After a 1.5 hour flight, we could see the snow-covered city above Hakodate. I landed at Hakodate Airport. Beautiful art will welcome you. I left my luggage at the hotel and headed to the conveyor belt sushi restaurant in front of the station, Nemuro Hanamaru. A delicious and reasonably priced sushi restaurant, we recommend the two-tiered scallops and sujiko. After dinner, take a walk around Hachimanzaka. You will feel something out of the ordinary in the northern scenery typical of Hakodate. Take a break at the Red Brick Warehouse. It was almost 3pm, so I checked in to La Vista Hakodate Bay. There are restaurants nearby, including Genghis Khan and soup curry. Marukatsu Suisan is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Noodle kitchen hydrangea. For dinner, I shared salt ramen and miso ramen with my husband. Hakodate’s famous salt ramen has a light and elegant taste. For dinner on the second day, we went to Gotoken, a long-established Western restaurant, with a tasteful light-up that was not too dazzling. Hakodate Gotoken main store is a Western restaurant founded in 1898. Aigake Curry (British Curry/Meiji Curry) Borscht & Crab Cream Croquette Gotoken, which was founded in 1888 as a Russian restaurant, offers a must-try borscht, a unique flavor with the flavor of beets and richness. I’m so glad I came to Hakodate to have this breakfast of juicy salmon roe and fresh seafood! I’m happy to be surrounded by my favorite desserts, like soft serve ice cream, pudding, strawberries, sweet potatoes, etc. We had a strawberry parfait made with rich and delicious soft serve ice cream made from Hakodate milk.
