[Music] I had wonderful experience in Guma. I enjoyed the snow, strawberry picking, tofu, eating, the sled, the garden. Our tour guide is Auming and the driver Tochi are very kind. I will come back definitely. Our guide and trip was great. The comfort, the location, the things to do were all fun. However, there isn’t a meal included during lunch at the ski park, which was a disappointment as my previous booking about four years back had that arranged. Be prepared to pay for your own meal. My relatives father the Phil was so excited in this trip first time to see the snow in Tambaroski resort and timing snowfall in Guma. Buffet lunch of eat all you can crab was so delicious and also the strawberry picking is so sweet and the tofu skin eating was delicious. Thanks also for the bus driver who drove us safely. Though we’re scared because the road going to Tambaroski Resort is full of snow. Yet, he successfully drove us safely to our destinations. Guide is kind. Everybody was satisfied and worth the money paid. Highly recommended. We will surely go back again when my other relatives will visit Tokyo. We really enjoyed this tour. The lunch buffet was so delicious. Eat all you can crab. The strawberry is sweet and most if all we enjoyed the snow sledding. Highly recommended. The tour guide is friendly and able to communicate with you in English. However, the transport time is a bit long and all the available time to stay in each checkpoint is limited. Our guide, Yasu, did a great job on explaining Japan and the tourism of Japan. The tour was great. Food that was included in the tour also exceeded expectations. Wasn’t expecting snow crabs as lunch. Bus was spacious and clean. Our driver was also safe and got us back in Shinjuku safe and sound. Thank God for good traffic condition. 10 tents would recommend this tour. Saw a part of Japan that I would never have if not for this tour. Very convenient to book through Cluke. All of us enjoyed the tour a lot. Guide was very engaging. We’ll definitely come back again. Super happy day. This is my first time to see real snow and can eat many sweet strawberries and have all crab buffet. Such a memorable day. Great tour. Long-legged crabs are delicious and the strawberries are big and sweet. You won’t be afraid of eating them at all. You will be full throughout the morning until tanling guy. In the afternoon, you will go to the ski basin to burn off calories and have fun with the kids. Very happy. If you don’t want to plan your own itinerary or are worried about missing the train or subway as long as you arrive at the meeting point on time, the whole day’s itinerary will be planned for you and will be fulfilling. Very fulfilling tour with delicious food, fun activity, and of course, a friendly tour guide who can speak English. MTG place was easy to find. Ride was comfortable. Driver and guide were both efficient. Tofu scooping was okay. Husband enjoyed eating it with condiments. Waterfall was underwhelming. Can skip this. Strawberry farm was small but has lots of strawberries so can eat as much as you can. Crab lunch was good with lots of variety but 90 minutes is just not enough. Snow resort was fun but time given is too short. Overall value for money given how far the place was. Gona was an amazing and relaxing place. Out tourist guideumi is very kind and jolly. She is also very punctual. Excellent service from Aumi and our driver Yama. Kudos to the team. Thank you. Wonderful experienced. First we went to see the waterfall. Then we had all you can eat at the Tofu skin factory. We had hot pot buffet for lunch. And after that, we went to the strawberry farm for all you can eat. The strawberries were sweet but not sour and dipped in condensed milk was really delicious. After that, we went to the ski resort and ski tub. The tour guide service is very good.
