The World Expo is currently being held in Osaka. This is “The Grand Ring” of the venue. It is registered in the Guinness Book as the world’s largest wooden structure. There are long lines at each pavilion. To the roof of The Grand Ring. Now, let’s set off on our ferry trip to South Korea. This is Yumeshima Station, right next to the Expo site. It’s a 3-minute subway ride to Cosmo Square Station. From here, take a bus to the ferry terminal. Many people come to the Expo from South Korea by ferry. You can buy things before boarding at the stores in the station. There are no shops at the ferry terminal. When you exit the terminal, you will see the ocean spread out before you. We can see the funnel of the ferry we are about to board in the distance. The bus stop is near the subway exit. There are five free shuttle buses. It takes five minutes to get to the ferry terminal. I was the only passenger on this bus. The bus have been renovated to match the new ship. Let’s take a look at the ferry route. The ferry departs from Osaka Port at 5:00 p.m. And arrives at Busan Port at 10:00 a.m. This is the Osaka Port International Ferry Terminal. This building was designed by Tadao Ando. Boarding procedures are until 4:00 p.m. It is a small ferry terminal compared to Busan. There is a waiting area and boarding gate on the first floor. The 3rd floor has a good view. Step out onto the terrace for a panoramic view. This is the ferry we’ll be taking. Launching in April 2025, length 171 m. Newly built ship “PanStar Miracle” Built at Daesun Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in Yeongdo, Busan. There is a lounge at the back of the waiting area. Vending machines and microwaves are available. There are no restaurants or shops inside the ferry terminal. This is the Santa Maria, a sightseeing boat in Osaka Port. Departure procedures begin at 4:20 p.m. You can pass through with almost no waiting time. Take the bus to the wharf. Looking up at the ship nearby, it is truly impressive. I really like boarding directly from the wharf like this. Take the escalator to the 5th floor. The interior theme is “Fantasy Island.” The ceiling features the royal crest of the Korean Empire, the “Lee Flower.” Designed by Hyundai Livart, a Korean interior design company. A Korean prince wanders through the palace and finds himself lost in a fantasy world… When designing this interior, they had that image in mind. My cabin is a “Balcony Suite.” I got permission to film all the cabins on this ferry trip. Let’s take a tour of all the cabins later. We’re about to depart, so let’s head to the outsode deck first. The outside deck is on the 5th to 8th floors. Wow! There’s a pool! There are no ferries with pools in Japan. Departure procedures begin on the stern deck. They untie the slack rope from the bollard. 5:00 p.m. Departure on schedule. The ship slowly moves away from the wharf. We can go near the stern deck on the 5th floor. Passengers must not cross this rope. The blue floor and orange walls are contrasting. The ship is turning clockwise. The bow is facing the direction of travel. From the 5th floor to the 6th. And again from the 6th floor to the 7th. This lifeboat looks like an escape capsule. What is this platform? I’m not sure. Snack sales are out of season. The 8th floor is the rooftop. The restaurant is located under the skylight. From this outside deck, we can enjoy a 360-degree view. The ship passes the lighthouses on both sides and enters Osaka Bay. What is that flat building? That is The Grand Ring of the Expo we saw earlier. The ship is sailing westward in Osaka Bay. It has started to rain lightly. This is the radar tower. I wonder what is beyond this fence. There is the bow deck and wheelhouse. The rain and wind are picking up. Let’s go back downstairs. The wake is obscured by white smoke. There are shower rooms next to the pool. The opening date of the pool is also undecided. What’s behind this door… It’s a restaurant. This is a private room that requires a reservation. It would be wonderful to eat in this room. Let’s take a look at the cabin before dinner. The door is unlocked with a password. “Balcony Suite” $330 All cabins include two buffet meals in the price. The bedding and interior are brand new and very clean. There is an air vent and a speaker in the ceiling. Room temperature and volume can be adjusted. There are several cards on the bed. These are greetings from the ferry company and captain. The electrical outlets are the SE type commonly used in South Korea. USB ports are also available. Compact desk and chair. Electric kettle and amenities on the desk. No toothbrushes due to Korean regulations. Scratch lottery tickets? Dishes are in the desk drawer. Two bottles of water in the mini fridge. The closet contains bathrobes and extra bedding. Safe, electrical outlets, etc. Disposable slippers. Bathroom. No bathtub, shower only. Since it is a newly built ship, the water facilities are particularly clean. There is also a washlet. The balcony is small. You can relax while enjoying the view of the sea. We are approaching Akashi Strait. To the rooftop deck. Passing through Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Awaji Island is on the right and Kobe is on the left. The ship is proceeding from Osaka Bay to the Seto Inland Sea. An auction for whisky and sake is being held. Is Japanese sake “Dassai” popular in South Korea as well as Japan? Let’s take a look at the shop next door. Dassai, Hibiki, Yamazaki… It’s duty-free, but prices other than cigarettes are high. Most of the products are Korean, except for Japanese beer. You can buy toothbrushes here. There is a water dispenser in the passageway. The passageway leads to the wheelhouse. I obtained special permission to film. Windows lined up in the direction of travel. This part of the video was filmed on a different day. Back to the 5th floor lobby. A Japanese doll at the information desk. The grand bath is open until 11:00 p.m. And it opens at 5:00 a.m. in the morning. The bathtub is not very large. Shower area and sauna. You can also enjoy a steam bath. This is a sophisticated Korean-style design. Shared restrooms. Game corner. You will receive a prize for earning points. You cannot bet money. The opening date of the bar restaurant is also undecided. Kids’ corner. Korean picture books and toys. Located next to the 5th floor lobby. Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. That’s the skylight we saw on the outside deck earlier. It’s good that the cabin fare includes meals. The tables by the window are reserved for passengers in private rooms. Served buffet style. Korean cuisine, Japanese cuisine, etc. Enjoy a wide variety of dishes. Desserts and fruits also available. Of course, all passengers can eat as much as they like. Private room guests can get one glass of wine free. Private room guests will be served salmon meunière as an additional dish. Let’s take a look at the other cabins. “Inside” $130 This is a shared room for up to 4 people. It’s a shared room, but it has a bathroom. The door has a lock. There are no windows in the room. There are free bottles of water in the small refrigerator. The toilet does not have a washlet. “Ocean View” $165 It’s almost the same room as the “Inside.” However, it has a window facing the ocean. The capacity is also 4 people. “Royal Suite” $465 It is more spacious than a “Balcony Suite.” This is a higher-grade private room. The bathroom has a bathtub. However, this room is not the highest grade. “Presidential Suite” $800 There is only one cabin of this class on this ship. I am amazed by the spaciousness and luxury. But why choose bunk beds for this room? But other facilities are well equipped. The bathroom and furniture are well designed and seem easy to use. This room would make a wonderful cruise. And here is the highest class cabin. “Owner’s Room” The price is undisclosed. Reservations are only accepted by phone. The bedroom is behind this door. This room has its own furnishings and design. The bathroom is at the back of the bedroom. This is the most luxurious ferry cabin I have ever seen. Even the water purifier cartridge is brand new. What is this facility? An antibacterial closet! Every corner of the room is stylish. This cabin is clearly a different world from the other cabins. I could sense the ferry company’s pride
and enthusiasm in this cabin. A refrigerator of this size is necessary for this cabin. I didn’t expect to find an electric fireplace. I’d rather live here than just stay overnight. The restaurant hosts evening events. The performers are staff members. The staff are all so talented. What amazing singing voices! The passengers were entranced by her singing. Looking closely, she is a staff member at the information desk. Is Seiko Matsuda famous in South Korea too? One passenger also sang. I went out to the outside deck in the middle of the event. It’s raining on the Great Seto Bridge. The outside deck is exposed to rain and wind. This experience is also one of the pleasures of traveling by ferry. When I returned to the restaurant, the magic show was in full swing. 7th floor lounge. Open until late at night. Draft beer $3 The night deepens on board. Good night… 4:30 a.m. Passing through the Kanmon Strait. 5:00 a.m. Entering the Tsushima Strait. Motion sickness medication is essential in the open ocean. Passed by one ship. Busan to Shimonoseki “Hamayuu” Cloudy skies, no sunrise. After that, it was partly cloudy. No one in sight on the ship in the morning. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. The menu is different from last night. This meal is also included in the cabin fare. I hope Japanese ferries will adopt this pricing system as well. It’s not that crowded. An extra egg dish is provided for private room guests. Let’s eat! The ship is approaching Tsushima Islands. Back to last night’s lounge. Located directly above the wheelhouse. There are terraces on both sides of the lounge. This is the port side observation terrace. Offers a great view as it protrudes into the sea. The starboard observation terrace is a smoking area. The ship is rocking, and water seems to be spilling. It’s starting to rain again. The pool looks like fun in the summer. The view from the pool must be spectacular. This is a ship I’d like to ride again and again. We’re approaching Korean waters. Hoisting the South Korean flag. A pleasant morning at sea. One hour until arrival. Approaching Busan Port. Sound of a ship’s horn. Entering port. Busan Port is one of the largest ports in the world. Many ships are coming and going. This “Panstar Miracle” was also built at a shipyard in Busan. Passing by a ship. Busan to Tsushima “NINA” And the final highlight of this voyage. Passing under the Busan Port Bridge. It is a beautiful cable-stayed bridge. It has a different charm from a suspension bridge. Most ferries in Japan pass under bridges at night. The view of the bridge is completely different at night and in the morning. The rooftop of this ship is truly wonderful. This ship allows you to enjoy the ferry trip itself. The cityscape of Busan is coming into view. Busan to Tsushima “Sea Flower” It takes 1 hour and 20 minutes by high-speed boat from Busan to Hidakatsu in Tsushima. Docking operations begin. The ship slows down as it approaches the wharf. The sailor throws a line onto the wharf. The same work is being done at the bow and stern. Hook the rope onto the bollard and wait for the next line. Throw the lines one after another. This is the last rope. The ship next to us is the “Seonghee” bound for Shimonoseki. 10:00 a.m. Arrival on schedule. To the roof of the outside deck. The sky is clearing up. The 17-hour voyage has come to an end. The previous “PanStar Dream” was also an excellent ship. The new ship has a completely different concept. I experienced a completely different ferry trip on the same route as before. While waiting to disembark, I filmed the fitness room. From the disembarkation gate to the escalator. The morning light is dazzling. The Busan International Passenger Terminal is very large. We can see the “PanStar Miracle” outside the window. Next to it is “Seonghee.” There was almost no wait for immigration. Then proceed to the arrival lobby on the 2nd floor. Let’s go to the observation terrace on the 3rd floor. “Panstar Miracle” The next departure is at 4:00 p.m. Go outside the terminal. This skyscraper is getting closer to completion every time I come to Busan. Finally, let’s go to Busan Station. It’s a 7-minute walk to the station if you take this passageway. Busan continues to develop rapidly. Here is Busan Station on the Korean National Railroad. To the station platform. This is a KTX high-speed train to Seoul. I would like to take this train to Seoul someday. Thank you for watching! See you in the next video. Goodbye at Busan Station.

And for the first time for a ferry in Japan, places to sit on deck! That upper deck needs a bar and a hot tub.
What a beautiful ship. The vibrant colors make it so cheerful. The platform is the hot tub. Although it's raining it's still cool but then I like the rain. The room looks comfortable and it's nice to have the balcony and it helps to have some meals included. How do you reach the volume control on the ceiling? Thanks for pointing out the outlet so a traveler can be prepared with a converter. That was so incredible that you got to film the Wheelhouse!!! Food as always looks amazing and the best is buffet style to get what you want as much as you want. It was great that you were able to view all the rooms. Gives your viewers a better look at the options and prices. Great trip! 🐺
a beautiful ship and a beautiful trip
I was also surprised at the bunk beds in the Presidential Suite. That seems like a room you'd want to have a proper bed in, given how much it costs. Perhaps Korea has a different idea on how a president is supposed to be treated. Especially after the stunt Yoon Suk Yeol tried to pull.
∠( ᐛ 」∠)_
Thank you for the wonderful sailing,!
at 15:22 it looks like a whirlpool.
I love your videos but I sure wish you would always tell us what it costs for you to be on them. Also what is with the fasination with hangers?
This was a beautiful ferry! You got so much great footage! Thank you so much for sharing your adventure with us. 😊
I gotta say, but both the exterior and interior design are very tacky. The hull graphics are grotesque!
This has to be one of the nicest ferries out there. They truly went above and beyond for this.
wow very nice luxury ship in japan
Wow, this ship is amazing!!! ⛴When i Japan I will travel with it!!!
What an adventure. Love the colors of the ferry. The orange really brightens up the trip. For $330 cabin and plus meals is
very reasonable price. Enjoy this trip a lot. Thanks for sharing.
🙏🙏🙏😊
CAPSULE JAPAN….What a beautiful ferry I would love to go for a trip on that one.Thank you for sharing ❤
Gracias 🫂 por regalarnos tan espectacular contenido … Saludos desde Buenos Aires 🇦🇷
I think if I'd paid for the Presidential Suite I'd be really disappointed with bunk-beds! Your room was way nicer.😁
The platform near the outdoor pool is a hot tub with its insulation cover on!
