My husband also loves it, so I’m going to try making soy sauce pickles.As expected, the spiciness of mountain wasabi makes me cry even when I’m grating it😂The recipe was written on the bag that contained 40g of mountain wasabi, 1 and 1/21 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of sake, so I made it according to the recipe.Once it was mixed well, I packed it tightly to prevent oxidation, and it was very easy to complete. Apparently it can be frozen as well.Next , I’m going to use some fine fuki I found at the supermarket to make the same fuki stew that my mother used to make.When I was a kid, there were a lot of fuki growing around my house and I could eat them for free, so I felt strange when I bought them at the supermarket😂I washed them, cut them into pieces that fit in a pot, and salted them. Sprinkle with a plate and boil in boiling water for 4 minutes for thick ones and 2 minutes for thin ones.The smell of lye remover wipes reminded me of my sister and I removing wipes when I was little, and I felt very nostalgic.When I thought that my mother must have worked hard to do this work in spite of her busy schedule, back then I also did it properly. When it’s cooked, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour until it’s no longer powdery. Add 200 ml of milk, dividing it into several portions to avoid lumps. After adding the last milk, add about 1 teaspoon of consommé. Add the komatsuna leaves and mix quickly to make the cream sauce. For the butter rice, mix the rice with butter and salt and pepper.
