食事の思い出にはエピソード記憶ってのが大きく関わっていますね。いつどこで誰とどんな状況でっていう追加情報があると同じ料理でも美味しく記憶に残ります。
ほとんどが思い出補正なんでしょうけど、それでも楽しい思い出が増えるってことは自分の人生にとって有益なことだと考えます。

今回は丸いチーズを買いまして、直火に当てながら、ビール飲みながら美味しく食べたいと思います。
