【VLOG】夏のタイでひとり旅🇹🇭/初の寝台列車/ときめくマーケット🌷

I went to Thailand in May. So I’m gonna share that trip! May might be the hottest month of the year inThailand. It’s easy to get sweaty😅 I’m going to a famous spot inThailand. I like this kind of view😄 Kind of like Japan, but a bit different…! This temple has 5 floors, and there’re some historical things on the other floors. How beautiful! Take a little walk~ It’s might be under construction. Going to grab some lunch. This is a beef noodle soup place. So refreshing!!! I ordered beef noodle soup – the classic one😊 ITADAKIMASU(what we say in Japan before eating) Are these rice noodles? It has different cuts of beef, and it’s really tasty! It’s light and easy to eat, even on a hot day. There are soup and dry versions, so make sure to check before you order. GOCHISOUSAMA-DESHITA(what we say in Japan after eating) Take a little walk in Song Wat. There were some cute little shops and cafes. Soooo hot I need to take a break😇 This is an antique shop. I got a cup that says “lucky” in Thai. Super cute💙 Lovely wrapping! The staff could speak Japanese☺️ This sign means the place has good reviews? Lots of cakes I think it’s a chain store. A make-it-yourself latte I always order the safe choice — coffee. It’s a bit dark inside, but nice and cool. A big strawberry on top! So much cream, but the perfect dessert after a lunch✊ There were so many kinds besides shortcake- I’d like to share them with my friends! There were a few cute cafes along this street. Got a cute cup- feeling happy🍀 Why am I walking like a cowboy?😇 I’m going to another famous spot as well! Thankful for the blasting AC on trains. Paid the 300-baht entrance fee and went inside. It’s big with lots to see, but I took a shortcut to my spot. chill cat🐱 Right here! Many people! Impressive! shining! Sun’s calming down, watching Wat Arun. Tired~ I’ll get some rest early today! The Thai temple was beautifully detail and delicate✨ Next day I came to a famous Pad Thai restaurant inside the shopping mall. Ordered the most popular item. Looks like Omurice (a blend of ‘omelet’ and ‘rice’). Thought it was just a salad — nope, you mix it into the Pad Thai! A bit pricey, but this orange juice was popular in the reviews Chewy noodles! Love the chewy texture! Mix the side veggies well before digging in! Tastes like a real orange! Not too sweet Futuristic🌎 They had a souvenir shop… and I stayed way longer than planned😂 A cafe with cute little items for sale. Two floors, stylish and so chill🌷 Thai coffee tastes fruity and a bit sour — is that how it usually is? Perfectly refreshing to drink on a hot day. Loved the cute little goods at this cafe🥰 A ring and charm I fell in love with at first sight. Wanted more I usually chicken out at trendy spots, but the staff was super nice and made me feel at ease.☺️ There was a small vintage section in the back. Thai summers mean lots of chill breaks in cool places🙂 Thai vibe sped over here on a bike without a helmet, and this is the station I arrived at🚇 I’m taking the overnight train to Chiang Mai. Because last-minute tickets sell out, I reserved mine two months ago! I wasn’t the only backpacker, lots of others from overseas too🎒 There are also shops and food stalls. Finally! When buying tickets, I recommend the lower seats! The upper seats doesn’t have a window😢 I bought a ticket for a lower berth on the second-class train with air conditioning. There was a mattress, so it was surprisingly comfortable. Slowly got up It’s getting light out. The trip took 12 hours, but I slept through most of it, so it didn’t feel long. Almost there! Arrived in Chiang Mai🤩 Not much public transport in Chiang Mai, so Grab bike it is. Looks like some markets are on. It’s a big place, and there are lots of tourists. So many cute handmade things💚 Thai tea from the super stylish “Good Goods” shop🐘 So sweet and tea-rich. I’m hooked! Hello mouse Eek! 😱 Less hot than Bangkok, so walking’s way easier.(but still hot) Next day I’m going to grab breakfast~ I’m going to try the famous Khao Soi in Chiang Mai. Curry soup with regular and crispy fried noodles. Eat it with lime and pickles. Eat it with lime and pickles. Just like Pad Thai, you gotta mix it well to get the best flavor😚 Probably has coconut milk, so even I could enjoy it without worrying about the spice! (Tried Khao Soi in Tokyo a few days later ,it was spicy! so maybe it just depends on the restaurant. Haha!) The breeze feels nice.🌿 A different market from yesterday. They have workshops as well as shopping. This chill vibe = pure happiness😊 Lovely design! Lovely flower! Finally found the Thai T-shirt I wanted — totally stoked! Cooling off with some mango smoothie. This cafes popular with Thai girls too🐚 They had seashell dishes, but they were kinda pricey, so I skipped for now🤣 The really big dog, probably the cafe’s dog, was so chill and well-behaved🐶 I passed by Onenimman, a complex where you can also buy souvenirs. ‘DEN,’ which was featured in a stylish Japanese magazine. They had dope T-shirts and hats😎 Almost time to head home.🥲 Thailand was all about good food and cute stuff! Went to so many cute cafes and shops besides what’s in the video! Hope I’ll be back here again😉 bye~

Thanks for watching! 🍀

I finally made it to Thailand! It was pretty hot, but luckily I was able to get around without much rain. 🫠
I took an overnight train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai for the first time — not only did it save me a night’s hotel fee, but it was also more comfortable than I expected! ☺️

I got to enjoy some Khao Man Gai and Gapao, and visited a bunch of cute cafes (though I didn’t film most of them).
Also, I couldn’t help but notice how smooth and glowing the flight attendants’ skin was — both women and men! ✨
Personally, I’d love to visit Chiang Mai again someday.
