台山入用芥蘭頭 腊味 蝦米抄熟 把30%糯米和70%粘米煮到A乾將近好把料放在飯面上像煲仔飯一樣上枱叫菜果飯 也有人叫油飯 比生炒糯米飯好吃 有機會一定嚐嚐
很小時候有一次跟爸爸回鄉在村內的田間漫步時爸爸在一小水溝內看到一條像蛇的動物游來游去爸爸說是黃蟮來的就告訴他的弟弟於是叔叔馬上叫了他的兒子和兒子的朋友來捉結果等了一會大隊人馬到來捉黃蟮一共有8至9人很是熱鬧那些黃蟮是滑滑的那天天氣很好艷陽高照😢嬸嬸很細心拿了一張椅子給爸爸坐我幫爸爸拿雨傘防太陽曬讓爸爸看年青人捉黃蟮😅結果捉了小半桶的黃蟮夠食便結束今次行動回叔叔家做黃蟮飯食因為人多所以是用電飯煲做的大家齊心合力的幫忙做飯很快便可以食到真的很好食我們食了很多玩因為說新鮮的黃蟮做飯更加有益爸爸很久沒有食過所以食得特別起勁酒醉飯足後我們就再去田間散步希望能再找到黃蟮來做飯😅

台山人嘅菜果,其實即係廣州嘅菜頭/椰菜頭啩,叫法係有啲唔同。蕹菜(通菜)係有中文字嘅,只不過唔流行用。好耐以前,台山嘅舊名稱新甯,由民初改名至今。「甯」字好少見到,係「宁」(寧)嘅异体字,係一個姓氏嘅用字,亦有人用來做名,台灣女演員張鈞甯就係一例。唔知點解台城建向秀麗塔,或者係為咗紀念佢啩,佢係祖籍清遠嘅廣州人,以前讀書嗰陣成日講佢,佢係原廣州何濟公藥廠工人,五十年代為救火獻身,稱之為英雄。
