【女ひとり旅】羽田空港で味わう人気グルメ&癒し空間|cuud・東京ミルクチーズ工場・茶寮翠泉・つるとんたん
Riding the monorail,
heading to Haneda Airport. Another healing solo trip
is about to begin. I’ve arrived at Terminal 1. Hitoshinaya, a popular breakfast spot. A calm atmosphere like a traditional townhouse. A place focused on ingredients,
serving food that’s kind to your body. This is ‘cuud’, a popular curry udon restaurant. A relaxed space, like an adult lounge. This is the basic curry udon. A deep flavor where Japanese broth
and spices are perfectly balanced. The tomato curry udon has
a mild blend of tanginess and richness. The noodles are thin and smooth,
like Inaniwa udon. It’s nice to have rice served on the side too. A gentle tang from the pickles brings a calm moment. In the latter half, I pour broth over it. The lingering spices
softly mellow out. With broth absorbed into the noodles,
a new delicious taste unfolds. Adding rice to the leftover soup
turns it into a comforting porridge. Both my stomach and heart feel full now. An open space where light shines
through the high ceiling. Taking the elevator to the observation deck. A JAL airplane is parked here. Just watching it brings a sense of calm… I feel my heart gently
settling into peace. This moment I spend here
feels like a little journey for me. Actually, I really love cheese. And I found this perfect treat… Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory’s
Sundae Special Cheese – 680 yen The star of the show is their
signature cheese soft serve. It’s made with three kinds of cheese. Cream cheese, Gouda cheese,
and processed cheese. It’s rich yet mild in flavor. The milk cheese cake is two-layered
wrapped in crepe dough. Their signature cookies
are full of cheesy richness and a hint of salt. Each bite brings a moment of happiness. This is my special sweet reward
found right here in Haneda 😊 Now I’m taking the free shuttle bus
to Terminal 2. I can’t see the planes, but… the beauty of the sky
lightens my heart. I’ve arrived at Terminal 2. The high ceiling spreads out
like a dome. It feels a bit futuristic. I’ve come to the observation deck. The dignified planes
stand gracefully. Where are they headed, I wonder? A plane takes off into the sky. I wish I could ride one
and go somewhere far away. Everyone is spending a quiet time
with their own thoughts. I’ve arrived at Terminal 3. The international departure lobby is
spacious and open. Looking up, I see lovely lanterns and umbrellas. I’m happy I can feel Japan before heading overseas. There’s even a Nihonbashi bridge that
brings a touch of Edo-era charm. Now I’m in the ‘Edo Koji’ area,
which is themed on Edo-period vibes. It feels somehow nostalgic
and warms the heart. This is the Bon Odori dance stage area. Red and orange lanterns
glow gently. Just looking at them softens the heart. Wooden plaques with wishes
quietly line the area. The ‘Edo Stage’ with its red pillars
leaves a strong impression. It really has a sense of elegance. Near the garden in Edo Koji
is ‘Saryo Itoen’. I’m not hungry yet,
so I’ll walk around a bit more 😊 Now at the entrance of Haneda Airport Garden. A large monitor shows blue skies, cherry blossoms,
and Mt. Fuji. It feels like Mt. Fuji is just outside the window. ‘Saryo Suisen’ is inside Haneda Airport Garden. A Kyoto-based café where you can enjoy
sweets made with Uji matcha. I chose the popular Suisen Parfait. With just one bite, the deep aroma of matcha
spreads through your mouth. The wasanbon warabi mochi has a soft, jiggly texture. The matcha pound cake makes an appearance. Each spoonful brings new flavors—
a delightful surprise. The matcha dorayaki has rich red bean paste
with a hint of bitterness for balance. A luxurious matcha dessert I discovered on my trip. Back at Edo Koji. I’ve had two sweets already today, but… There’s one dish I can’t leave without trying. Udon from ‘Tsurutontan’. My friend once told me, ‘This udon will change your idea of udon.’ And today, I finally made it here. It’s my first time here—so exciting! Which one should I choose? There are so many creative options,
just browsing the menu is fun. Itadakimasu! I’ve never seen noodles this thick before. Their chewy texture is truly addictive. The thick soup
carries the gentle flavor of mentaiko. Breaking the mentaiko gives it a spicy adult twist. Thanks to the large bowl, the soup stays warm to the end. It truly changed my perception of udon—
a one-of-a-kind experience. Heading to Terminal 3’s observation deck. The clouds part near the horizon… and a gentle sunset fills the sky. Even on a cloudy day,
my heart feels bright. I came back to the deck at night. The cool breeze feels nice. The airport lights shine in colorful neon. The night airport
has its own special charm. Thank you for watching till the end. I hope this trip
brought you a little peace. See you again
on the next journey.
