Actually, to come to Da Nang now, you should take Hong Kong Express. Hong Kong Express is always very crowded, so it’s better if everyone comes a little earlier. When we left Hong Kong this morning, we already received the driver’s contact number, phone number, and license plate number. He was very nice, he held up a sign to welcome us. Very convenient and safe. So, I highly recommend it. KKDay is also a good platform. Including two hours of free waiting time. I think it’s very suitable. As soon as you come out, the driver will be very nice, and take you to where they park the car. It’s actually very close, the drive is about five minutes. After getting in the car, the driver knows where to go. Then the car arrives. Da Nang is mainly divided into two different areas. First is the area near the airport. The other is the My Khe Beach area. This is our first time going to a place with sun and beaches, so of course we have to choose the beach area. We chose a beautiful resort. This time we’re staying at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort. Because it’s very early now. Da Nang is one hour behind Hong Kong. Basically, our flight was at 8:30 AM. When we got off the plane, it was 10 AM+. We arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. We just completed all the check-in procedures. But the room isn’t available so early. So, we’re walking around nearby now. This hotel is actually a very large area. All these small houses you see are rooms. But this isn’t a very tall hotel. It’s only two stories. But it has many different Houses. Look, this is the whole hotel. We’re here now. The beach we walked to just now is this area. And these areas, the entire hotel is the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort. So, it’s basically very big. We accidentally walked to the entrance of the SPA. That’s where I want to go the most. Yes, it also requires a reservation. You should be able to do it after making a reservation. This is free. The stuff below is the food we bought back just now. Beer, cup noodles, tonight’s meal. They already have two bottles of water. The water is also free. And there are wine glasses for you. It’s okay~ there are wine glasses for you. You can open a bottle of wine and drink it at home at night. It’s great to relax with wine in the room at night. The fan and lights are very comfortable. The ceiling is really high, so the whole feeling is very comfortable. Even if the fan is constantly shaking, it won’t be very oppressive. But the biggest surprise is that when I booked online, I didn’t expect there to be a very large walk-in closet. There’s a walk-in closet next to the bed. There’s an iron and this… what is this? A safe? What’s this for? Because I don’t use it. I’m very concerned that if I put things in the safe, I’ll forget to take them out to use. So, I rarely use it. Then there’s an ironing board. The place with the iron is stored here. And they have a very long umbrella for you to use. Everyone can use it on rainy days. You don’t need to keep borrowing from the front desk. But we don’t need to use it. Because the weather is good for the whole week. There are two bathrobes in the closet. I’ve already hung up the clothes I’ll wear. And this location is very good. You can put two suitcases very spaciously. But I covered that up, because it’s too messy. If you look, things will explode. Sai Ngan’s (Nico’s) is very neat. You can do this. Suddenly open the suitcase. That’s perfect. And you can have a very private space. You can change clothes like this. But there’s a hole you can see through. No one told you to look at me like that. The bed is over here. Next to it is like a living room area. It’s an L-shaped sofa. But I want to say the sofa is softer than I expected. When I sat down, I didn’t expect it to be so low. So, it’s okay to sit on. But will it hurt your back if you sit for a long time? I don’t know yet, I haven’t sat that long. And I think the good thing about this hotel is everything is very clean. Whether it’s the floor, the bedding, or the windows. I want to say the windows are what I care about the most. Because I’ve been to several hotels in Macau before, and the windows were really too dirty. If they didn’t tell you there was glass, you might bump into it. But you have to open the door here. Coming to the balcony area, this balcony is actually about three times the size of our home. It says you can smoke in the balcony area. But we don’t smoke. So, there’s an ashtray and a lighter in the room. Take note. This location is very Instagrammable. If you really don’t want to go into the water, you can put it here like this. Very comfortable. We’re on the first floor here, but note that the highest floor in the entire hotel is the second floor. So, the view from the first floor is also not bad. It says it’s a sea view room, but you can only see the sea very faintly. You can only see the sea in the middle of the palm trees. It’s actually a pool view. But I think it’s okay. Of course, there are some higher locations over there. But this is our room type. And I want to say the occupancy rate is super high. Because when we checked in, there were also tourists of different nationalities,
Hong Kong people, Koreans, Japanese people, coming to stay. So, it’s very busy. But they were very nice to arrange for us to check in early. So, it’s very good. The living room and bed are big. Actually, the bathroom is that big. It’s divided into three parts here. On my right, there’s a shower room and a bathtub. Note the location of this bathtub. Luckily, I’m wearing slippers. You can look at the view while taking a bath. But note that the first floor is really close. Looking from above, it’s… So, if you have some very intimate behavior, or showering, etc., remember to draw the curtains. Then it’s very okay. And the shower has a regular shower head. And a rain shower head. But you’ll see that the rain shower head has some signs of age. It’s a bit old. But I think the water pressure is still okay. Then it comes to the place I’m satisfied with. Because it has two sinks. One is for styling hair, one is for makeup. Very convenient. They’ve already prepared which location is for makeup. The location with the mirror. I’m already prepared. But I don’t think it’s as good as I imagined. Which is this basin of things (amenities). This basin has cotton swabs, toothbrushes, etc. Not very many. This is a toothbrush. It’s very short. It might be a connectable type. We’ll see tonight. But the comb is a regular flat comb. And there’s only one. It’s not enough for two people. So, luckily, I prepared my own. This hotel is actually very clean. But you can also see that it’s a bit older. First, let’s talk about its TV. It’s not a Smart TV. And look at its TV, you can tell from its picture quality that it’s not a very high-definition TV. But honestly, it has many TV channels. And it can be pulled out. The TV that can be pulled out also has an HDMI cable. So, you can connect it. I think it’s okay. But overall, it’s a bit old-fashioned. Although this TV is a bit old, the outlets in this hotel are also very complete. First, you can see there are already outlets on both sides of the bed. This is my newly bought travel adapter. You can see that its plug is not the Vietnamese plug. The Vietnamese plug is a two-prong flat or round plug. But it’s a universal plug. If you bring a Hong Kong plug, it should also be suitable for you. I think it’s 220W. And what’s the most considerate thing about it? It’s here. Usually, when we go to some hotels, there’s usually only USB-A. But because the times have progressed, many USB-C plugs are already available now. Also, below here, there are also plugs. There are also two plugs here. But there are no USB plugs. But I think it’s quite considerate. Actually, this plug, there will be one on both sides. And there’s also one on the bed over there. And there are also USB-A and USB-C plugs. It’s probably not a fast-charging plug. But I personally think these things are very considerate. Only some of the most common cocktails. The red and white wines are simple. Pinot Gris, Chardonnay. Mainly these common wines. It turns out they’re still eating below. There’s squid, etc. It’s mixed. This is 180,000. Every food item costs over 100,000. 180,000 seems very expensive. But you calculate 10,000 Vietnamese dong = HKD$3. How much is that? Overall, the first day coming to Da Nang here is very comfortable. Because we didn’t go to other places. We just walked around some places and drank coffee. It’s my first time coming to Southeast Asia. Although everyone needs to be a little vigilant, I think this location is quite comfortable and safe. Everyone remember to call a car/Grab, call any car, you have to check the license plate before getting in the car. Ask the driver if they really go to the destination. And make sure the fare is the fare you originally called for. Then you can get in the car. That’s the most perfect. Because I heard that many friends were charged extra by drivers before. Maybe not in Da Nang. I remember it was in some places in Vietnam, I don’t know where. We’ll also call a car out tomorrow. Because it’s relatively remote here.
