I’m going to travel and rest at my grandmother’s house for two weeks! I’d like to have a delicious lunch with my grandmother. Originally, I was planning to go out and eat it with my grandmother, but there was a strong wind warning on this day, right…? So, I ate grilled meat at home with my grandmother. I turned off the camera and chatted with my grandmother while enjoying the meat haha! The sunset that day was so pretty… this cozy feeling from my grandmother’s house… I had a good healing time. I stayed overnight at my grandmother’s house yesterday. I was really sore last night. My whole body ached so bad it felt like a cold, so I rested well at my grandmother’s house yesterday. My condition is good today, so I’m going to go snorkeling, which I always wanted to do when I come to Jeju Island! It’s 23 degrees here in Jeju right now, so I wonder if I can swim…! First, let’s go to Panpo Port! The weather is very nice today. The Bamkel carrier rolls well even on the stone floor! The weather is a little cold, but the sun is warm so I think it would be okay to swim. As expected, no one came to swim.. haha! The Bamkel carrier has a brake function, so it doesn’t move even when strong winds blow, which is really nice. Now, I’m going to get ready to go into the water..! It’s not a zipper, but a TSA lock, so you can open and close it easily. It has a trolley hook, so it’s great for hanging outerwear or small luggage . Wow.. it was really cold.. At this point, I was a bit worried, is this actually swimmable..? This thought came to me immediately haha! I decided to just get my feet wet and get used to it..! Isn’t the color of Panpo Port’s water so beautiful? I think the color of Jeju Island’s sea is really pretty. Now… shall we go into the sea? The sea water was still too cold to swim, but it wasn’t so cold that I couldn’t swim! Now, everyone going to Jeju Island must bring a swimsuit in their suitcase!! I had a cold, but the sea was so pretty that I think I went into the sea 3-4 times in 2 weeks haha! If it wasn’t for a cold, I would go in every day.. Really..! After going into the sea once, my hair became bald.. haha! Since I was playing in the water, he asked if the water temperature was okay, so I told him it was cold, not like a cold bath in a swimming pool lol! I can do it…! Spicy cold..! Still, you can swim for 5 minutes!! In the end, these people also came wearing swimsuits, but they went into the water once and left. The carrier has a brake function, so even if you lean against it, you won’t be pushed. I’ll have to rest for a bit and then get back in. It’s still cold to swim, but it’s okay once you get in and out. I really missed swimming in the sea. The Bamkel carrier has a hook for hanging luggage, so it’s very comfortable. It was my first time coming to Geumneung Campground, and I loved it so much that I felt like I was abroad, not in Korea..! Preparation was completed in 10 minutes. I think minimalism is the best in summer. This was the best weather during the two weeks I was in Jeju Island. It really feels like summer now (where has spring gone!!) I recently purchased a Lumena lantern and it was really nice (Product: Lumena M4) The downside here is that since it is a tourist attraction, there are a lot of people walking around! The Hyeopjae campsite right next door is private! But the view is better here…! Hilleberg was used very well this winter! But now I think it’s too hot to use in the summer ㅜㅜ! (Only this day was particularly hot) I can’t believe that such a great place is free.. This is called Geumneung Campground, and when I went there before, I went to Hyeopjae Campground. This is a different place. Hyeopjae is a slightly deck site, and this is a sand site. But the downside is that if the sand sticks to the tent, it doesn’t come off. Anyway, I love the view of the sea in front of this place .. Hyeopjae Campground is also good, but I think I like this one better. Today , I brought all my camping supplies in a Bamkel carrier. For those who are new to camping and want to go camping in Jeju Island, it is difficult to try backpacking for the first time. However, if you bring simple supplies in your carrier when traveling, you can enjoy camping very comfortably. When backpacking, light weight is very important, so you need to reduce the weight significantly, but you can just drag the carrier, so you don’t have to worry so much about the weight. Instead, it is important to use a carrier that is as durable as possible. I used the Bamkel carrier on this trip to Jeju Island and it is very sturdy! It’s very durable and the wheels roll really well. This time, I had to live in Jeju Island for two weeks, so I had to bring a lot of things, so I weighed about 27kg. But it wasn’t a burden at all to drag it around. See? In the video, I’m dragging it around very comfortably! Next, the Geumneung campsite here is an open field + a tourist site, so a lot of people walk around, so if I leave it here when I go to the bathroom or something like that , there are a lot of cases where it gets lost! However, the Bamkel carrier has a double locking system, so you can put important things in here and go to the bathroom. Of course, if you run away with the carrier, this will be difficult, but they say that those who steal take small lanterns or other things that can be taken secretly, so if you put them inside here, you can still keep them safe. What I like most about this carrier is that it has a lock, not a zipper, so I just fill it and it’s done. I really like that. Carriers with zippers open when you tear the zipper part with a knife, right? There are no parts in the Bamkel carrier that can be torn , and the design is also very neat. I’m going to eat some yogurt and snacks here and go see the sea in front. I saw a lot of the sea during this trip to Jeju Island, but the Geumneung sea has a different feel. Hanaro Mart sells strawberry yogurt, and it looked so delicious that I bought one. If you see it at the mart, be sure to buy it! This isn’t too sweet and has a lot of strawberry pulp, so it’s really delicious! I don’t like very sweet drinks, but this yogurt is not sweet and heavy, so it has a strong strawberry flavor and is very delicious. The carrier is sturdy, so it’s okay to put your feet up . It’s a bit windy, so I’ll secure it with a rock! I think I’ll go inside the tent for a while and take a nap! I failed because it was too hot. There is no flipper, so I turn it over with chopsticks… It tears and makes a mess. It’s full of dried pollack, so it can’t be delicious. I wanted to eat pollack raw, but the weather was so hot that day that I thought I shouldn’t eat raw pollack . I changed it to a pancake and ate it… It tasted great. In fact, I recently bought a tarp, but it was too big. I thought it could only be used at large sites, so I left the tarp behind. I think Geumneung campsite really needs a tarp. Oh, it’s really delicious. Hanchi is on a whole different level from squid. Really…! From what I’ve seen, this Geumneung campsite is a place where you can just bring a small burner, a table and chairs without a tent , come during the day, have a quick meal, and just clean up before leaving. I love this place so much that I hope you come here at least once during your trip to Jeju. Clear it without leaving anything behind! I met someone I met at the Tenjalnam event again on Jeju Island. He gave me some iced tea.. I’ll drink it well! thank you! I’m feeling a little hungry, so I’m thinking of making some ramen with some Korean chives in it. Why do I feel so relaxed when I come to Jeju Island? Is it because of good memories from childhood? I think it’s a huge blessing that my grandmother’s house is in Jeju Island. Now, I’m going to get ready and go home. I’m going to go home now! I pitched the tent even though I said I wouldn’t be in it.
