Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the stream. Welcome to the video. Uh my name is Corey. Welcome. Welcome. Yeah. So today it’s Monday morning. We are in Tokyo, but we are very far northeast. Uh we are in Kameari. And this is not too far from where I live. It was only two stops. Oh, sorry, three stops technically um away from where I live. So it it didn’t take long to get here. But yeah, this is Kamei. And uh in the beginning, we saw uh Riosan. He’s from uh Kochi Kame. There’s a manga that is uh that was drawn here and it’s I think it’s like one of the longest running manga series. I don’t like don’t quote me on that but um I think it’s one of the longest running manga series I think. Yeah, it was like in Jump magazine every week. I remember reading it when I was growing up. Um, anyways, it’s about a cop, a police box, basically a kobang and uh that’s actually at the station. So, yeah, let’s see. Uh oh, your mother. Okay. Yeah, I guess you your thing auto corrected, Gil. Yeah. Uh John, how you doing? Yeah, there’s a slide. There is a slide. Uh unfortunately, there was a mom with her child here. But anyways, guys, uh today we’re going to be walking around. Uh the weather is very unstable. Um, it says 18 degrees Celsius. With the wind and everything, it feels like 15. It’s a little bit chilly. So, I do have my windbreaker. I have a flannel inside as well as another shirt. So, I’m kind of layered up and it’s still like it’s pretty cold. Um, yesterday was real feel 33° C and tomorrow is going to be even hotter than that. So, today it’s this weird like in between the hot days um like a cold day. And yeah, so you can see it’s like cloudy. Um it it’s raining on and off. So I have my umbrella in my pocket. Um ready to go. Yeah, I feel there’s raindrops right now. So um so we’re ready. But um anyways guys, yeah, today we’re going to be walking from Kameyatti here in this area and we’re just going to kind of wander around. And um we’ve done quite a few walks in Kameyatti. So I’m going to try to go in a direction I’ve never gone before. And hopefully we find some pretty cool interesting side streets and alleys, uh old homes, abandoned homes. Who knows what else we’ll find out here. Um usually when you go out to the outer edges of Tokyo, that’s where you start seeing more of the the older houses, the older like abandoned places and stuff like that. Places uh places overgrown with vines and and you know, broken glass, all that stuff. So, uh, Braxton, how you doing? Lilith, good morning. You made it in time. Yay. Sandra C, how you doing? Jason says, “A cop doing anything but his actual job.” Yes, very true. So, yeah, in the Kamei area, um, as you walk around, there’s a lot of um like bronze statues of him and some of the other cast or or people characters um in that manga. So, yeah. Uh, Adachi, good morning. Good morning. So, yeah. Uh, make sure you click the cog wheel, change it to 1080p. We are streaming in 1080p. And um, what else? As we walk around here, there there are some buildings and stuff, so we might buffer a little bit. It depends. Yeah, you know, you know how it goes on these streams. So, just hang tight. Um, if I miss your hell’s, goodbyes, comments, and questions, I apologize in advance. We’re going to be looking for dogs and cats. Uh, yeah. Let’s get this going. I hope. Yeah. Get a drink. Get a drink. Get a snack. Let’s go. Uh Jay, how you doing? It was nice of YouTube to notify me at the start of the stream. That’s a rare occurrence. All right. Uh what’s up, Sasha? Sorry I didn’t say hi to you. All right. Alli says, “Give Corey a thumbs up for some love.” Yes. Okay. So, yeah, this is Riosan. He’s the main character of the manga. He’s in his bathroom. He’s got like bathroom slippers. [Music] Kamyatti Park. Yeah. And so this is the park here. Um there’s some construction. There’s like a pachinko building over there. Yeah. It’s very chill park, kind of small. Um but we’re going to head back towards the station in this direction. And then from there, we’re going to I guess kind of go northwestish and just kind of zigzag through streets. Does that sound cool, guys? The title says Kamiyatti 2. Question mark question mark question mark. So, I’m doing a lot of these like we start somewhere and we end up who knows where. Here’s another uh little chibi version of him. Scary. Is it scary? Yeah. Oh, yeah. Stream Elements is now notice uh notifying that there is a a a coffee kofi kofi, however you say it, uh donation link. That is if you wanted to check that out and support the channel. You don’t have to. All my videos and streams are totally free, but that’s just another alternative way for people to donate instead of PayPal or uh directly through YouTube. And uh YouTube takes 30%. So, just a heads up on that. But yeah, look at this old house. This character is famous. Yeah, very famous. Very famous. It was um the I think the artist is from here, lived around here, and uh based the comic off of the police box at the station. Kiana, good morning. Is my overlay working? Yes, it is. Yeah, steps are starting to be counted. So, yeah, guys, it’s 10:00 a.m. Monday. Uh, some businesses, just some good stamachi vibes. What’s up, Sherry? Good morning. I hope everyone’s doing well. I hope everyone had a nice, lovely weekend. Wow, it’s a old looking barber shop. Ga. Yeah, my weekend was okay. Uh, Saturday, as usual, I go to the office and it’s the busiest day of the week for me. So, I was like super exhausted. Uh, yesterday I just chilled. It was very hot. I bought a pose plant. That’s about it. Uh, this vending machine, by the way, it’s dashi. This is a soup base. Like, put this in all kinds of stuff. Miso soup, you can put it in noodles. Like, you can It’s for cooking. This is not for drinking. But it’s got the the uh we can’t see. Oh, these are Okay, these are not real bottles. Look at this. It’s it’s cut in half. These are just fake. But the real ones, usually you’ll see the dry fish inside with the broth. Uh what’s up, William Jet? How’s Corey? I’m doing good. I’m good. Good. Greenwood, Indiana. Nice. The celebration of life for your uncle went pretty well, Sherry. Yeah, condolences. Um, I’m glad it went well. Sounds like it was a nice time. Uh, Wonder Lust John, how you doing? Aloha. Believe in yourself. What’s going on? How much will it cost to have you buy it and chug it? I am not going to chug fish broth. I mean, I don’t I don’t mind. I like I could, but I’ll be like so thirsty afterwards. Yeah. So, this is the station area. Kamei, uh, this is the north side of the station. Um, I’ll just go show you the front. There’s another statue. I’m not going to go to the south side, though. If you guys ever wanted to see the southside, uh, just look up some of my other previous streams or even videos, I do show that. Here’s a Kobang, a police box. But this is not the one that the comic is based off of. What’s up, Lori? Good morning. Wow. Old soba shop right here. You see the train tracks right above us. Old soba noodle shop. You had Mickey D’s for dinner, James. Nice. Isn’t dashi really really salty? Uh, it depends, Drake. There’s a lot of types of dashi north entrance. Yeah, there’s a lot of types of dashi. Some are some are very light, some are very thick and heavy, some are super salty, some are not. So, it just depends. We got here’s another statue of Dioang. What’s up, Abear? got a little bit of a low signal warning. Um Oh, what? No, I spelled amount wrong. It didn’t show it correctly. Uh D, thank you so much, guys. Hearts in chat for D. She uh tipped through the Kofi thing and I totally messed up on the spelling of a mountain. can’t change it right now during the live stream. Okay. Damn it. Yeah. Uh we got a low signal warning. So just just a heads up, guys. Just a heads up. Um but I think it’s $5. Yeah, it was $5. Thank you so much. D Arato go since tea. Fresh fruit tea. Looks like this one’s from China. Wow. So, there’s a there’s an old house over here that’s like super it’s blocked off. It looks like it’s condemned. Roofs collapsed. They even put some netting on it right here at the station. All right. Yeah, let’s um let’s get away from this area. Let’s go explore some neighborhood streets, guys. What’s up, Sachan? That’s embarrassing. See, that’s what when you do any amount of coding, even like simple stuff like that for an alert, you got to check your spelling. H. It’s funny. Poor house. Yeah. Speaking of other, here’s another house. This looks like a old house, but it’s not abandoned. Um, they have like this area is like super overgrown. It’s just overgrown with vines and plants, but they still pot plants as well. like this. Interesting. Uh, just a moment. Hold on one second. Trying to figure something out. Oh, there we go. Okay. All right. Thank you. Sorry about that. Uh, music lounge, kid box. What is this? This looks place just looks rundown, abandoned. Is this a live venue? Looks like a live music place, but looks like it hasn’t opened in years. Yeah. Yeah. So, I think that’s one of the fun things about coming out to like these kinds of uh more the outskirts of Tokyo. We are still in Tokyo, but you know, the outskirts, you just find all kinds of old random stuff, rundown stuff. The overgrown vibe. Yeah, the overgrown vibe was pretty nice. Uh, Pachinko Academy. Do they teach you how to play Pachinko here? It’s the School of Rock. Is it? I guess it could be. Um, yeah. What is this? There’s a a pub. This is a old pub. Check out this awning. This awning is so old and deteriorated. Could be a recording studio. And they’ve got this ancient Canada dry ginger ale sign. Wow. Place. I don’t know if this place is is still in operation, but I bet you it is. Oh. Um I think I’m going to go back this way. It looks like uh to the left up here was um a very long type of street. Nice perspective shot. You got to get the little angles. Pretty. Oh, I saw a black street cat over there. Can we go look at it? I wonder if we can catch it. I I There was a neco spotting. We haven’t seen a neco in a long time. Let’s go. Let’s go. There was a neco. It was black. Josephine, how you doing? You had some Canada Dry yesterday, Jay. Nice. I haven’t had Canada Dry in a while. Long time no neco. Whoa. What’s going on with the crows up here? Trapped, neutered, and released. They do that here. Whoa. Whoa. What’s happening? I hear music, too. Cool. Yeah, a lot of these guys, they have um like we talked about this before, the lights, the lamps and stuff, and then there’s usually like some kind of flags and signs, and then there’s like speakers. Some places play like jazz, some places play like pop music, very calm piano music or something. Whoa, look at the entrance of this house. I hear a dog barking. Good morning, Simon. How you doing? Crow count 4. Yeah, place looks occupied, but the plants are just coming out overgrown. Very cool. Is it Hitchcock? The old Daiso and Maruetsu grocery store. This music’s pretty [Music] funny. Cool neighborhood vibe, guys. Just like a lot of local shops, local eyeglass store. Where’s I hear the dog like right over here. Oh, I see it right there. It’s a dachshun. Oh my god. Long hair dachshun. You’re so cute. Cute. It is cute. Enu count one. Oh, there’s another one inside. I can’t show it cuz it’s inside, but there’s a there’s a a cream colored one, too. Two dachshunds, but we only saw one on the stream. Um, let’s see. Do I want to go this way? I think I kind of want to go back. But check out all these shops. Old old businesses around here. Very cool. Yakuza VR game, Daniel. It could be. Can you play Yakuza in VR? I think you can, right? H I wish that silver car wasn’t there. It’s kind of blocking the view. Let’s just uh I guess let’s keep going straight. Okay, it seems to have picked up. We okay, chat? Are we okay? Uh we’ve got a little kisaten here. This is called doors. And uh there’s some English on the awning. It says, “The future’s uncertain and the end is always near.” Wow. Very profound. Profound meaning uh profound statement I should say. No sides, no drinks, just meat. Like literally meat. They don’t even give you plates or forks or anything. It’s just meat. We’re good. Okay. Jim and Harriet, Coastal’s World of Music Memories. How you doing? Good [Music] morning. Yeah. To everybody just tuning in. Good morning. Uh we are walking around in Kamei. We saw one cat and one dog on stream. Although there was a second dog that I couldn’t show cuz it was like inside of a like Yeah. Anyways, it was not possible for me to film the second dog. So, I guess it doesn’t count. Yes, the doors break on through to the other side. There’s old shop here. Snacks. Snacks. [Music] Unagi. The I I bet those stairs are probably like paper thin and if you fart, everybody can hear you cuz there’s no insulation or anything. Um, I think behind us is a dog. Hold on one second. I know there’s some JDM lovers here. Uh, it’s not a RX. No, I don’t know. Okay. It has kind of like a weird body kit on it. That’s why I can’t tell what it is. Uh, what is this patio? Huh. Interesting. Looks like it’s a closed store. Shelby. It It kind of looks like a Shelby, but it’s It’s not a Shelby. Was it a Miata? RX8? I think it’s too old to be an RX8. I thought it was like a RX6 or something. It’s definitely a car, not an RX7. Yeah. What is that, chat? Someone Someone has to tell me. I know there’s some car heads in in chat right now. Um, let’s see. Was it an RX7? It’s an Oh, the Commodore says NC Miata with some kinds of body kit. Yeah, it kind It was smaller than an RX. So, yeah, I guess Miata, huh? Yeah. And it had a weird body kit. It was like very bubbly. I kind of didn’t like it, but I smell really good food. Where is this coming from? Smells like meatballs or something. What’s up, Tracy? Nice to see you here. The house gave you grudge vibes. It kind of did, right? Was it a Ford F150? I think it was extended cab. Believe in yourself says in Japan anything can happen. That’s right. Um I don’t know what this place is. It’s called accident and it doesn’t say closed. It just says closed. There’s no D. What is this? Is it a bar? accident close. Uh, Luan, thank you so much, guys. Hearts in chat for Luan’s uh, dono. I love this place. Yeah, there’s a there there’s some vibes around here. Whoa, there’s a lot of people still walking around. What in the Oh, there’s a dog. Nice. EC Jamie. Uh going to put a store next door and call it open. That’s funny. Uh looks like there’s just this waterhe sculpture here. I don’t know if this is functional. Um Oh, it looks like it was at one point. There’s some water and I see like a pump. This is something we don’t usually see every day. Yeah. Very cool. It’s all steel. Usually these are all made out of wood, you know, in the farmlands and the mountains and stuff. What is this? Looks like an old water like what do you call it? Like a waterway in this like public park space. But it’s so old. It’s how it’s everything’s so dirty. I guess they used to have like a cool fountain show or something. But I see some benches and stuff. This looks like a pretty cool place to like just kind of hang out. The trees are growing into it. Yeah. Huh. Okay. Um I kind of wanted to go back here. I saw like a side street that looked kind of interesting. Hm. Very cool. [Music] I’m noticing my battery is going down like faster than usual. I hope we’re we’re okay with the stream. It might be shorter than expected. Yeah, this this street right here, this is this caught my eye when I was walking back over there. Looks abandoned. Yo, LA girl forever. What’s up from Joys? Yeah, just something about like this caught my eye from back there. there. I was like, “What is this street?” Open a store called, “Thank you for calling. How may I help you?” So when someone calls, you answer, “Thank you for calling. Thank you for calling. How may I help you? How may I help you?” Nice. Wow. I don’t know what the original color of this awning was, but it is completely covered in like some kind of moss or mildew or something. Can you see that? I think the original color was yellow or even white and now it’s like black. Oh, what is this? It’s uh bags and shoes. Looks abandoned. Dystopian vibes. Yeah, we are in Kamey, guys. We haven’t been here before. You may need to replace the battery if it’s not holding a long charge. Yeah, I thought about that, Tracy. I have the 13 Pro Max. I thought like, should I just just go for it and upgrade to like the 16 Pro Pro Max or whatever? Yeah. Or just go to an Apple store. Uh there’s an old shoe. Oh, this is my thumbnail. You know, my thumbnails, I I randomly click a location in the area I plan to stream and then I make a thumbnail out of it, like from Google Street View. This is I didn’t know this was on this street. They were selling old shoes, old slippers. Just a sing. Yeah. Not no plural, no s, not bags. It’s bag. We We have one bag. Wait for the next one after the 16. I guess I should. Good. So then in in that case I do need to upgrade the battery if it’s not holding the charge upgrade if you can. Ah it’s tempting. It’s so tempting. Um let’s see. I see a flower shop up here on the left. Upgrade. Upgrade. Upgrade. That’s not a thumbnail. That’s a store. That’s true. Oh car. Yeah. A very nice local plant store. Cute. Very old, but cute. Maybe cheaper just to get a new one. Yeah, I think it’s like a hundred bucks or something, right? For the iPhone or Apple Store to like replace your battery. But if I upgrade, we’ll have even better. Better camera, better everything. Better processor, better battery. Yeah, just kind of taking in the vibes down this little street. This is interesting area. You just got a 12 Pro Max for the first time, Timothy. Nice. Yeah, it’s it’s pretty good. after being an Android user for so long. Oh, there’s a local uh butcher butcher shop here. They’ve got some like meni katsu and stuff. Maybe we can try one of these things. Huh? Koro. Should we get one? Let’s get one. So, menchi katsu is minced minced meat fried and korok is like a potato. like a fritter. Yo, what up, Fungus? I’m gonna I’m gonna try to get a ko. It’s 100 yen. Yeah. Ham katu. Should we get ham katsu? Yeah, let’s try. Hi. Hi. Hi. Craig with the tip. Guys, hearts in chat for Craig and Jim and Harriet. Guys, hearts in chat. Hold on one second. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What’s happening? What happened to my stabilizer? Whoa. Whoa. Sorry about that, chat. I don’t know what’s going on. I was holding it and my wallet at the same time. I don’t know what happened. I think I I hit a button on accident. Sorry, chat. But um Craig, thank you so much for the tip. Goas and also Jim and Harriet. It says for the snack fund. Thank you so much, guys. Hearts in chat. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Wow. So, we’ve got um we’ve got some snacks. We got ham katsu, some deep fried ham, and then um a koro. It’s like a potato, mashed potato kind of thing. Um we were trying to look into your wallet. Your stabilizer is hungry, too. I don’t Yeah, I think it was the angle I was holding it at. It It couldn’t sustain that angle for so long. It just the the motor was like, “Eh, I give up. Whoa. What is this? Pocketto. Is this a toy store? Cool. There’s some old stuff in here. Wow. Kind of old stuff, too. Harapa. Was that Play? Was that PlayStation one? That was Super Famcom. I forget what system that was on. That was very old. There’s an old rotary phone down here. And a toy Japanese phone as well. Pazappa. Is that his name? I thought it was Parappa. Parappa the rapper. Maybe I just know the Japanese. Parappa. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Adachi. That’s right. Yeah. Yeah. Choco ball mascot. Yeah, that crow. Um, very cool. So, we need to find a drink. There’s a little dive bar. Little Saka. No sign. I don’t even know if it’s open. What is this? Is this shop even in operation? Hatya, it is. But what are they selling? It’s just like all cardboard. He’s in Astrobot, is he? That’s cool. Timothy says, “I was an Android user for a long time and it was finally ready to upgrade to an Apple product. It was such an Yeah, I felt the same. I felt the same way. What’s up, Billy Burns?” Lami was also in there, too. Cool. Um, so I see a vending machine here. Let’s get a drink and then um we need to like try these two items. These streets are very weird. It’s like giant like tiles and this space that I’m in is like very big. There’s like nobody. Lots of very dystopian vibes. Um, okay. Yo, Mark Yaf check with the $5, guys. Hearts and chaff for Mark. It says, “For the drink fund, Cory, you must stay hydrated.” Thank you so much, guys. Hearts and chaff for Mark. Thank you. Thank you. Um, okay. So, uh, I I usually try to avoid the Coca-Cola machines just cuz that stuff is so common, but some of this other stuff, this is a kitten vending machine. Elma says, “Folks, please click the thumbs up button.” Yes. Yes. Please like the video, guys. Uh we have some tea. There’s apple juice. We’ve got vitamin like fruit juices. There’s a plum drink. Uh we’ve got uh what is that? Lactic drink soda. Yakurut soda. I didn’t know they had a soda like that. Sparkling apple juice. Um Mets Black is similar to Coke. And then down here is the bottles. Uh, tea, more tea, tea, lemon, lemon squash, a salty litechy drink, kind of a a vitamin drink, electrolyte drinks. The bottom row is all coffee. I don’t need coffee. I uh I drank a a sugar-free Red Bull before. Apple sparkling sounds good. It does. Sparkling apple juice. No. Gregory, how you doing? No melon soda. This place does not or this machine does not take suika, so I have to use coins. No Red Bull. I I had a sugar-free Red Bull earlier. Any drink that will produce the best farts? That’s a good question. Or being a good statement. Um I’m going to I want to try this apple sparkling, but it’s a can, which means I have to carry it. The yakurut has a lid. I think I kind of want to try this one here. It’s kind of like a a sparkling yogurt soda. How much is it? 130. Yeah. Sorry to all the sparkling apple people. It It’s a can. If it had a lid, I would definitely get it cuz I got to walk around and carry it. You know what I mean? All right, let’s do it. It’s 130. I got a 50N coin. Another 50 end coin. One, two, three. All right, let’s try it. It’s also I’ve never seen that before, too. The apple sparkling. They sell that in my supermarket. If it had a lid, if it had a lid, I would get it. Yeah, cuz you know, I got to walk around. I can’t like drink the whole can at one go. Oh, there’s a little small kind of statue or something back there. Uh, Fouies, you are in Sumida area today. Nice. Yeah, we were there last week walking [Music] around. Brandon, how you doing? Good morning. Believe in yourself. What up? Uh, is there like a park or something? Like maybe I could just eat like right around here cuz the street’s like pretty abandoned. Not abandoned, but you know, it’s like very quiet maybe there’s like look at look at this. This is all just like there’s nothing. No signs. Is this a dying town? innocent disguise. Good morning. Uh Mark says, “Was shopping in an Asian grocery store in downtown Montreal and saw cowpiss?” I honestly thought you had you had been saying cowpiss. A lot of people think that. Um I’m going to go this way cuz I saw a dog and it’s actually going in this direction. So I’m going to try to meet it over here so we can have another enu count. Enu count four, I think. Ah, the guy’s way over there. There it is. Brown poodle enu 4. Yeah, this is I don’t know what to say. This neighborhood is very strange. They have these kind of like walkway things here, walking paths. Everything’s just so old. Everything’s totally old. What is this? That’s why they call it kalpico. Yeah. In the states they call it kalpico, right? Cuz everyone thought it was like cow piss. Cow piss. Not cow. Like this. This area looks really good. Uhoh. Did we buffer fs? Fs in chat. All right. [Music] Okay, I think I think the signal’s coming back. Maybe never a bench when you really need one. That’s true, Drake. Very true. I just teleported. Um, yeah, Tracy donated $10, I believe. Australian dollars. Thank you, guys. Hearts in chat for Tracy. Dial up Wi-Fi. Yeah. Um Oh, that that dog we saw earlier is actually coming around right now here. Um yeah, right here at this crosswalk. So that is still enu count 4. Yeah. Sorry. Oh man. Right when I’m like trying to find a place to like just post up and eat these two snacks for you guys. We can try them on camera on the stream and then we we we end up hitting a kind of dead spot for the reception. Is Hamzushi any good? Uh D. Yeah. So, thank you for asking. Uh Hamzushi, this is a a chain like sushi place. Uh they’re okay. They’re affordable. Um there’s one near my house. I actually made a video about it. They have like the the delivery system where the plate comes right to you on the conveyor belt. Yeah, we came from that direction and that’s where the low signal was. So, let me let me go away from there and maybe find somewhere over somewhere over here to sit. Yeah, there’s a mini stop. You don’t see too many of them like in the city. City city. Need a pack of smokes. No, I don’t smoke. Yo, Kelsey in the house. Kelsey, what’s up, Kelsey? I’m waving at you. Long time no [Music] see. Da says, “I thought they had good sushi.” Yeah, it’s not bad. Um, it’s very affordable. I went there last week, actually, the one near my house. I was craving sushi. Uh I see a side street over here. I’m going to try to go down that one. Seems like this is a a busy road. Okay. Um Oh, this is going right to a school. Uh-oh. Uh, where can I eat, guys? And there’s a cop. There’s a there’s a police officer at the end of this street. Bicycle cop. You need a pack, not you. Yeah. No, but smoking is bad. Smoking. No smoking. Mini stop in Tokyo is as rare as Dier D. Is Dier even still around? Oh, it it is. It is. Never mind. I have I have seen a Dier. What’s up, Mike Dilva? Brandon says, “How many train stops are this is this place from Matsudo?” This was two. So, uh from Matsudo station, the next one is Kanamachi and then the next one is Kameyatti. And that’s where we are now. Eat next to the cop. Yeah, this is his bicycle right here and his helmet. Where did he go? I think he went in this little alley over here. Oh, you know what? He went in the house right there. I guess someone called the cops for some reason. Um, there’s an elementary school or something right here. I need to get away from this place. Jeez. Jeez Louise. Um, all right. All right, let’s go this way. Fouies love it. It says Chris. I’m going to call you Chris. Uh, love the chill neighborhoods. Yeah. Yeah. We are in Katsushika Ward. Uh, this is the northeastern most ward of Tokyo. After you go past this, you cross over into Chiba Prefecture and that’s where Matsudo is, and that’s where I live. So, this is actually pretty close to where I live. Okay. Okay. Um, are we underneath the power line? We are. Okay. Um, I see some sitting area over there. Let’s go. Let’s go. This looks like there’s some places to sit. There’s a Kamayatti Park. Yeah, Brandon. started at Kameyatti Park and there was uh the Kochi Kame um Diosan’s statue. There was two of them actually in that park. Yeah. So, I see some benches and like a sitting area over here. Perfect. As long as the signal holds up. I think there’s even like a picnic table. Please let there be a picnic table. Yeah, I’m like way far uh west of that area. Um yeah, so there’s this little seating area. Oh, it’s not a picnic table. It’s more like a like a platform that you sit on. Mike Dilva says Katushika Ward aka this is not quite Sheba yet but it sure feels like it. Exactly. Um this is perfect though. We can uh just post up here and I believe if I sit like there and put the camera right there in front. It’s kind of dirty though. Oh, it’s not dirty. It’s just old. Okay. All right. Make sure homeless people don’t sleep on it. Yeah, I know. They had to put the the little cross on it, huh? It’s kind of sad. There’s not so many homeless people here. So, um love watching these streams, especially in the suburban neighborhood. Super relaxing. Thank you, David. All right, let me um very not introverted friendly. Yeah, it probably gets really busy on the um weekends or something when families are out here playing and Okay, sorry. I’m setting up the the thing here. Okay, we got to do the the down looking up at my face perspective, which is gross. Maybe if I raise this a little bit. Okay, that works. Okay, that’s not that’s not so bad. Yeah, that looks good. And I can see the chat. Oh, um what did we get? First of all, can you guys hear me? First of all, we’ve got this uh Miruju Miruju soda, and it’s a a lactic drink soda. This is by Yakuruto the company. We don’t want to shake this. Let’s try it though. Ah, smells like yakaruto. Do you guys know yakur yakult? I know some people are like yakult. It’s good. It has some slight carbonation. Yeah. M smells good. This is really cool. If you guys like yakur to um definitely get this very light carbonation. Mike says, “Didn’t uh by the way, Cory, I didn’t get a chance to uh catch your stream.” I got to turn this cuz the background is white. I can’t read. Let’s see. Um, I didn’t get a chance to catch your stream last week. Tokyo Drew’s passing hit like a gut punch. Yeah, it caught a lot of people off guard. I mean, kind of. Um, I think some people saw that it was coming unfortunately, which was really sad and it did and yeah, it was just very unexpected. Um, yogurt with carbonation kind of. It’s like a l like a b like a probiotic drink. That’s what yakuruto is. Um, it was created as a probiotic. um long time ago like in the 60s or something 50s 60s7s and uh just to increase the gut health of the population. It was a doctor I think that made it. It became super popular. So um okay we bought two things. We got she wrapped it in this paper. It’s so greasy. It’s like kind of ripped already. Okay. So, there was um ham katsu and then there was uh koro. So, this is kind of crazy cuz I don’t have any tissues. It’s so greasy. This paper is so greasy. Um I’m going to take a bite out of the first one, which is ham katsu fried ham. Hold on one second. My bag just flew away. Okay, Dama, you just got yakaruto. Nice. Yeah. So, we can see it’s got the panco breading on here. It’s thin. It’s like a ham, like a a slice of ham and fried. Jeff, it’s good. It’s just breaded fried ham. Let me see if we can get a better view. Yeah. So, you can see it’s just a slice of ham breaded and fried. Very tasty, very crunchy, not too salty. Yeah. A fried ham, breaded and fried. Yeah. So, this is really good. M. Mhm. The paper is so greasy, though. Look at that. I wish I had a napkin. I don’t. Um, okay. The second one. It’s called koro, a croet. See here, it’s more thick and it’s got it’s filled with like mashed potatoes and sometimes they put like peas and carrots in there, too. There’s different types, but this one, I believe, is probably just like a normal one. Let’s go. M. Very tasty. I think there’s pieces of meat in here, too. Greasy means good. Yeah. Let me show you. Yeah. So, you can see it’s got like the mashed potato filling. Not too creamy, not too chunky. And then there’s like some pieces of meat as well. Yeah, it’s very savory. These are so savory. M. So creamy. Koro is good. I think if you’re going to get any kind of deep fried thing like especially from this the um the convenience stores, try always try korok first. Koro is always a winner. Korok and ham. Japanese double down. True. Yeah. If we had some katsu sauce on this, this would be really good, too. But just as is really nice. Now you got to eat both at the same time sandwiched. Okay. All right. Fungus. By the way, how are you? Yeah. And now that I have them side by side like this. Let’s do it. Can you hear the crunching sounds? Is my mic picking that up? M. It’s good. It’s like potatoes and ham and deep fried. It’s really good. Although I do need a drink. It’s very greasy. Um, it’s still a little warm, so I feel like she cooked it like not too long ago. She was like deep frying other ones, too. Sachan says cream croette is good, too. That’s the crab cream. That is so good. Really, really good. Yeah, cream. There’s uh potato and cheese, which is really good. Potato and bacon. which is also really nice. You just might, Jason. If you have it, man, eat it. Crunchy. I ain’t the only one that misses the old KFC Double Down. Is that the one with the the the chicken patty and then something in the middle and then chicken patty? All right. Okay. I will save the rest of this for later. [Applause] It’s so greasy. And we need to continue walking. I don’t have any tissue. My lips are so greasy. I just wipe it with my hand. F it. Better than me. I’m stuck eating udong. Udon is good. I would I would crush some udon right now. Um, where did I buy this? Koro, how you doing? Uh, was that JT? Oh, SK. Sorry, SK. How you doing? Um, I bought it from just some local uh there was a butcher shop and kind of agono fried food shop in some crazy weird dystopian guy area west of Kamei Station. I hope that helps. Kiss a dog. I would kiss a dog right now if I could. I love dogs. Okay. Yep. They doubled down. No. Uh, no bun, just meat. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, I see. I feel like I’ve seen it once. I never had it though. Seriously awkward. How you doing? Says Dutch people have similar croettes, but they eat them in sandwiches. Yeah, I think you can get a katu sandwich. I I think I’ve seen a koro korok sandwich in Japan before. Kiss a hot dog. I will smooch a pooch. Yes. Reminded me of a saying my dad used to say. You You screwed the pooch. Like when you mess up really badly, you know, like you up. Like you screwed the pooch. Sounds so [Music] bad. Highly recommend this too. If you guys can find this Yakurut soda. Very good. How white of that. Is that a white? Is that a white saying? Um, you say it up there too in Toronto. In Ontario, I should say. Um, all right. I put my drink in my pocket. Let me shake off the crumbs. Gordo in the right stuff says that, too. Okay. I didn’t know. Okay. Okay. So, I guess it’s a a fairly common uh quote um saying. Febbo croettes. What is febo? Fibo. Am I saying it wrong? Fibo. Febo. Um all right. Let me get the camera ready. All right. We ready, chat? Let’s go. Oh, oops. Okay, there we go. Wide angle. Nice. So, that was a nice little pit stop for some fried food and a nice little very subtly sparkly yakut soda. Um, I don’t know where this goes. I’ve never been here before. I guess I’ll go this way. Let’s go this way. Wow. Is it dark or is that just me? I feel like it’s going to rain. Well, I have my umbrella. So, yeah, it was sprinkling when we started the stream. Luckily, it hasn’t rained the entire time while walking. Has some old apartments here. Closest thing I’ve seen was a Milkus. Yeah, Drake. Milkiss is very similar actually. It expired. No. Fibo is like a vending machine for fried food in Amsterdam. Oh, cool. I’ve never been. I want to go. I want to go. Looks really overcast. Yeah, today’s weather is super unstable. This morning was like raining on and off like every it would rain for like 30 seconds heavily and then stop and then like 2 minutes later it would rain a little bit and then stop and the wind was blowing in every direction. It was like super crazy. So I guess this is the train track. If I follow it this way, it goes all the way to Kamayatti station. So let’s go let’s go under through to the south side. Yeah. I didn’t realize we were back at the the tracks already. Clouds looking ominous from your end too. Might rain. Yeah, I think all of Kanto area. I think most of Japan today is kind of cloudy. Um, let’s see. I want to see this building. What is this pink and blue thing? Okay, this is interesting. This is an apartment complex. Two apartments side by side. One is pink, one is blue. The left side says left, the right side says right. And uh the the the uh complex name is twin address. Twin Adorasu. Left side, right side. How original. Interesting find. Girls only, boys only. It doesn’t say that, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it did. Yeah, we chilling on these old back streets. Um, what’s that? Let’s Let’s cross the street. Oh, there’s all these like vehicles. Why? 18° but windy. Yeah, it’s 18° here, but with the wind, the the um real field is like 15°. Wa! Look at this tiny house here. Tucked away right by the train tracks. Interesting. There’s like a hardware store. Left tok right tokan. Was that the kanji? Khan. Man, I gotta study kanji. There’s so much I still can’t read. So much I forgot. Sano Hitachi. Looks like appliance store, but it’s just boxes of the appliances. Do you just call them and be like, “Yo, I need like an I need a bedet seat.” And then they have a box here of the bedet seats. They’re like, “We got you.” Yeah. Um, I see this side alley down here. Let’s go check this out. Back to exploring. Kameyatti. Very nice. Don’t you have to know that to help them learn English? Uh, no. My for me for my job um I teach mainly adults like 99% are all adults. Um if they’re not adults they’re like 16 or 17 years old and that’s very rare. But um all of them I I I don’t speak any Japanese at all uh during the lessons at all. It’s just it’s literally like a conversation class and I just talk to them in English. They talk to me in English. Most of my students are very conversational in English already. So, they just want to like sharpen their skills. Some are very fluent. They’ve they’ve been speaking English for like 60 years, you know? They’re like old, like retired, and they just want to upkeep their English skills, and they don’t have anybody to talk to, so they take my lessons. Wow. Old tatami mats and a chair. Yeah. This is Tokyo, guys. By the way, we are still in Tokyo. North far northeast Tokyo. Khan is building. That Kanji is building. Okay. Cuz I see it all the time and I’m like, what is that? I’m like so lazy to like look it up. Thank you. I appreciate that. Pretty awning with the tree back there. Um, I missed it. Sorry. Sorry. sweet and a little sad. Yeah, some of you know a lot of the people that I teach, they’re like in their uh 20s, 30s and 40s. Maybe a few are in their 50s and they all work in like large companies or businesses where they have to interact um with people abroad like whether like face to face talking or through email or phone calls and stuff. And so they just want to practice their English. They they can already like form some sentences and stuff. Motor shop. Oh, we got low signal here, guys. Hang tight. Um, let’s go this way, I guess. What’s up, Becca? How you doing, man? And I think these tall buildings are kind of messing with my reception. We got a wide street here, wide sidewalks. Uh, I guess we’ll go this way. You okay, chat? Okay, it looks like we’re back. Um, yeah, this walkway has these lamps with uh there’s some figure like two figures walking or pulling or something. H 69 croetts. [Music] Nice. Oh, that’s so I’m so Mike Dilva. I am so dumb. Midi Khan. Yeah. Oh god, I’m dumb. I used to know that kanji like long time ago. Like 20 something year. 20 years ago. Yeah, I got to get off my butt and refresh. Study. Back in the clay. Said hi from 90210. What up? Is he in Beverly Hills? It’s very interesting street. Where are we? Maybe we can go diagonally. Yeah, let’s try that. Let’s cross over diagonally. Oh man, low signal here. Why does this white street have THC? I don’t know what that is. Yeah, I guess if I keep going straight this way, it might go to Ayas. Yeah, I think if you go that way, it goes to AAS. That’s my guess, though. I could be wrong. There’s a little like pedestrian walkway through this area. H seems to be like a little greenway, like a green green parkway for people to walk. It’s a good place to come walk your dog. This street have no chirping crossing sounds. Um not all of them do and um a lot of them you have to push the button to make the sound trigger. for uh blind people or people who are visually impaired. Yeah. In in some places like in in more busy areas, uh the sound automatically happens, but in a lot of these kinds of like side streets and smaller streets, Yeah. you have to push the button. Um weird. Weird. Uh, let’s go down this this little side street over here. Oh, there’s a fire station. A former river beneath. It feels like Yeah, there there was some kind of a stream or something. That’s kind of fairly modern, new looking fire department. This guy’s doing push-ups inside. working out. I got to work out. Okay. Walking in the street. Where are we? So, uh, let me ask chat. Um, what do you guys think of this area? this kameari area that I’ve walked in WRX. Um, what do you think of this neighborhood in Katsushika Ward? Every time we walk around Katsushika Ward, we always see like many weird like grungy looking places, dystopian like rundown places. It’s pretty cool, Sherry. Yeah, I like it. I like I like sharing this kind of stuff with you guys. And it’s very easy to walk. I don’t feel like overwhelmed with like tons of people and whatnot. I can kind of just chill. Wow, that’s a old house. Odd, but interesting. That’s a good way to put it, John. You like it, Tracy? Yeah. Weird in a good way. I like it. Whoa. There’s a weird house and there’s like a a moon painted on there that that’s not like a physical thing. It’s painted on top of it. It’s a weird like fusion house. Fun area. Weird old neat stuff. Yeah. Kind of cute. Cute and rundown, you know. Uh there’s a store over here I want to see on this corner. It says family computer recycle shop, but it looks like it’s just filled with baby clothes. Yeah, look at this family computer recycle shop. Doky doi. And it’s all it’s just children’s clothes. Okay. Very weird. Very strange. That’s no moon. It’s a space station. Oh my god. M O O N. That spells moon. They they turned the old PCs to kids clothes. That actually sounds kind of cool. Uh, is it an expensive neighborhood? Uh, Italio. No, it’s not. Uh, rent is much cheaper down or out here. Yo, Mar, how you doing? Aloha. How’s it? Long time no see. Whoa. This is a barber shop. men’s cut and perma. Pama. So that’s how they say perm in Japanese. Pama. So they even spelled it perma. But what is this face? It’s huge. This place looks abandoned, by the way. Thrift store. It felt like a thrift store, but they didn’t change the sign of whatever business was the the the family computer store that was there before. Um all right. Uh let’s go down some side streets. See what’s over here. I got some old houses again. Coin laundry looked nice. Oh, I I I totally missed it. They’re going to cut and kill you. Basically, barber shop of horrors. Make you look like Andy Summers. My god. Uh maybe they couldn’t afford to change the sign or it’s just like a secondhand market store. Yeah, I feel like it’s just they just wanted the space. they got the space and they didn’t want to spend any money on changing anything else. Uh average rent out there is like 80k uh yeah 80,000 yen a month for a 1DK I think. Might be wrong. Uh it might be that or it might be even cheaper than that too. Like I live in Matsudo not too far away and I have a 2DK and I pay 60,000. So even less than that, but that’s in Chiba. But I’m that’s two stops, two train stops away from here. Ah, interesting little area. I think there’s like a guy in the back streets. David Bowie lookalike perms. It kind of did look like David Bowie, didn’t it? He didn’t have the star on his face, though. Um, see what is this toa flower service? I see this little alley over here. Let’s go look at this. Look at the flowers. Yeah, some roses. It’s about hydrangeia season very soon. I think it’s going to um peak towards like next week although or sorry uh start blooming next week. Haven’t seen much today at all. Very chill little side [Music] alley. Don’t look at the flowers, chat. No, just just look at the flowers. Look at the flowers, Kelsey. Excuse me. And we’ve reached a street. Uh I see another alley over here. Let’s see where that goes. You love this little alley, Kiana. Yeah. Oh, so here’s some hydrangeanger. You can see there’s still little buds. They haven’t opened yet, but it’s coming, chat. It’s almost time. Yeah, so many alleys. I always think of the greenery as rebelling against the concrete. It makes sense. Whoa, check this out. They um they grew the tree and they shaped it over many years and so it actually was trained trained to come across and it connects to this tree. So these are two like this branch is coming here, this branch is coming here. They met and they’re connected. Wow, that’s pretty cool. We saw some pretty cool things. What? How long have I been streaming? Oh, an hour and 22. Okay, I’m going to make my way back towards the station, I guess. And uh we’ll wrap it up. So, we’ll probably go a little over the usual 1 hour 30 minutes stream time. As long as uh battery persists. Battery’s at 40%, so it should be okay. Very quiet. Very toy shaped. Yeah. Yo, Ramen Pharmacist with the $2, guys. Hearts in chat for Ramen Pharmacist. It says, “Drink snack fund.” Thank you so much, Aratoy. Yeah, we actually had um Ham Katsu and Koro and a yakur soda earlier. There’s a a temple over here. Very simple one though. And then they have their uh cemetery behind it. H okay. Yeah, we didn’t see any like like shrine shrines today surprisingly. cloudy. Feel like it’s just going to dump rain like any second. I can feel it in the air and I can kind of smell it too, you [Music] know. It’s a good walk. How many steps did I do? Only 3,900. Okay. Very, very amateur numbers. But still good. Any amount of walking is good. Uh, this street has a lot of trees, which is nice. And then I see more more just side streets. Let’s go see where this takes us. The unmistakable rain stink. It’s so addictive. Oh, I love it. Yep. Wow. There’s someone’s house back here. This is their gate. Whoa. It’s like isai. Some abandoned shed. I think this place is abandoned. They put tape over the doorbell. I think it was abandoned. Petraore. Is that’s the name of it, right? Petraore. But isn’t that like after it rains though? What about like before it rains? Does that count? Yo, back in the clay. How you doing? You did a 90210 stream. Nice. Where are we? We are uh in Kameari Nome gets good shade. Yeah. Yeah. We’re just down some crazy back alleys. Very old, grungy, weird back alleys. Uh there’s a dead end over here. You know, you know how Katsushika ward is little bit old, a little bit weird. The pre-rain smell. Yeah, you can tell like the pre-rain smell. This place looks abandoned. It’s all shuttered up. Brandon says, “This stream can have real-time subtitles, but you have to set it before uh you start if I’m not mistaken.” Oh, is subtitles necessary? Do you guys need subtitles? Man, the colors of this blue and yellow. And it’s like a really Look at it’s really dirty. And they they only cleaned where the steps are. So you can see the darker blue color, but everything else still has that like light color. Yeah. Urban Aki. I guess I’ll go straight. There’s this uh blue truck. They’re putting it a bunch of furniture and stuff. I don’t know if this is a moving truck or they’re collecting um the like large trash items. for the local uh district, it might be that. Yeah. So, like if you have like large furniture and stuff that you want to get rid of, you can’t just like throw it down to the curb or anything like that, you have to go to the website and you have to register and pay for a pickup. I guess we go this way. And then um they’ll send you like a sticker thing that shows that you paid and then you put the sticker on the item and then you put it out uh on the days that it tells you to and then the truck will come by and pick it up. Oh, I see. Brandon, you’re numbing so hard you can’t hear the stream. trying to see. Do I go straight little crow? Uh DIY store looks totally closed and abandoned and it says do it yourself. That’s funny. Just do it yourself. Oh, it’s free for you, James. Nice. Yeah, in Japan, you got to pay. It’s not much. It’s like, I don’t know, a couple bucks or something like that. And I think it also depends on what they pick up and how big it is. Like, if it’s a sofa, you probably got to pay more. Or like a big mattress. But if it’s like a cabinet or something, you know, like a TV, probably less. That wasn’t It was an order. It wasn’t a translation of DIY. It was literally do it yourself. We’re closing the store. You just do it yourself. Interesting. Interesting. Man, I’m surprised it hasn’t rained during the [Music] [Music] stream. Let’s see. Um, kamari nome bus stop. Oh, I know where I’m at now. I know where I’m at cuz I can see the audio mall. The audio shopping mall is right over there. Uh, I have a full video walking tour inside of there from a few years ago. Uh, if you guys are interested in that. Man, look at all this trash. It’s just piled up. Brandon says, “Uh, do you get more revenue if your viewers are YouTube premium subscribers?” I don’t think so. It’s It’s very negligible. like like I think when I looked at the um the ad revenue there was like a small thing for uh premium subscribers and it was like $1 or something, you know, like the majority is all from uh uh donations. And then number two would be uh ads, but ads is it’s so small. Donations are pretty much how I make any amount of money. to help me uh you know keep streaming and stuff. So that’s why donos are appreciated, but they’re not required. Uh let’s go this way. Yeah, I think this way goes back to the station. Yeah, Clean Japan. There’s another flower shop. Sorry, every time I see a flower shop, I’m scanning. I’m in my plant phase. My Dr. Green thumb face. I’m I’m buying plants like weekly. Holy, holy trash, pal. Batman. That’s right. The sidewalk seems very new. Big goody donkey was there. Yeah, I missed the sign. [Music] D. He’s a plant daddy again. The last time I was a plant daddy was 2020. First year of the pandemic. I grew I was like a farmer. I was growing a bunch of veggies and herbs on my balcony. This time it’s all herbs and indoor plants only inside. Here’s uh Riosan again. Let me just come in. Aicados, you’re you’re into the succulents. Yeah, I think I’m going to migrate to that eventually, but for now I’m doing a lot of uh aeroids, a lot of viny plants, monstera kind of kind of big leafed guys that are easy to kind of maintain. I want to live in a jungle. Uh the sidewalk looks like it was resurfaced within the last few weeks. Yeah, it looks very fresh over here. Not so fresh. It’s all dirty. It still has the same pattern though. Sherry says, “I wish I could show you all my hen and chicks and uh cat I have in my backyard. A couple pots of cactus.” Cacti. That’s cool. Yeah, cacti. I would love to get some cacti. Some succulents. Let me say bicycle cop just roaming around. Um I just turned cuz I saw this alley with these different colored awnings. I was curious what these are. Oh, it’s a small tiny tiny mom and pop like grocery store. Like very few veggies, few small plants like a tiny Shotgen guy. Very tiny. Wow. First kind. How you doing? It’s Albert from Yakoska. Albert. Albert. Albert. Albert. Like classmate. Yakoska. Albert. What’s What was your last name? Stremler. Albert. Stremler. Albert. Stremler. Why does that Who are you? Name yourself. No, I’m just kidding. Um, what’s up, dude? Welcome. Welcome. Yo, little back alley here. I can smell ramen. Yeah, let’s go this way. Yo, is Albert like class of 99 Albert? What up? We’re cruising around northeast Tokyo this morning. It is. Yeah. Albert Stre. Did I say your last name right? Stremmler. I hope it’s okay that I said your name. There’s only like one Albert that I ever knew in my life and it was you. But yeah, welcome, man. Welcome to the live stream. Yeah, brother Jason is I think he’s chilling. I think he went to go cook some something. I think he said he had koro or menchi katu or something in his freezer. Yeah, yakoska connection. Old schoolmates. The Yakoska times. Uh whoa. Check out this old house right here on the right or sorry left with the red old faded paint. Um very cool. Some of the uh Mike says, “Some of these politicians on the posters look like failed ex city pop artists.” Kind of, right? It does have that old vibe. I noticed that there’s like a a shrine or a temple right here on my lefthand side. So, I wanted to kind of check it out. But also this old house. Whoa. It’s just overgrown. But actually, they like cut some branches. Very old property. Huh. Cool. It looks like someone came and cut a bunch of the branches like not too long ago. Yeah. It’s a nice big yard. I don’t think anybody lives in the house, though. It’s wasted. Yeah, what a shame. Um, let’s see. There’s a pink and weird other pink color house right here on the right. Oh, here’s the entrance to this place. I think it’s a temple. Yeah, it’s a temple. Okay. I just wanted to see if there was anything interesting here that we could check out. Whoa, there’s like a bright colored house in there. Big building. Yeah, that’s kind of cool. Um, okay. Yeah. Oh god, this is such an eyesore. So, there’s like this pink and this purple and then it’s right next to a bright greenhouse. Who is deciding to use these paint colors? That’s crazy. It’s crazy, man. Crazy. You’re so crazy. Uh, I guess we’ll go this way. We Okay, chat. I can hear someone vacuuming. Cotton candy alley, I guess. Very quiet, very chill. The paint colors on sale that day. Yeah. I always feel like those businesses, they just like call up the the local paint store and they’re just like, “Yo, what what color is the cheapest that nobody buys?” Oh, that one. Okay, I’ll buy all of it. Adachi says, “Wish I had a house to just paint crazy colors.” Me, too. Whoa, here’s a Aki. It’s all overgrown with weeds. Where is the station, y’all? Here’s someone’s front garden area. Lots of just random stuff all slapped together. Cool. The bees love it. Would love to walk down here after dark. Yeah, I think from Kameyatti station. Walking out this way is kind of an interesting place. I think Okay, I think the station’s this way. ended up on a little detour. Ah, man. It’s starting to get a little warm. Just a little bit. I think the sun’s starting to like kind of heat up things through the clouds, you know, getting UV baked. Uh, we got this uh Nissan Z. It’s looking clean. That’s a nice paint job, too. Damn. Looking fresh. All right. Love to see it. Yeah, I think we’re pretty much at Kamei Station right over here. Oh, not yet. We’re so close. I can I can feel it. Um, walking from Kameyari out near Ayas and beyond would be quite the challenge. Yeah, I think we did um a kan I think we did a kanamachi to ayas walk before or was it ayas to kanamachi the other way around? I think we did it before and it was pretty far. Not undoable, but you know, we were walking a lot and I think I had to catch a bus to the station. Um where’s some signs? I need to see some signs. Uh, where’s the stairs? Oh, yeah. I I see I see the train. I see the train in the distance. All right, we’re almost there. This is the way. Hold on one second. I got to open up this windbreaker jacket. It the It looks a little brighter, right? Yeah, the sun’s starting to peek through a little bit. The clouds is it’s heating up fast. The humidity is really high. There we go. Uh Brandon says, “What was your longest walk in a live stream so far?” Um that was a few years ago. That was like in 2020 or 2021, maybe 2020. Um when I still did 3-hour streams. So I used to do 3-hour streams, but there was one time I think I streamed for like 5 and 1/2 hours walking. It was just straight up 5 and 1/2 hours of walking. And that I think that was like the longest walking live stream I’ve done. Um, I’ve done an eight hour Twitch stream as well, but I wasn’t walking. Uh, there’s a a hair salon called Truth across the street. Truth. Got to love the hair salon names. They always have the weirdest names. Mike Dilla says, “Yeah, I remember.” Oh, I just kicked something. Uh, I remember that one. I think you went off course that day. Yeah, I just kind of like ventured around and I was like so lost, but I just kept streaming. So, this is this street. They have these green lamp here. Let me zoom in on them. There’s a lot of these lamps. There’s also speakers and they’re playing some like soft music. Yeah. Yeah. So, can can you see all the little green green lamps all the way down? Yeah. Kind of cool. Spider says, “Bring back the three-hour streams.” Ah, nah, that was rough. I’m getting old, y’all. Like, three, like I did three-hour streams for years, years, and years. I did it in Korea. I did it in Vietnam. I did it um here. And it’s cool, but like around this time, like the hour and a half point, like or 2 hour point, a lot of people start going to sleep cuz it’s kind of late. And then um I end up just being super exhausted when I go home. And then um you know, like today is my day off. Uh and so I just like end up doing nothing cuz I’m so exhausted. So these 1 hour 30 minute streams is much more manageable. I can still show you guys stuff, do a nice walk, and uh afterwards um I don’t feel like I just ran a marathon or something. You know what I mean? Get those steps in. Yeah, I mean I get my steps in anyways regardless of the streaming. Whoa. What is this place over here? Orodiyaki. Oh, got a low low battery warning. Yeah, looks like they do uh all kinds of like traditional Japanese food here. Nice restaurant. 90 minutes is definitely plenty. Yeah. So, right now I I’ve gone over I’ve gone to 10 105 minutes today. So, we’re a little we’re like 15 minutes over time, but that’s fine cuz uh we’re almost at the station. Probably crazy calf build. Um a little bit. Not not like crazy crazy, but yeah, it it’s got some definition for sure. My thighs and calves are definitely in shape. Got a little arcade here. Tokyo Leisure Land. It’s a old chain. Yep. And here we go. We have arrived at the south side of Kami Station. Is this a Jibi song? Is it? It’s hard to tell. It almost sounded like it like Totoro or something, but then it wasn’t, so I’m not sure. It could be though. Yeah, we got the Itto Yoko uh grocery store. There’s a Daiso in there. Noima Electronics. Um, you can see the train. It’s about lunchtime. I think it’s like what is it? 11:47 in the morning. 11:48. It’s almost noon. We have people out and about. Monday. Is this Spirited Away? I bet it is. Huh. That’s cool that you picked up on it. Yeah. There’s this Minoria fruit store. Um I showed this before in another video. They have the expensive fruit and stuff. Like, let me see if I can zoom in on one. Yeah, there’s a 5,500 yen watermelon. Uh, Albert says, “Yo, Cory, are there any cool new soda flavors or drinks in Japan?” Uh, there’s a bunch, man. I don’t know when you left Japan. I don’t know if you’re I guess you’re not in Japan anymore. Um, yeah, there there’s a bunch. Uh, earlier we tried a Yakuruto soda, which is something I’ve never seen before. Um, it’s Hold on. It’s in my pocket right now. By the way, we can see koi kamean manga. Yeah, it’s this one here. Yeah. Miru soda. I’ve never seen this before, but it’s really good. It’s like yakaruto with like very light carbonation. Super super light carbonation. Very good. Yeah. So, there the um the cobang. I’m not sure where his original manga kobang is. Like, is it that one over there in the distance? I I really don’t know. I I can’t remember. A cotton candy soda. That sounds so sugary. on. Oh, this woman with a stroller has a dog. That’s Enu count number five. You still drink Yakuruto? Yeah, me too. I buy them all the time. They have a good one called Y 1000 and that’s supposed to like help you de-stress and go to sleep at night. It’s a little bit more expensive. Um, but I’ve been enjoying that. Sometimes like on a very like tough day of work or something, I’ll I’ll drink one at night and chill and then go to bed. Yeah. Mike says uh it’s like kadypus but not really kadapiss. It’s better because it’s yakaruto. Yeah, that’s true. So yeah, chat uh we arrived here kameari eki. We at the south entrance here. So uh my battery life is going to go. So this is about it. We’ve gone 20 minutes over stream time. Yeah. Yeah. I had to open up the jacket. It’s way too hot. Uh used to be Hubba Bubba soda. That was super sweet. Oh, that sounds gross. Uh I got way better things for sleep than that. Nice cherry. Nice. Um anyways, guys, I have to go. The battery is going to die and we’ve uh we’ve gone 20 minutes over time. So, anyways, yeah. Thank you so much to all of you guys for tuning in. I will see you guys um in Discord as well. Thank you for all the questions, the the comments, the the laughs, the jokes, the donos. Thank you so much for the donos. Uh all the likes and all that stuff. You guys know what to do with the YouTube subscribe and all that stuff. Um but please take care of yourselves. Uh yeah, Albert, it was so nice to see you, man. Aloha. Uh hope to see you again. Yep. Matan maton. Bye-bye. Yo, fungus. What was that? Uh, I can’t see it. What is it? It’s Yo, guys. Hearts in chat for fungus. Thank you so much for the dono right at the very end. Uh, it was uh $10. Yeah, thank you so much, man. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Uh, please take care. I will see you guys next time. Okay. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. See you, Jan.

Thanks for tuning into today's live stream! What was your favorite part of this walk? Let me know in the comments!
My fav part is always looking at the food. Fried food especially 😅❤
The part where you were blissfully enjoying the fried food and the yakult drink were the best.
Very enjoyable as always 😊
