every day . They take it down and set it up every time. Amazing. Some shops are already open. It smells great. The places with numbers are the shop numbers. No. 57 is my favorite number. I want to try a taste. I think that was it. The Marrakech edition will continue next time, but I’d like to stop here for now. This has gotten long, but thank you for watching until the end. I didn’t make any particular plans, so there were times when I felt a little lonely traveling alone, but I’ve wanted to go since I was in my 20s, so I’ve planned to go for 10 days. I’m looking forward to seeing how things will unfold from now on, so please look forward to the next video.
