Great walkthrough as always. Brand new. Nicely staged. Seems to be in a good location and tons of amenities. The price seems high though and feels a little cold. Maybe it’s just too modern for my taste. I’m sure it’ll be rented out extremely quickly though!

First time I have seen a Murphy bed in Japan.
It's quite dark, and the yellow lighting is just too … dark. It's a good layout, and there is space for a fridge (was there space for a washing machine?) … It's too dark. Also, was the room staged because I would want to change the decor … 😊

A Murphy bed would be better on the wall where the table and chairs are

I like the bed in the wall
It seems like a hotel room but I like it. The Murphy bed is a great space saver. The natural light is wonderful. I agree the kitchen is a little too small even for one person. I could live in it.

Lovely sleek modern apartment for student or single person. This is a nice apartment for someone who does not cook very much. I’m has desire and time for the very nice amenities that were included. The rooftop garden was very nice. Murphy bed a plus. Thank you for showing unusualapartments to give us a variety and of course as usual showing us the surrounding area. Thank you for sharing it with us.❤❤❤

A very impressive set up in this apartment. I am so impressed with the bathroom dryer idea.
This is actually a first for me to find an apartment that fits my needs. I love how the entrance is just perfect, the shoe cabinet with space where u put your umbrellas is such a nice touch. Though the closet is small i can just make of use the other half of the shoe cabinet. The kitchen is perfect, theres drawers and some other things that comes with it. The bathroom is spacey I LOVE how the washing machine is in the bathroom and the shower + bathtub is mwuah. Ive noticed the shower head holder being apart from the tub which i dont quite like, but this one is great. I ALSO LOVEE that it already comes with a bed; less hassle. The rooftop is WHAAA
