南京での究極のグルメツアー🇨🇳（中国で最も美味しい街！）
Nanjing is a must-see destination in China. We’ve been to China 5 times now, and Nanjing is one of our favorites. We really think it has the best food, and a lot to offer tourism.
First: Nanjing means South Capital, whereas Beijing means North Capital. Nanjing was the capital of China over the thousands of years of history. It’s a special place, and the tourist attractions are aplenty.
We started at Qinhuai River, where we had a lot of fun. Great shopping. beautiful scenery, freindly locals… the place has it all. We picked up some souvenirs to go along with our memories, and considered it a perfect way to start a day exploring Nanjing.
Next, the city wall. Very historic, and very beautiful. Our favorite part was just how many locals were out and about using the massive park for sports, recreation, or even just admiring the scenic lake. Perfect weather, great atmosphere, and a sense of adventure through hiking and learning history. Another top tourist destination in Nanjing.
From there: we wanted to try the famous nanjing duck. This is where our day started to really take shape!
We ordered the duck from the restaurant with the longest lineup of customers– typically a good move, in our opinion. Unfortunately, we realized that the store had no chairs. We weren’t sure what to do. We started walking… hoping for a bar where we could get a table, buy some drinks, and eat our duck.
As we walked, we were amazed. So many young people in the street, and so much delicious looking street food! There must have been a dozen really tasty looking things. We ended up buying 4 of them… sort of spoiling our appetite for the duck, but no regrets! It was an awesome experience.
By the time we went back to our hotel, our duck was cold, and we figured we needed to give it a fair chance by trying it again the next day. It wasn’t bad… it’s just something about eating cold duck in your hotel room that didn’t quite hit the spot.
And so: we went to a very fancy restaurant on the ground floor of the Shangri-La hotel. Steve even made a reservation for a table! At which point, we tried FELL IN LOVE WITH DUCK! (although: it was Beijing style duck, served in Nanjing. Unsure how the comments will react to this.
We tried pork, fish, duck and veggie. All delicious. What a great day in Nanjing! We ended up with another long video, because nearly every step of our journeys in China is appealing to us.
(The only problem with these long videos is: The timestamps/ music credits take up so many characters, I run out of space in the 5000 character max description. A small problem to have..:) )

The reasons that food vendors don't check your phone are because 1, their phones connect to a speaker via blue tooth and once they receive your money the speaker will make a sound telling them how much money has been going into their accounts; 2, the food is cheap they don't really care if someone is not paying or what, especially when they are busy；3, it is true that everyone will pay if someone doesn't pay only because they forget to pay not because they want to steal or take advantage of it. You will see sometimes in convenience store when there are no one watching on the cash machine, customers still try to figure out the price and pay.

Nanjing's is a city wall. Xi'an also has a great city wall (you'll love it, rent a bike).
In Beijing, most of the city wall was destroyed, you can see some sections around the city in Deshengmen and Beijing Ming City Wall Ruins Park.
Usually they have a machine saying out loud how much money they have just received.
Street food can be found in any city. They are almost similar. they are different because you eat differently in different cities. The restaurant food you eat in is also the most common. You can have it in any city. This restaurant is relatively upscale. This kind of restaurant has no local characteristics. You can also choose a cheaper restaurant, which will have more local characteristics.

You can usually go to a small restaurant and eat food you bring so long as you buy something there and what you eat is something they dont serve. So if youve duck, just find a noodle restaurant
Please put Enshi on your list when you visit China again. Enshi is a city of Hubei Province. The pancake you love so much in Shanghai is actually called “Tu Jia Jiang Xiang Bing土家酱香饼”, which is originally from Enshi, Hubei. And it’s originally made by Tujia Ethnic Group.
Cantonese will refuse to accept your judgement.
Nanjing also has many restaurants with a great environment and high-quality food that are very affordable. The duck is delicious and inexpensive.
It's pretty much the same in other cities in China—nowadays, most street food isn't very good in terms of quality.

Feed baby Jean some of that food little taste . My kids would've knock me over for food we were eating. At 8 months my kids didn't eat baby food they ate what I was cooking. they would be sceaming if I didn't give them a bit . How she supposed to like food if you never give her a bit .
