【新じゃがと新玉ねぎのバター煮🥔】
新じゃが 小さめ15こくらい
玉ねぎ 1個
バター 1かけ
醤油 大さじ2
顆粒だし 小さじ2
水 500mL

を全部鍋に入れて煮る🔥

【柏もち🌿】10こ分
上新粉 160g
白玉粉 40g
砂糖 10g
水200mL
あんこ100g(10個等分する)
よもぎ粉 5g+水 35mLで戻す

600Wで温めて1分、2分、4分経つごとにそれぞれしっかり混ぜるのがポイント
