東京住みだけど大阪梅田のグラングリーン大阪に行ってきました素晴らしい！
広い芝生広場や温泉まであって、飲食店もオシャレだけどちゃんと大阪らしい雑多感や庶民感も演出してる
特にタイムアウトマーケットの意匠や雰囲気が素敵でここならではの雰囲気を見事に演出してますよね
再開発はこうでなくっちゃの見本のような気がして大阪の人が羨ましかったです
梅田も汐留もここ高輪も元は同じ広大な鉄道施設なのになぜ東京はどこもつまらない再開発になっちゃうの？
ＪＲ東日本の担当者はぜひ１回でも梅田に行って再開発の理想形の姿を見てきた方がいいですよ

Very cosmopolitan
I have a wait and see attitude how it's going to develop and whether it's going to draw the locals. Restaurants and other businesses still need to move in. it certainly will draw plenty of people due its convention center function. the other thought I had was how much more energy this area needs in the future as well as all the other necessary services – water, waste removal etc. – especially security and emergency services. I am sure they will have an official opening ceremony at a later date with lots of politicians, big corporate CEOs and the mayor of Tokyo (?), Thanx for making another trip to Gateway in the evening.
