[ 京都 旅行 ] 心を満たす 日本の美 “歴史と自然が調和する雅の都 京都府”

Hello everyone! This time, I’m in Kyoto. I’m going to “Kayabuki Village” now. It was snowing lightly that day, even though it was March. I’m sure the scenery of “Kayabuki Village” I thought it must be beautiful. Excited, Exciting, exciting I’m so excited! I’m off now. We have arrived at “Miyama Kayabuki Village”! terrible It’s snowing a lot… Well, I’ll go… I came to the restaurant “Kitamura” I ordered herring soba. There was also handmade soba noodles from Miyama, but I chose this one. My husband had oyakodon. It looks delicious with soft-boiled eggs I’ll enjoy having this This is a half-eaten zenzai. Zenzai made with homemade buckwheat flour It’s a new and delicious taste… Now it’s time to take a stroll through Kayabuki Village! I headed to a pudding shop that I had been interested in. As soon as I left the store, my hands were so cold that they were about to give out. But the snow makes the surrounding area look even more fantastic. The good old Japanese culture is preserved here The snow-covered thatched roofs are also beautiful… We arrived at “Café Miran”, where the pudding we were looking for was sold. Here you can enjoy handmade pudding made with free-range eggs. We visited in March, and it seems that there had been no snow up until that day. I was lucky to be able to see the snow scenery of Kayabuki Village. It was a rich pudding with just the right amount of natural sweetness. The staff are also friendly and I am very satisfied. Now that I’ve warmed up at the shop, I’ll go for a walk a bit more. Here, we found a goat! big… I’m sure he’s asking for something. There was a shrine near the goat shed, so I decided to go and check it out. We arrived at a place where we could see the whole village. Surrounded by tall trees, the air here feels different. I am grateful that I was able to complete this trip safely. It seems like he is watching over the village from here. When I visited Shirakawa-go in Gifu Prefecture, which is also famous for its thatched roofs, my impression was: The number and scale of the events was overwhelming. The village of Miyama that I visited this time is smaller than Shirakawa-go, but I felt it was just as beautiful. Above all, it was a place where you could walk around at your leisure and feel a sense of nostalgia. everyone What did you think of Miyama Kayabuki Village? Next, we head to Amanohashidate. But, I’ve come quite a long way. We’ll arrive in 4km But before that- There is a waterfall nearby that has been selected as one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan. I think I’ll go there first and take a look. The mountain paths are narrow and I don’t know what’s ahead, so I’m always scared. “Is it okay?” I asked, timidly entering the room. I arrived safely at the parking lot. To help protect this scenery, each person will put in 100 yen as a thank you. The path to the waterfall is well maintained and easy to climb. Surrounded by greenery, it’s like the world of Ghibli. Finally, the waterfall comes into view! Very impressive! You can see the spectacular Kanebiki Falls within 10 minutes from the parking lot. You should definitely go over there. thank you Go once, go! By the way, it seems that you can experience waterfall meditation between October and March. It will be cleansed in an instant… In the summer, it’s a pleasant place filled with negative ions that makes you want to swim. A small statue of Acala was enshrined next to the waterfall. This Kanebiki Fudoson is famous as the god of prosperity in business and as a substitute Fudoson. I prayed hard and expressed my gratitude. What did you think, everyone? “Kanabiki Falls” 3 Waterfalls in Japan… 100 Scenes It’s the 100th selection… I was wrong. It overlaps with Amanohashidate… Now I finally want to head to the hotel. Look forward to today’s stay! This time we have arrived at our lodging, Amanohashidate Hotel! After checking in, I would like to go see Amanohashidate. Actually, since it’s my birthday, I’ve reserved a nice room, so I’m really looking forward to it! The entrance is spacious. After checking in- There was a courtyard, so I went there. The garden is beautiful! Is that Amanohashidate? From here, it’s not so clear. There is also a large shop where you can buy souvenirs. This time, I splurged and booked a room with an open-air bath. I wonder what kind of room it will be? I’m looking forward to it! Shall we go? open! And there’s a door… wide! open! oh! It’s spacious! The bed is also big! There are tatami rooms available, and it is spacious enough for a large group of people to stay. And the view from the window…. Ocean view! On the right, you can see Amanohashidate stretching out into the distance. Next, let’s take a look at the bathroom. amazing! Wow, amazing! wide! The top of the window is open and the outside breeze comes in. You can soak in this spacious open-air bath while looking out at Amanohashidate… It’s luxurious… I want to enjoy it in my room There is also a massage chair. And even more from here! Completely visible! Happy Birthday thank you! I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. Futons are provided, so you can sleep on the tatami mats. “Amanohashidate Hotel” chosen to celebrate my birthday Very satisfied There are two washbasins Clean toilets right next to it And connected to the toilet is the shower room. There is a toilet on the other side of the entrance. Although I wanted to enjoy the room, I was itching to get out, so- Go to the observation deck and see Amanohashidate from above. It took about 3 minutes by bicycle from the hotel to the observation deck. You can choose to go up to the observation deck by lift or monorail. I went there around 5pm, so the only way up was by lift. The time of the last ferry may change depending on the season, so we recommend checking the website before you go. Head to the lift station It’s like a little attraction, and it’s exciting… Let’s go! There are no belts, so it’s a little scary… And it’s cold! Coming from the opposite direction is the monorail! The lifts in winter are pretty cold, so I envy the monorail… It takes less than 10 minutes to get there! I get cold easily so I was quite cold… The wind is even stronger up there, so make sure you dress warmly! But finally, we are at Amanohashidate! I’m looking forward to it! Wow! It looks beautiful! Speaking of Amanohashidate, this is the view that comes to mind! Even on a cloudy day, it’s divine… I can’t stand the cold, so I felt exhausted as soon as I arrived at the observation deck, so I went back and took a bath. It’s so cold I can’t take my hands out of my pockets On the way back, the monorail was good… Here you can enjoy the view without feeling cold. That was close… I warmed up in my room and got ready to go to dinner. From now on- Located a 5-minute walk from Amanohashidate Hotel I went to a restaurant called “Mamaya” I’d like to have dinner! Let’s go! The dinner venue for this event is this restaurant located right next to Amanohashidate. This is “Ajikobo Mamaya” The menu consisted of a set course meal, which was served on the table at the reserved time. At “Mamaya,” you can enjoy delicious side dishes prepared by a registered dietitian staff member. The vegetables used are also home-grown. The portions are huge and everything you eat is delicious… I ate it all up To finish off, we had thin udon noodles, which were also delicious… Even though I was full, the udon was so delicious that I had to have a second helping of the last bowl… If you go to Amanohashidate, I highly recommend you visit “Mamaya” Today, I woke up in the morning soothed by this bath and the view. The weather was nice and it was a good day for a walk, so I cycled around Amanohashidate before breakfast. Amanohashidate, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan The scenery seems like something out of a watercolor painting. The total length of Amanohashidate is about 3.6 km. It takes 50 minutes to walk across, or 20 minutes by bicycle. I’ll cross the bridge on my bicycle, which I always keep in my car! Anyway, the view is beautiful I feel a sense of calm somewhere… Even though the road was flat, I felt like my bike was heavy… The tires were deflated… In the end, it took me 30 minutes to get through what should have been a 20-minute drive. Finally we reach the goal! It was quite a long distance and a good workout. I was hoping to see something as soon as I crossed the bridge, but it seems the bustle is a little further ahead. If you go a little further, there seems to be a shrine and an observation deck… This time, it’s almost breakfast time so we’re heading off! Somehow I managed to complete Amanohashidate! On the way home, I took a little detour… This temple is called “Chionji” and is located right next to Amanohashidate and is registered as a Japanese cultural heritage site. It was early in the morning and there were few people, creating a sacred atmosphere. There were also these unusual fan-shaped fortune slips. It was a good hotel It was a really nice hotel Leave the hotel and head to your next destination! from now I would like to visit the “Boathouses of Ine” We could see it about 30 minutes from the hotel! There are more and more tourists Even the tourist information center I wanted to try out a sightseeing boat, but I have another place I want to go today, so I’ll hold off. Here and Now Oh, look It’s a 5-minute walk from here to where you can tour the inside of the boat houses. 200 yen per person! I want to see it! “Koyomaru” This way! Amazing! There are boat houses lined up one after the other! I’m always taking videos… We arrived at the “Koyomaru” where we could see the boat houses. Generally, the second floor of a boathouse is used as a work space, so the people who live there have other houses nearby. It is also called “Venice of Japan,” and this atmosphere and tranquility is something that can only be experienced in Japan. The water is so clear that you can see the fish and sea urchins. There are starfish in the nets we set up. They will also show us the creatures caught in this sea. I was very happy to be able to visit the Funaya houses! Heading to the final destination of our trip to Kyoto This way, this way It’s Kifune Shrine! There wasn’t much parking available though… I was lucky that the inn staff told me that there was a parking space available. Everyone has arrived at Kifune Shrine. Beautiful babbling brook Kifune Shrine enshrines the “God of Water,” the source of life for all things. It is said to be the head shrine of the water god, of which there are 2,000 shrines across the country. In recent years, abnormal weather has caused damage such as fallen trees, so activities are being carried out to restore the natural environment. The details are listed on the Kifune Shrine website, so if you are interested, please check the overview section. When I came to Kifune Shrine, I wanted to try… This is the “water fortune telling”. When you choose a fortune slip and float it in water, the words will float up. This is my first attempt! I’m looking forward to it. amazing… Foreigners can also get their fortune read by translating the QR code on the fortune slip. Let’s go It started floating! I got a medium luck and he got a lucky one. The result is… Not good for business… Both he and I had mixed results in business… Travel is good, but beware of theft May your desires be fulfilled! I read through it and was touched by some nice words. We head to a place called Okumiya. The road to the inner shrine is lined with many lanterns, creating a sacred atmosphere. This Okumiya Shrine is said to be the original site of Kifune Shrine. It stands alone in the spacious grounds. Apparently there is a big hole called “Ryuketsu” directly below the main hall… It seems that this dragon hole is one of the “Three Great Dragon Holes of Japan”. I also gave a proper greeting to the gods of the inner shrine. everyone How was your trip to Kyoto? I strongly recommend… Restaurants around “Amanohashidate” “Mamaya” At a place called “Mamaya” You should definitely go! There were a lot of different side dishes and they were really delicious. It was reasonably priced and I was able to eat my fill. You should definitely go! Now we want to go home See you later~
