Visited this beautiful city during winter and Spring. One thing to keep in mind if you want to visit this city is the fact that this city is generally not meant for tourism, its more towards industrial works. And in terms of the weather, during winter, its generally mild, but the wind chill almost always dips to negative 11 degrees Celsius assuming you visit somewhere coastal. During spring, temperatures are dry and cool, perfect temperatures and weather for outside activities, again, windchills are very prominent in the coastal areas.
