【Under $70】Stay at business hotel with hot spring in Japan🇯🇵Delicious breakfast🥐

Please turn on subtitles to view. We would like to introduce our experience staying at Hotel Mark One in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Kenkyugakuen Station on the Tsukuba Express.
You can enjoy a full buffet breakfast. There is also a large public bath and a manga corner, which I found to offer good value for money. Amenities are plentiful, and there is a corner on each floor where you can choose your favorite pillow. There is also a women-only floor, so it is safe for women to stay alone.
For dinner, we visited Ton-Q, a popular tonkatsu restaurant nearby. The restaurant features handmade dressing, free refills of cabbage, and a choice of rice.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, and the croissants were especially delicious. Overall, Hotel Mark One was a cosy and comfortable place to stay.
