Hi guys , the best thing to help with feeling badly and a toilet problem, is a rice and egg omelette .Rise the rice well with hot water until clear water comes off the rice after rinsing, put the rice with very very little oil , then after rice is warm dump in the eggs , but no seasonings except a little salt . If necessary twice for the day . This should plug things up . Not sure of you really still in India , but in the US news they were talking about the heat wave in India and Pakistan reaching possibly 120F . Be careful , I started getting heat stroke on motorcycle trip in 2002 , I realized what was happening and got in some shade quickly and drank a lot of and got cooled down and took a long brake .
Hi guys me and my wife are fan of yours.. when you were in kerela we were in Karnataka & we are also near vengurla but we are watching this video now.. so missed you guys again ๐
What does it one pair pants later๐ฎ 14:53
Get well soon
Until you get well, Have curd rice
You guys are epic to travel in Indian summer on bikes. Its too hot, keep hydrated, take rest during afternoons
I've done three road trips across India, and I've noticed that as you head north, things tend to get more challenging. The driving culture becomes increasingly chaotic, finding clean public toilets are almost impossible and itโs quite difficult to get hygienically prepared food from roadside shops. Make sure to take good care of yourself out there.
๐
You will be entering heatwave season soon.
You may have to Plan your rides to avoid noon time ie 1pm to 4pm.
8:20 MISAL is Traditional Breakfast In All over Maharashtra,
When ever we on Family trip or any occasion they just Eat MISAL
Misal is Basically ( Sporouts curry + Farsan that fried chips you said) so
When Ever You Come to Maharashtra , Mumbai Must Try Misal-paav, Vada-pav
Hello Lavi & Olli, if your appetite doesn't good please avoid eating missal , Vada pav , or kanda Bhaji. It is famous here. But its Made from 'gram floor' with spices and oil .You can try it little for taste. But request to make it less spicy. When you will go up in the north you will get more spice. Check higiene before you eat at any place. Just sharing this so your ride should be fine and you'll have good memories in India
Best wishes ๐๐ป
Get well soon ๐ข
Actually this is hard time in Maharashtra because of summer to travel but after rain (during July to dec.) u find heaven in the Sahyadri mountain. But u can enjoy kokan area specially mangoes. come again in rainy season.
Hola L&O,
Another terrific episode.
I'm so sorry, Ollie, that you were so sick. I'm glad that it didn't last too long. That stuff is never fun.
More beautiful scenery as you traveled.
A big shout out to Ash. What he's doing is very important, and I wish him all the luck.
Safe and happy travels, see you in the next one.
Happy and alive! Lots of love, Sue โคโคโค
Get well soon
All caught up after discovering this amazing adventure and 2 amazing human beings.
Just bought myself a new Kawasaki zx6r so can have my own adventures. Off into Derbyshire today
Hi Guys, its so nice to follow your journey….
I have an ADVICE for you both.
Make sure that you consume ORS (Oral Re-hydratory System) you can buy them is small pouches from any medical shop. 'Electral' is the best one available….
Probably the heat is making you sick. Try this. Drink 1 liter of it every day…. and you should be fine….
Safe journey…
Take care of your health. Drive safe. Enjoyโค
As an Indian, if I'm sick myself I won't prefer eating outside specially anything spicy at all. Try to eat as plain and simple as possible.
And stay hydrated.
Go back if you are not interested
Another interesting video. Hope you felt better, will come to know in the upcoming vidoes. Coastal Maharashtra(called Konkan/Kokan) transforms into one of India's greenest and wettest places during the monsoon season, receiving an average of 3000 to 4500 mm of rainfall in just 4 months. The entire region comes alive with a variety of flora and fauna, with waterfalls and streams everywhere, looks very beautiful, almost like an entirely different place. And then goes back to how it appears in this video for rest of the year.
ORS is very helpful in hot weather in India, works wonders for me when feeling dehydrated. (The legit ones which they sell in medical stores, not the fake colourful ones).
โค
Good job guys truly living the life โค
Do visit Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
Ajanta Ellora caves kailasa temple
Try ratnagiri alphanso mangoes
11:11 he is probably an anti india agent funded by bbc to stop development in india
You should ride these areas in Maharashtra after one month in the rainy season… These roads are paradise for bike rides.
23:00 rooms cost 1500 – 2800 only ! for AC rooms
Apka video bahut atsa hai โค
Wow what a lovely.trip you guys
So sorry about your tummy Ollie…get well soon
Try and visit Janjira fort on your way to Mumbai. It's built in the Arabian Sea and I found it absolutely stunning. Get an English speaking guide to show you around
Can you believe that a bunch of people from Africa…called Siddis…built this fort in the 1500s and actually ruled here for a while
Incredible India โค
Any white people coming to India avoid misal because it's too spicy for even the majority of Indians
But I love misal because I from Maharashtra and been eating since last 15 years
Guys you should have choosed national highway instead of state highway
As per my knowledge this road is to be reconstructed soon
Levy? I thought it's pronounced "leevii." Just like the name of jeans called Leviss…
Be safe guys war is raising up with Pakistan avoid going above delhi reroute to north east
I have a small suggestion: please change your GoPro setting for anti-flicker to 50 Hz or PAL. It will remove flickering.
And you're riding the coastal route of Kokan, Maharashtra. You can visit the Korlai fort in Alibaug; the road to the fort is mostly broken, but the view is amazing. Here are the coordinates 18ยฐ31'59.3"N 72ยฐ54'28.9"E, or you can search Korlai Fort Road Point in google maps
